Clean slightly outdated hotel really caters to large functions. Room was spacious with 2 double beds, shower was great. My only complaint would be no microwave to heat up water but the restaurant bar was gracious enough to supply. Could use another upgrade.

Beautiful property, well-kept and very clean. Loved the bathroom that had fragrant, luxurious soaps and was very spacious.
Staff were all super friendly.
I chose this property based on location and it did not disappoint, we were close to everything including Interstate 95.
We would definitely stay here again!

I was looking forward to the pool. Unfortunately it was quite small and a bit cold for winter. The restaurant was nice, rooms were great, and staff were friendly. Shuttle to airport was great. I hope they can expand the pool and gym area in the future.

Very accommodating there were a guest at work particularly rude. However, that is out of your control. They are with a dance or cheeer program. I would be embarrassed to have them in my property.

My itinerary did not match the booking. Missing a couple of things, also ordered lunch from room service and I had to go get it. Stain on the walls in the Bathroom next to the toilet, living room has a faded paint run on the wall that could be seen shower need caulking.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I’d definitely go back again. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that there was another door in the room and behind it there was another door that seemed sealed. We couldn’t open it but it kinda seems like it can be opened on the other side. That made us feel uneasy. Other than that the room was very clean and beautiful. I’d definitely stay again but in a different room.

The hotel is lovely and the customer service is great.I enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the room service. There is a helpful young lady named Bella at the front desk.There is a great mall 5 to 7 minutes away by car. You will enjoy your stay.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and worth the $10 added charge. The staff at the java plaza was sweet and made me a unique and delicious fruity juice with strawberrys and pineapples in it.
