It was in a good central location and staff friendly and helpful. We arrived late and after hours care taker was very accommodating in waiting for us to arrive.
The apartment was spacious and well kitted out. Bed was comfortable and it had a lovely roof top terrace.
The apartment was clean, bathroom and bed very clean. Only criticism was the bedroom was a bit dusty and a lack of lamps in living area, only overhead lights.

Very comfy and clean apartment with good facilities. Had everything we needed even a lot extra. If stayed longer could even wash our clothes and cook sometimes.
Nothing really. Probably longer reception time so we could leave our luggage there for longer after checkout and before our flight.

Good spot, close to trams, good pubs, Lygon street, walk into city, museum, Vic markets. Room nice, great having washing machine and dryer, nice roof area. Quiet and clean. Easy check in
Pillows were a bit fat....so nothing really!

Rooftop terrace was a bonus. The view was spectacular night and day.
Trams not working (to the nearby stop construction going on) so had to walk.
I would have liked a coffee machine for the money.

Lovely modern apartment in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly.
The noise. For a new build I was shocked at how loud the city still was, and we were on the 12 floor.

The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants and cafes, also walkable to the the CBD. Especially good for walkers. It is in good condition, stylish and spacious and provides enough amenities for a short stay. Having an amply equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer is very useful.
One of the e bathroom was not so clean with hair on the shower walls, floor trap and in one of the towel. The door lock was also a little fussy. It took a while to figure out how to lock it. Also there was no ledge/holder in the shower cubicle to put shampoo or soap. The mattress was also soft and sinks in the middle.

Everything went smoothly from the checkin to the checkout, the room was clean and incredibly modern.
A room for two fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry.
We could let the car parked after our checkout which is a really good gesture.
There were no windows to cover the sun, so we woke up in the morning with the lights.
The sink was clogged at arrival.

The location was excellent
It was extremely difficult to check-in and collect the keys, and to check-out. Even when I informed the accommodation of my intended early arrival at 8am to drop off my suitcases, because the hours of the front desk are only 9-5 there was no one waiting for me and I was unable to enter the lobby of the building because it requires a swipe pass. I had to call the customer service line, who told me there was nothing they could do despite the message I had sent requesting an early arrival. This was extremely disappointing service. The problem arose again upon check-out; we could not check-out before 9am because there was no one at the front desk, and if we wanted to leave our bags until the afternoon we had to be back by 3pm to collect them (it was a Sunday and they close even earlier on weekends).

Offered late check in and was greeted by the caretaker which was lovely. Great apartment and great location.
The blinds don't block out the city lights, but that is trivial.

The bed was not very comfortable but the bedding was excellent. I thought the layout was excellent and modern

Excellent location, with a tram stop across the street. Walking distance to Melbourne City, Lygon Street, Melbourne Uni, RMIT.
Good room size.
Dedicated undercover parking is great.
Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher really come in handy, also comes with complementary detergent and dishwashing liquid.
Being an apartment:
- No daily cleaning service
- No breakfast
- No gym or pool
Cleanliness can be improved, there were sticky spots on dining table.
No view from the room I stayed in, just the next building's wall.

Amenities and location were great
The duve was pretty dirty and we saw a lot of stains which weren’t great. I was consciously trying to make sure they were covered with the sheet but it didn’t feel very sanitary

Nice secure self contained apartment. Very clean. Modern design. Nice balcony. Secure parking available for a fee. The apartment is very close to a tram stop and there are an array of restaurants all around. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dryer didn't heat in the apartment we had and after I informed the staff a new dryer appeared within an hour. Great service. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

It was spacious and i love where it was located not far from anything mostly walked around to the places we wanted to go definitely will recommend and hopefully come back 😊

Check-in was easy and fast. The location was great and it's a self-sufficient service apartment.
The room wasn't the cleanest and there weren't any aircon in the bedroom.
