The exterior is gorgeous
Our room needs a little TLC. Dingy carpet and big gap at the head of the bed. A headband attached to the wall would have kept the pillows from falling in the gap. No comfortable seating

The massage staff was wonderful as well as the experience. The breakfast was great as well.
The room could have been cleaned better. There was quite a bit of dust and under the bed looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Also the morning front desk employee seemed lost in what she was doing.

the front girls were nice
the bathroom was dirty with dirty towels when we arrived and the tub was dirty, they put us in a different room and it was also dirty

The unique rooms, the tubs, the solitude. The staff was all so helpful. The massage therapist was awesome.
The freeway to get there was confusing.
Wish I could have checked in earlier and stayed longer haha but that's on me for arriving so late. Perfect place for pre wedding relaxation.

Walls in bathroom and bedroom not very clean, dusty/dirty coffee maker, not enough electrical outlets. Late evening food delivery options hard to find.
