Interior rooms face atrium - unbelievably noisy late into evening.

Never get worse than this place.
The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room. The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and appalled at their terrible response.

Comfy bed, everything clean and well kept.

They should not have rooms facing the large interior area. We are on the first floor and people are right outside our windows and we can hear their conversations and hear suitcases rolling by. Only here one night or would ask to move. Many rooms face the inside so if you want a quiet stay ask that you not be on the area with people staring in at you. Check in lady was very nice but they could use having more staff working. Rooms need repair work with cracks in ceiling, broken tiles. Not dirty just well used. Time for a refresh.

We had our room for 7 night's and overall our stay was great. The beds were fantastic and very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and fresh.
However it was a very cold week with temperature dropping at night to 12 fahrenheit which is very cold and the room took a while to warm up and there was a cold draft coming from the window, therefore we put cushions on the floor at the foot of the curtains to block out the cold entering our room via the window.
Also the bathroom was not very warm and there was auctully cool air blowing from the vent.
But overall we really enjoyed our stay, to include the room and spacious lobby.
We would surely come again

I stay at this hotel multiple times a year to visit family and it is usually excellent. I was disappointed by two security-related issues this time:
1) The deadbolt on my room door did not work (the slot for the bolt was not big enough). When I told the staff at the desk, they immediately gave me a new room with a working deadbolt.
2) I found tape covering the door-lock mechanism on one of the entrances from the parking lost (I assume someone put it there to enable getting in without a key). I removed the tape and then found that the door did not lock. I told the staff at the desk and they said they would ask their security people to look into it.
Although I was disappointed by these two security issues, the staff was immediately responsive. I hope the hotel fixes these issues promptly because they are security hazards.

We would stay there again, a nice , comfortable hotel

Pet-friendly and religion-conscious property. Clean and well appointed. However, I was locked out of my room during my stay and the front desk attendant was a little hesitant in resetting my keys.

Massive venue. Ideal for hosting events, conferences, or large meetings with the need for accommodation. Also good for leisure travellers but a bit far for frugal traveller like myself, who's main destination was NYC. Still no regrets as gas was cheap in NJ (minutes away from hotel).

Shower head has blue and green moldings. Since like nobody’s paying attention about cleaning that disgusting shower head.
Called room service at 2:00 am because of teenagers noise at the hallways. But nothings been done.
All rooms doesn’t have a bath tub. The property doesn’t have the pool.
Gym at least are better.

The staff were all exceptional and very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little dated and did show some wear, but the bed was comfy. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel lobby and main area was pretty. The “restaurant “ was just a bar with 2high top tables and bartender wasn’t very friendly. Our room had a chaise lounge thar was off white had gross stains on it. Shower head was also very dirty

Started by being told to park near door 2. By driving around I found door 1 and 3 so the unnumbered door between them was 2. After barely acceptable breakfast, I had to guess which unsigned elevator serviced my set of room numbers. The water in the toilet made sitting down cold and wet. Spent hours awaiting engineering who finally provided a booster that was small enough for a child. Asked a couple of other men and they had the same but toughed it out. Too embarassing.

I would’ve given this place much higher marks if the cooling system in our room worked. I had the thermostat set on “cool” and 65 degrees but the room wouldn’t cool off below 72 and there were no windows and for me and my family, that feels hot and uncomfortable. 69 is reasonable and I can sleep in that, but 72 is tough. I’m sure most people don’t mind 72; I do and a hotel should be able to meet its guests where the guest is.

Not the worst, not the best. Just meh. One of the bathroom lights was out and there was bad caulking jobs done throughout the entire room.

Crown Plaza Suffren is always my first choice, I just love it, the eating options on site, I also saw very noticeable lovely improvements in the lobby alone like the fireplace, food snack options.

We checked in on the later side after a day of traveling, and was greeted by helpful desk staff. We had called ahead and requested a crib that was ready in the room soon arrival making the transfer of the baby from car to crib seemless.
Athlough we didn’t spend much time in the actual hotel, the area was nice and the grounds well maintained. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again when in the area.

It was unexpectedly nice. It was worth the stay and I would stay again. Happy with the buffet breakfast and the local eats recommendations. Parking was plenty and getting around was easy.
