The sheets smelled like soured milk and had stains on them. The coat rack was falling off the wall. There were grease marks on the tile floor. The sink countertop was very dirty.

I hate to speak ill of a business bc I know there are people who work there that need their jobs. That said, the customer service was the best part of this stay. Each employee we interacted with was kind and helpful. They can’t help the conditions of the room.
The Area is a bit sketchy, but the property is well kept. Close to the highway so it can be noisy.
The Room was run down, older, rust spots in tub, small maintenance issues, but it was as clean as it could be for what they were working with. Toilet kept running randomly and the TV kept saying no signal. We called and the front desk person offered us another room but it was 12:30 midnight. My boyfriend moved the fridge to try to find the tv outlet and several Roaches ran out. At this time, i booked another hotel room and just figured I would lose money on the other night i paid for.
It’s an ok place to stay if you need to lay your head down for a night or it is what you can afford. I wouldn’t want to spend multiple days here and if you can afford to pay a bit more to stay somewhere else do that.

It wasn't bad it wasn't great, it's a hotel with a bed a shower no bugs that i seen, overall clean i have no real complaints.

When we first got the room we told housekeeping that the sinks were clogged and nothing was done and when we checked out and went to work we come back and booked through Expedia and they said that they are charging us for the clogged sink, when clearly it wasn't us they took our only $67 that we had to our name and made us leave when we didn't even clog the sinks and we informed them when we first got in the room that they were clubbed they didn't send me maintenance they didn't do nothing but still our money

Great if you’re looking for two clean beds! Nothing special or crazy. Our dead bolt locked us out and they came and yanked it off with a drill haha. Very friendly and helpful though! The property is just old and not very nice.

Nasty smell. One light was not even able to be plugged in as no socket. I wish I could send you a picture of the shower that I had. And the sad thing is that I tried to cancel my Sunday night reservation. But I was too late to do so. I have always been happy with your service. I know that I made the reservation.

Bed had burn holes on it. Bathroom was not swept others people hair was on the floor.
There was a fire in the parking lot the person working there had to deal with.
It's was a cheap hotel needed for the two nights. Recommend if your in a bind but that's it.

We stayed for about 5 hours before a flight. It was one of the more gross hotels I have ever stayed in. We went cheap knowing we’d be there for a few hours max but if I were staying any longer I would have left. Holes in the walls. The welcome mat inside the hotel room was caked in dirt and the shower was not something I would have ever, EVER, stepped a foot in. More brown than white. The toilet ran the entire time we were there and when I went to the front desk to drop off my key, the night clerk was outside smoking in front of the lobby and having a fairly lewd conversation on FaceTime. It was not good.

I just needed a 1 night stay near the N KY/Cincinnati Airport bc I had a early morning flight. Everything was very convenient.

The toilet ran constantly, the air conditioner didn't work very well it was extremely hot. Called the front desk to tell them about the toilet they said to shut the bathroom door so we didn't hear it. Tried calling back to tell them the air wasn't working and got no answer the rest of the evening.

There was a distinct odor of musty mold or stale urine in the room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and places on the wall were paint chipped or worn away. There was no non-slip mat for inside the shower and soap and shampoo were not replaced during the entire stay of 3 nights.

If you book a room with 4 people, only expect 2 towels. Some of the staff was rude when asking for more towels. Room and area are ok but don't ask for good customer service.

The check in staff was friendly.
The hotel room wasn't very clean. Not only was everything old and stained but it was just dirty. We didn't even sleep with the blankets because they were dirty and stained.

There is nothing I like about this place. It's supposed to be non smoking. Both rooms we rented reek. One smells like smoke, the other smells of mold and smoke. The bathtub has crust from who knows how many other people. There is no breakfast as advertised. The lamp has no cord. The air conditioner smells horrid.cigarette burns on the ironing board and bedspreads. No pillow cases on two pillows. It's by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I can't even take a shower. Can't wait to get out of here in the morning

It was a quick night after flight delays. Staff friendly. Arrived to room and the overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke was so intense. Ashtray on table, didn’t realize this was still a thing in hotels. Linen had black stains on them. Didn’t expect much for the price however it would’ve been way more tolerable without the stench. Pillows and bed even reeked, our hair in the morning smelled as well.

It has not been maintained since 1986. You can tell they try and keep it clean, but without the slightest idea where to start. I did not see bugs, but I only slept there and was out all day.

The woman behind the desk, who was still new, was nice enough, but the man who was teaching her was not that friendly. They gave us a room on the first floor, which is below street level and was way down the hall which I found a bit strange considering it seemed like they had availability. There was a recurrent noise from above which I don't think was from the airport, but couldn't quite identify. The bed was pretty comfortable, but this Red Roof is not as nice as one other I've stayed in. It's conveniently located to the Waffle House which is great for late night eating and of course, very convenient to the airport which is why we chose it. Very reasonably priced and served our purpose of an inexpensive room near the airport while we were just in town for about 12 hours for a show.

Needed somewhere clean and safe to sleep and shower while traveling and this provided that and at a great value.

Pet friendly. We had stayed at a BW the night before in a comparable room where we paid double the rate. The only real differences were that the BW refrigerator didn't work and the RR tv barely had any channels. Oh, and I thought the RR smelled like air freshner which was a bit bothersome. On the plus side, there was a quiet street to walk my dog on. A lot of dog friendly hotels don't have any suitable area to walk your dog in. I'm not saying it was nice, but it didn't have a million cars on it.

They definitely don't check everywhere when they are cleaning the rooms. I booked a room and come to find out there was dry animal crap in the corner of the room. Disgusting

The room was fine but the front desk staff mgr Kelly was very unpleasant when I booked a second night - demanding ID from the CC holder (my Mom). Resolved by re-booking via Expedia but I won't go back.

It was great which it said no elevator. It is 4 level and all stairs.
