The room smelled really bad like it had been wet a lot. Gal at the front desk was great. Main entrance was going to be blocked off. Definitely had better continental breakfast options at other hotels. This used to be a real nice place to stay. This time we saw bugs in the hallway!

We easily checked in, had a quiet night. Next morning a great breakfast, friendly service and on our way!

We stayed at this hotel last year, we had no hot water. Went to the front desk and 30min later we had hot water. When we checked in this time we got the same room, still no hot water, the front desk again had to do something and we got hot water. The mattress was very lumpy and soft. The room needed a deep cleaning. We will go further down the road next trip.

We only needed to sleep here one night, the place was comfortable and offered a hot breakfast, as well as a waffle/continental breakfast.

The bed in room 125 was horrible. The mattress sank terribly. The room should not be rented with a worn out saggy bed. Everything else was good.

We were traveling with our small dog through Texas and hoping to end up in Colorado Springs at the end of the day. But, we hit a snow storm and the roads were slippery. As we approached Raton in the dark we decided not to go over the pass but to look for a place to stay the night. This Quality Inn was everything we needed! It provided a safe, warm haven and we even could bring our dog in with us! The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a little extra thing we weren’t expecting and we got on our way in the morning rested, in good spirits, and ready to tackle the pass. This is what a motel should be! Thank you!

The best front office attendant. Check in was easy and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Only critique would be the eggs at the breakfast, a little under cooked. Otherwise this was a pleasant experience. Would stay again.

The room had a weird smell. One of the lamps would not turn on. The soda/water vending machine was out of order. And at breakfast the whole juice machine was out of order.

The room was dusty. The sink did not drain properly. The heater’s thermostat must have not been working properly as I set the room to 68 and it was way over 75. Could not get it cooler. The pop machine was out of order as was the juice machine at breakfast. On the good side the bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly

We got food poisoning from breakfast. The first room smelled of urine second room was better but was by a mechanical room so listened to water heater pipes popping. Bedding was old and torn. Will not stay again

Hotel was clean and everyone was very nice. The tv in the room did not work but I didn’t complain as I was only there for one night and in the room for about 2 hours unless showering and sleeping. It was a little tough to get to sleep because we could hear the traffic and multiple people hanging out and revving their vehicles at the gas station next to the hotel. The next morning we were happy to see a warm breakfast! First place we have stayed at since the Covid pandemic that had a warm breakfast!

It was convenient and appropriately priced. The breakfast was nothing special. Breakfast was not out at six as advertised. In particular, there was no coffee until 6:20, and it was terrible coffee - like drinking hot water.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Delilah was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. Only thing this place did not have was an elevator which we were unaware of, but she found a room downstairs for us. We will stay here again if we pass this way on our trips.

The whole place has a weird smell. The heater only had two settings: off and broil. Got almost no sleep because the room got insanely hot because the heater never shut off. Complimentary breakfast was horrible.

Check in was smooth - Michael was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and location was what we needed for an overnight stay. Would choose this property again if needed.
