La situation géographique en plein centre ville, la plupart des monuments sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est grand, propre, très bien équipé, il est au calme. Le personnel est disponible, réactif et très aimable.

Mi estadía estuvo increíble, el lugar muy cómodo, lindo, limpio, moderno, con todos los utensilios necesarios, la entrada al edificio es lo único no muy cómodo pues hay que subir como 15 escalones, sería perfecto que hicieran una rampa. El anfitrión muy amable y pendiente de los huéspedes. 100% regresaría allí. Gracias TOTALES.
Para entrar hay que subir como 15 escalones sería ideal que se haga una rampa... creo que hay espacio suficiente para hacerla...

Everything. The place is very nice; it was quiet, with good Wi-Fi, good lights and a good table, all suited to work.
Good shower; good bed; nice sofa; spacious.
The best of all? The staff. All very committed to providing the best experience! They rushed to allow me an early check-in, they were always available; their rules were very clear. María was of great help, particularly!
No negative points for my short stay, honestly.

Close to everything including Callao and Gran Vía metro stations. As central as you can get in the heart of Madrid. Apartment exceeded expectations. Maria was very welcoming and warm. A stay to remember. We’ll be back.

good staff, quick response to questions. The furniture is new, everything is clean, modern. There is everything you need. very good location.
Unfortunately we had insects in our room. in the end, the staff figured it out, but the mood was spoiled

there is very close to lots of attractions and especially for supermarket and plaza sol and metro
and host is super nice and communicative and responsive. my family and i were so satisfied with this lovely apartment

we are 4 members but one bed is double another is single and the other is a sofa bed with Matisse
(because I upgraded my reservation for all of us to sleep in the better beds
this booking.com website recommended if I got upgraded room, we could sleep better bed such as twin bed and double bed something like this

The place is wonderful, the location is fantastic. Really clean room and the apartment has everything what you need.
The owner answered all our questions and drew us a plan of the best cafes, shops, viewing platforms and restaurants nearby.

We really liked everything. It all went very smooth and the hosts were very helpful if there was a problem. They also provide a shuttle service from the airport. The appartement was very clean and had everything we needed, the towels and kitchen were cleaned every day which was nice. The location is perfect, in the very center of Madrid and everything is walking distance or you can take the metro which is also very close.

Very clean and nice apartment in the city center. The keys pickup was easy, the host was helpful.
there is no real window outside, just to the patio.
no option to disable the ring and some nice person called the door ring at 5 and 6 am :(

Easy access to the Center of Madrid. They let us leave our luggage on our check out day up to 4pm. Christian and the cleaning lady on the check out day is friendly.
Did not change our towels and did not collect our garbage. It was new year day though.
