The breakfast was excellent, and the staff even came to our table to show us the menu and what the chef had prepared. They also offered to deliver the food to our table if we wanted to try it out. The location was perfect, as it was easy to access to Suria shopping mall just by crossing the street, and the shopping mall was just opposite the hotel.

Exceptionnel

Chambre superbe au 20ème étage, lumineuse, balcon vue sur mer. Le rooftop bar au 23ème étage est très agréable. Il sert de bons cocktails, avec terrasse extérieure, piscine et vue sur mer également. Personnel souriant et chaleureux. Très bien placé. Petit déjeuner très varié.

Beautiful Room with Great View (high up)

The room was spacious, comfortable and the floor I was on had wonderful views over the water towards the islands and sunset. The staff were so helpful in arranging a local trip for me and allowing me to stay a bit longer when I had a late flight.

The lobby cafe was a bit pricey (but maybe they don't control that). There was a food court though across the road at the mall.

Awesome Staycation!

Everything 👍🏼 Spacious room, free extra bed, friendly staff…the design, the food , the view… everything worth it!

Just suggestion, maybe can consider to take away alcohol drinks from minibar if the guest was muslim ✌🏽

Although a short stay but it was an enjoyable one , all the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I didn't have the breakfast , I like the convenience of the hotel as it is very central, everything is within reach. Room was spacious and clean!

一度は泊まってみてください。コンビニ、スリアサバも近く、便利です！

とても清潔でお部屋も広く、スタッフがフレンドリーでした。

掃除に使ったであろう歯ブラシが忘れてあったり、電気をつけるために差し込まれたカードがそのままになっていた。

Fantastic hotel with great staff in the heart of KK.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and well planned. The staff were very friendly, attentive, polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The pool on the 23rd floor is just amazing with a view of the water on one side and Mt. Kinabalu on the other. Beautiful bar with wonderful staff and very good cocktails on the 23rd floor as well. Very well located within walking distance of many good restaurants and shops. This hotel is exceptional value for money and one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of staying in as of late. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay, highly recommend

The property looked brand new, everything was spotless. We got upgraded so ended up with a massive room that had a mini walk in closet, and a huge lounge and sitting area. Such a shame that we were only at the Hyatt for 12 hours (just overnight to catch an early flight out the next day) but everything was wonderful. I would stay again in a heartbeat

excellent hotel with minimalistic, modern decor. Rooms and the whole hotel was cleverly designed with its own purpose. very neat clean looking design with good flow between the rooms ( for the suite). Hotel supports sustainability for the environment

The location is great.

位置很棒，购物出行很方便。床品非常舒适，沐浴产品很好用。隔音很棒，海景超赞，无边泳池水很好。提前安排入住是对客人最大的尊重。

75RM的早餐性价比不高，根据客人的入住楼层和房间安排就餐位置有种被歧视感!泳池晚上关的比较早。住三晚只给一双拖鞋。

Better stay at elsewhere

Room was spacious. Nice balcony. Fair price for a beautiful sea view.

They dont have creamer for breakfast. Few selection and dont taste good for a 5 star service hotel. I ask for hot drink but i got iced instead. Snacks at drawer was not complimentary, they dont state that anywhere but only for stock up was chargeable.

전체적 평 : 일정 중간 중간 호텔들어와서 쉬기 좋음. 위치가 최고임 조식 : 4일간 숙박하면서 미세하지만 조금씩의 변화가 있었음(첫째날 오렌지,사과주스/오렌지,키위주스 등) + 맛있음 숙박 : 이불교체는 정책상 3일에 한번 교체였으나 그냥 찝찝해서 교체요청하니 바로 교체해줌/매일 생수 추가해줌. 마지막날 되니 10병 정도 쌓임(기본 제공값 4병) 화장실 : 변기칸이 불투명 유리문이라 당황했는데 화장실 룸 전체를 감싸는 문이 있어 사용시 불편하지 않음 기타 : 비와서 우선 빌려달라고 하니 엄청 큰 우산 빌려줌(좀 무거움) / 비행기때문에 퇴실시 짐 맡겼는데 늦게까지 보관해줌

1. 조식 일부 메뉴가 한국인 입맛에 안맞음(소고기 쌀국수 맛있는데 야채 쌀국수는 입맛에 안맞음) 2. 나라 특성상 물이 꺠끗하지가 않아서 샤워필터 필수인것 같음(2일만에 필터 색 바뀜)

Tolles Hotel in Kota Kinabalu

Schöne saubere, große Zimmer; toller Infinity-Pool mit Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang & herrlichen Cocktails; sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl; gute Lage direkt am Hafen (Abfahrt zu den wunderschönen nahegelegenen Inseln zum Schnorcheln)

Viel zu wenig Liege-/ Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool (nur 5Liegen und ein paar Stühle); Pool ist auf für Nicht-Hotelgäste zugänglich (beim Sonnenuntergang sehr viele andere Leute dort)

Beautiful hotel which we’d love to return to!

Having never stayed at a Hyatt Centric hotel before, we weren’t prepared for the beautiful hotel interiors - the natural wood walls combined with paintings of local wildlife made for a unique experience. The restaurant food was divine and the views of the rainforest from the top floor were picturesque, especially in the tropical rainstorms!

Having arrived late at the hotel, we weren’t able to see the warning about ensuring the door was closed so that the aircon could work. A 4am phone call to reception meant the problem could be sorted but it would be better to remind guests as they check in.

Wonderful, modern hotel with great dining and service, in a perfect location to sightsee.

Very stylish hotel in a great location. The rooftop pool and restaurant can’t be beat. Walking distance to many amenities, including the Jesselton Pier and shopping malls. Great service by staff.

Just missing 24 hour room service (even a condensed overnight menu would be great for those of us flying in late).

It was not really a pleasant one. The weather was not friendly. Raining and windy.

The variety of foods, expecially the malay cakes and the drinks. The Waiter and waitresses were polite and willingly taken my request for my coffee. The checked in upon arrival was smooth and easy. The Front Desk Lady was nice and friendly.

The quality and the mixture of foods. The foods served were not my favorite. More towards the like of chinese and korean tatse.. On another note. The bad smell from the towels was unpleasant. Most probably the cleaning water or the detergent used for cleaning was a low quality type! To find a car park was a bit difficult.

Great hotel in KK city centre with all the facilities one can ask for.

Location!Next to Suria Sabah Shopping complex. Sambal Tuhau and the refreshing calamansi juice a must try.

Not realy suitable if you plan to bring kids as there is no kids pool.
