Room 231. The TV didn't always work. The toilet was lose from the floor. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall by it's wires. There was no screen on the window
The shower curtain was lose from the wall at both ends. We couldn't get towels or wash clothes. The coffee was bad...

There was a water leak in the shower and that drip the entire time we were there. There was a good amount of mold in the corner of the shower, it didn’t appear to be vacuumed because I found pills on the floor for $150 a night I would assume I would be getting breakfast but that was not served I would not recommend this place and I would not use it again

Wouldn’t stay again. The girl at front desk was ok. Not too friendly but not rude either. She first told me it’s $150 deposit which it did have a sign on desk but advised her that online it says $50 deposit. She said ok and took my deposit in cash. Come to find out she also ran my card for the $150 too. This was last Friday that I checked in. The charge is for last Saturday. Hmmm. And even with it being the next weekend later I still don’t have my deposit back on my card. The water was running brown when we got there. It should’ve been a red flag seeing a lady at desk saying she wanted to checkout and she had just got her room. But we were tired. We had just driven 6 hours. This was our second hotel and the first was worse than this. Imagine!! Rooms don’t stand up to the Radisson name at all. Back home our Radisson is 5 star top notch. This is very ran down. Needs a whooole lot if work. The pool was open which we didn’t get a chance to use on our own account. Breakfast, well they wanted $10 per person for that crap. We went out. The way the up keep of this hotel is I wouldn’t pay to eat their food. And plus it didn’t look worth $10. It’s just a no for me. I won’t stay again.

Overall our stay was good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was easy to get to and had ample parking.
The room was ok as far as cleanliness. The pull out couch mattress looked like a crime may have been committed on it and was not usable due to the supports being broken. The beds were fine, personally not a fan of sleep number beds and these were older versions so the remotes to make adjustments didn’t really work. Extra linens were hard to come by since there were a lot of guests for the eclipse. Also, the heater/ac unit was unusable in our room. We turned it on and it made so much noise we couldn’t have a conversation with each other. Thankfully the weather was good so we didn’t need to use it.
The pool was pretty gross. The water was murky and smelled more like a dirty pond instead of a chlorine pool. The equipment in the workout room was rusty and unsafe looking.
All in all, not the worst place we’ve stayed but also not the best. I believe some of the issues were due to the influx of people in town for the eclipse.

This hotel needs repairs/updates. The sleep number bed was broken on one side. We were told maintenance would come by to fix it. After 45 minutes we called the front desk who said he will be by but they have "lots of issues" that need to be attended to. My husband found the inflation device under the bed and was able to use it directly (rather than using the remote) to soften what was a rock hard bed. Called down to cancel the maintenance guy since we were getting ready for bed. Still comes 30 minutes later so no communication got to him. Toilet seat was askew, hair dryer was sticky and gross. Every cardio machine (5 in total) was not operational in the exercise room. The couch in the room sagged into the frame. All in all this was a very disappointing stay. The staff were friendly. I feel for them having to manage the negative reactions to these facilities. We were not the only ones with complaints.

The beds were uncomfortable. The beds vibration was broken. We had zero hot water the first night. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby.
I will never stay there again if I have to pay. It would be more comfortable sleeping in the grass.

The people that work there were very nice, but it seemed like everything in the hotel was broken. When I took a shower anytime someone in another room flush the toilet, the water would almost disappear and then come back a few minutes later.
Also, every single piece of equipment in the gym was broken it was totally nonfunctional. The hotel was dingy in terms of lighting. Sometimes the buttons would stick in the elevator. You could smell pot smoke coming out from one of the rooms on my floor. Somebody threw a bunch of gummy bears in front of the hotel, and they stayed there for three days. Nobody cleaned them up or move them.
On the plus side the location is nice and there’s a lot of restaurants and bars right down the street that are in walking distance.
I think this hotel could be a really nice place if someone put a little bit of effort in money into revitalizing it. On the other hand it was very inexpensive to stay there. So I’m not expecting the place to be perfect but at least I’m expecting the gym to be functional and the lighting to not be dingy.

The elevators in the front were NOT working. We had to use the elevators in the middle of the property. If you had an additional 10 minutes each way to wait for them to ride, then no problem. Otherwise, you waited forever or took the steps lugging all of your luggage. That was unpleasant to have to continually use the steps for.the price they charged.

Customer service was terrible. Room was still dirty, crumbs under the bed, big hair glob in the tub, crumbs in the refrigerator, took hours to bring towels to use pool.

The property is in major need of some work. Loose door handles, mold in the shower, the gym and pool are disgusting. The staff wouldn’t allow us to sit at certain tables in the lobby and play cards. Door didn’t always lock correctly, keys stopped working several times too. The location is about the only positive

We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub area. Our room was clean, we did have to ask for extra towels, wash clothes, also toilet paper. The bed was a king size which was great but the pillows were very small. Overall our stay was nice.

Hotel in general is in need of much updating. Carpeting in lobby and hallways are unswept and dirty. Room carpet is a trip hazard and needs stretched/replaced. Bathroom tub liner was cracked and badly patched. Heat would not turn off automatically. Bed mattress lumpy and hard. No returns here by me.

Carpet and a few things needed updated. Seemed like Frito’s. I don’t think they even vacuumed my room. Balcony door was unlocked. I moved to a different room and the same thing. Smudges of a lot of stuff on windows, walls and mirrors. I didn’t sleep under covers bedding was dingy. Pics will show other things.

Some sheets and towels stained.
Mattress too soft.
Broken coffee machine, though replaced, but they wouldn't give me coffee packets to use in it after that; told to go to lobby for coffee.
Shower curtain torn.
Cable TV didn't carry ABC

The mattresses were new and clean as were the linens. The lobby coffee area needed deep cleaning. The room had a musty odor. The bathroom needed a lot of work like new grout and probably new fixtures. All in all, not bad for the price but I will pay a little extra next time for a more up-to-date facility. The staff was very nice, though.

Our room was not clean, we complained and they did upgrade us graciously. They also gave us breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience which was nice.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in my life. Not only the rooms (and the very outdated bathroom) but the common areas, the elevators, the overflowing trash cans. Every floor I stepped foot on seemed like it hadn't been mopped for weeks. The gym had dirt and rust everywhere, the pool area was just filthy. Even the ice area and vending machines were dirty and smudged.
Very cordial and corteous staff but cleanliness is a must, I am sorry.
I hope they get around to take better care of the property.

This hotel is basically so bad it's comical. In order to get bottled water you need to use a vending machine that only accepts $1 bills and the front desk can't make change ?! The ownership/management here seems to have checked out.

My wife and 5 children and I arrived at this property only to find garbage cans overflowing, dirty carpets, smelly interiors, and disgusting beds. We checked in, went to our room, and immediately requested a refund. The staff was very nice and cooperative canceling our reservation and returning our deposit, and charges. We were able to find rooms at the Sheraton in Cuyahoga Falls. While the staff was very accommodating to our request to leave, I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Competition is keen in this area and the price was good. Was disappointed in the condition of the room (rippled carpeting, dim lighting, streaky touch-up paint), although the bed was comfortable. The towels were thin and the two of us had one wash cloth to share. Hotel used to be stellar but has has not been maintained. We will not return.

Very nice hotel. Definitely stay again
