The only negative thing that I can say about my stay was a car alarm that kept going off. This cannot be controlled by the hotel since they couldn't hear where they were. Rooms very clean. Staff extremely nice. Would stay there again.

There was a drunk guy hanging out front making females uncomfortable. The staff brushed it off as nothing. The room smelled like mildew and the lady at the front was rude.

The room was super smokey. Shower knob fell off and won’t stay on. It’s gross. Table lamps were rusted. A/C did not work but fortunately our friend with us was able to fix and make it work. Noisy…man it was noisy throughout the night.

I can only say the customer service here was outstanding. I thought I had lost my keys to my car, but the staff here helped me search, checked their standard CCTV and sure enough, I found them after a very long, stressful search. I can only say how fortunate there are nice people like this. The customer service was second to none.

Very old and poorly maintained.Desk clerk came immediately to clean up a pile of dirt on floor between door and bed...? Broken vacuum sweeper Fridge froze even soft drinks. Sink fauced squirted water sideways from base to flood counter

Bathrom smelled bad of mold, therfore the room smelled of mold. Floors were not cleaned/swept. Bed sheets were dingy and looked as though they were slept on already. Noisy. Other patrons talking Spanish outside my room at 3 am. for an hour. No coffee in the morning at the desk during breakfast hours.

I wish they would state clearly that there is a $25.00 deposit. The site says there’s a $50 deposit but only during the month of February to April. It does say to be prepared to pay a deposit for incidentals but it’s misleading. It looks like the deposit is the one between February and April when in actuality there is a $25 deposit all the time. I just want other people to be prepared to put $25 in cash down because it’s not stated clearly anywhere

Terribel hotel! Booked and paid, got there got our room key, went to the room and someone was already in there! They gave our room to someone and then didnt have another one for us!

Room was clean but old with chipped paint/tiles/flooring. Stench in the room eased once the air conditioner was turned on but an overall a musty smell remained. Staff was friendly but there was a language barrier. Breakfast area was minimal and dirty. Luckily the items were prepackaged but we chose not to eat there. Would not stay there again.

Just needed to sleep and wake up and move to our other vacation rental the next morning. It served it’s purpose. The staff was rude during our check in process. It’s an older rental and a little run down but decently clean. Could be worse could be better. I would stay again for 1 night.

While staying the refrigerator wasn’t working in my room. The water was barely getting hot. The tub was rusted and the employees were rude. Other than that the parking was okay. I would not be staying there again.

The toilet didn’t work properly,when u run water in the sink the water took a while to go down.dirty mattress,furniture tables scratched up,needs painting on the inside,Tv needs to be upgraded.It was like cracked out motel.Room 223

At checkout I was made to wait 25 minutes for return of my twenty five dollar deposit that this motel charges for any possible damages. This was the manager who could not have cared less how long I waited.

I enjoyed the pool access and the staff was friendly. The one thing I was not happy with and did not enjoy was there so called continental breakfast. They should not even use the word continental breakfast in their advertising. It was orange juice and apple juice with bagels and muffins that were pre-packaged that you buy from Sam's.

Did not stay, requested a handicapped room and they didn’t have one with a shower instead of a tub after they told me they did. When I arrived at the hotel to check in is when I realized they did not have one. Rooms are aged but seamed clean.
