Quiet and everything we needed

"We are NOT a full service property." Check in was just fine and the staff were courteous and helpful. There's ample, free parking. So far, so good. Then you experience property itself: filthy floor on the elevator, signs informing you everywhere of what you do NOT get by staying there, etc. The rooms are as clean as you can get with old, skanky carpet. Beds are fine, pillows are a bit aggressive. Best thing about the place was its proximity to the freeway and Totem Lake.

Amazing! Really clean and quiet.

Room was so cozy and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. No complaints! We will be staying there again!

Our room was nicely appointed and comfortable.
Breakfast provided was very good! Love the biscuits and gravy. Would like to see a Belgian waffle maker, which would really enhance the breakfast, at least for me!

It was clean and well managed.

The motel was fine, no complaints. We felt it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were nothing special.. not a lot of vegan options. Easy to access location. Although close to the highway, not a lot of road noise in our building (furthest from the road). Generally ok.

Neat and tidy. Quiet area!

This is a older, but well-maintained property. It is convenient, quiet, clean and reasonably priced.
It is a positive that the US flag is flown here. It is a negative that the flag is not illuminated at night.

We were comfortable here, but this hotel is right next to a fwy, which was the side our room was on, so we heard quite a bit of traffic noise. Hotel room was clean enough but definitely worn, especially the bathroom. But it was the most affordable place we found for the night and well worth the stay.

Room nice and clean and well set up. Too close to the highway. Included breakfast the worst I have ever had at a hotel.

I like it, reasonable price and good location

Inexpensive compared to other places in area. Quiet. A little outdated but okay

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel, which looked old but in great condition. The breakfast was good and had enough variety to please most guests. They even had pre made breakfast sandwiches for people who have to eat on the run as we did on the day of our departure. The staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Property is very old and outdated. Seemed fairly clean on the inside of the room, but not outside. The big positive was the huge free breakfast selection!

Manager got us in early which was much appreciated!!

The Baymont is really a motel, not a hotel with exterior entrances and walkways with each room. The furnishings are very dated but clean. The tub/toilet room has a light that is on a timer triggered to be on by a motion detector. This results in taking most of your shower in the dark as the light only stays on a minute or two when no motion detected.
I did not see any homeless people or strangers wandering around so that was good.
The breakfast had many selections both hot and cold and the coffee was good.
One side of the motel faces the Highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. I recommend a white noise device.

This property is old and lacks a sense of customer service. The sign on the elevator says "this is not a full service hotel so we offer limited housekeeping". Better ways to say this. Pool is closed until June1, well now it is September 22. Old crummy hotel for $180.00 per night.

Older property but updated. Great complimentary breakfast with great staff there and the desk.

The Expedia room rate that I booked was not the same rate they wanted to charge me at the check-in desk (about $50.00 more total). The rate was adjusted immediately at check-in. The room was comfortable, but had gnats coming from the bathroom drains, and an annoying blinking light in the dressing room. Not a pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a scary area. There was flyers on the 1st level rooms about nurses coming once a month, you could tell this was a drug hotel no excuse me motel. We put the furniture in front of the doors because it wasn’t safe.

I was on the third floor and the WiFi worked only about 20% of the time. Most of the staff working here are in their early twenties and have a bit more to learn about customer service. For example, I came down to the lobby to get some coffee around 9:45 AM. I asked if the coffee was fresh, and the girl said "yes". I asked when it was brewed and she said "5:30am". Ummm.. coffee sitting around for over 4 hours is hardly fresh. So I said "that's not really fresh." to which she said (as if this were a huge task) "Well, I guess I could make a new pot but that will take a long time." I said "Thanks, I'm good." and went to a coffee shop. Another example is the first day when I started experiencing WiFi issues. I went to the front desk and a young man (Also around early twenties) asked if I tried to disconnect and re-connect. Yep. Did that. He suggested I try to reboot my laptop. I informed him I had done that too. His response? "Well, I don't know then because the WiFi works just fine for me." Hey, team - maybe go work somewhere else that has nothing to do with the hospitality industry.

It was a great stay! Pulling it it seemed a little sketchy becasue of the surrounding area, but the pool was great? The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was great, it was a great stay!

Baymont was just average. All outside entrances and overall the hotel had an "old" feel. Room was fine - no major issues there. The hot tub was not in service which was a bummer. One side faces the freeway.

Plenty of parking, clean property, comfortable beds. Missed breakfast so we walked across the parking lot to Shari's, which was really convenient. No complaints, would stay there again.
