This was the worst experience EVER . I’m gold on rewards now but was platinum last year , and will be again this year . Just stating this to explain that we travel A LOT , on every continent besides Antarctica . While checking in the front desk was extremely rude to my sister , who had just been hit by a car and was in a wheelchair, unable to walk . She probably looked unkempt as she was switching from one La Quinta to another down the street due to a booking error , and didn’t have time to fix herself up. She was treated so rudely , with them questioning her ability to have a prepaid reservation ( I booked it as I was taking care of her during her recovery ) . They kicked her out of the hotel . When I called to find out , they lied and said she cancelled her reservation, then refused to refund her so she could be in another hotel . So they kicked a crippled woman with a pre-paid reservation on to the street on Easter Sunday . Even after she explained she had nobody to pick her up and nowhere to go . She slept on a neighbors patio , exposed to the elements.

Floor was poorly washed and sticky. I scrubbed the bathroom and entrance floor with a scrubbing sponge and Lysol 3x to reduce the sticky grime. Mattress and pillows were soiled and stained so we asked for extra sheets and pillowcases. Sheets pillow cases and towels were clean and fresh.

there was no hook for hanging anything in the bathroom. the hot faucet handle didn't close properly albeit it didn't leak. i was given a room initially without a desk. every time i came for fresh coffee in the morning they had run out and were in the midst of making more. Elevator was very slow so i took the stairs half the time. bed and pillows were great! staff was very pleasant.

The only thing this hotel had going for it was a comfortable bed. The television would not change to the correct station when using the guide and buffered between changing channels. Forget channel surfing or even knowing what network you were on unless you recognized the program. Associate tried to fix, but when couldn't just said "sorry" and left with no offer to makebit right. Then forget trying to take a shower in the morning when other guets are trying to get ready for their day. Water pressure went from horrible to nothing! Between the pressure and freezing to scalding water, I didnt think i would ever get what little soap I was able to use, off of me. Once again, no effort at the front desk to make it right. Wyndam resorts should be ashamed! Oh yea, forgot to mention the window in my second floor room had no lock mechanism and could have been accessed with a short ladder or from the bed of a truck. Inexpensive ($130 a night) equaled danger and dissatisfaction with this hotel.

The front desk lady was very nice at checkin. The room’s light by the door did not work. The carpet by the bed spotty and felt dirty. The bed was made up nicely however the mattress was hard and old and the pillows were hard lumpy like the memory form had hardened into a big clump of rock. Lastly, the bathroom had black looking mold on the tile the ceiling had black mold in the ceiling patch. The sink was a pedestal sink with no place to put your personal items.

The bed needs replaced. It has a lot of miles. There is no breakfast in the hotel...only a grab n go...that was made up during the covid plandemic. The personal and evything else was good to go.

This place was far from clean and I've seldom come across a more rude staff. This was a true mistake. Paid about 150 for a night and truly it was a $50 special at best. Old run down room. Have you ever entered a place with a used toilet paper roll in the bathroom? Unsanitary for sure. The people working here couldn't care less. Not exactly in a good part of town, either. Oh, don't mind the holes in the curtains nor the sink faucet that's backwards. That loose toilet handle, no problem. Jeez. Roll the dice with anywhere else.

The maids remove my do not disturb sign off of my door and went into my room without my permission on my last day of my day, and I had a lot of medicine in there that was prescription medicine that I’m not sure if they could’ve touched or not, that was unprofessional who do I tell?

Everything was good. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean and the location was convenient. Great price for a solid 3.5 star hotel. I would definitely think of staying here again.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! This was hands-down the filthiest hotel experience that we have ever had. I’ve stayed in some amazing places & I I’ve stayed in some not great places. This was definitely our worst stay. As you can see from my photos, the room was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burns all over the floor, stains on the carpet, it looked as though they just swept everything on the bathroom floor behind the door, because there was hair & all kinds of debris behind the door. The window tracks were filthy, the cabinet around the refrigerator was rotted and moldy. The room smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke & mold, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were going to refuse the room and find a different place to stay, but there was a tornado warning when we checked in. We didn’t feel it was safe to be out searching for another hotel so we stayed. We slept in our clothes on top of the bed & didn’t get beneath the sheets. We didn’t even shower the next morning. There was a hair in the shower and I was afraid I would end up dirtier than I started. Their breakfast is only from 6 to 9 AM. You go to the front counter & they hand you a bag with your food in it. My wife got down there at 9:04 & they turned her away w/ no food. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else! The only good thing about this place was that there were plenty of shopping and dining opportunities close by. We’ll be back again in 2 weeks, but will absolutely not stay at this hotel ever again.

I checked in at 9:09pm, it was a little busy that night. The front desk clerk was nice and professional. She gave me room 303, I went up stairs to check the room out and omg! The sofa was dirty with stains all over, the carpet was nasty, the tile on the bathroom wall was dirty. I took pics and went back downstairs to see if I could get another room, but the hotel was full. The clerk told me that I couldn’t get a refund until the manager came in the morning. I call the next morning and the manager told that I could not get a refund because I was in the room for than 30 minutes. I explained to her that I told pics, called my wife on the phone to tell her the condition of the room, and came downstairs to try and get another room. But, it took me to took long to make up my mind and check out in a timely manner according to the manager she declined my refund.

The overall cleanliness of this establishment leaves a lot to be desired! The elevator (...the slowest in Florida!) floor was dirty and stained when we checked in and remained this way for the following two days. Contrary to what they advertise, no "hot breakfast" is included. Instead, they offer you what they call a "Grab and Go" brown bag with a small orange, a bottle of water, a stale Danish pastry, and a granola bar. Consequently, I had to walk across the street to a Wawa convenience store for a hot breakfast every morning. The floor attendants don't speak any English and perform their chores automatically regardless of your personal requests. The Front Desk Attendants are very nice and courteous!

Great staff and very helpful. Not happy with room as it had a weird odor and wet spot on carpet near refrigerator. Had to buy candle & air freshner for room odor. No access to wifi as it's been issues connecting to android for several days per staff. Other than that, it was very convenient with stores in walking distance and very peaceful quiet. Cute gated dog area outside.

When we arrived elevator was out of order. We are seniors and only room they had was on 3rd floor. No one to help care suitcases up 3 flights so we had to sleep in our clothes until elevator was fixed next day. Pool under construction and closed…couldn’t even sit outside…Fitness room under renovation. No one told us in advance that these amenities would be unavailable. Supposed to get hot breakfast included but not open-were given breakfast bags and had to make coffee in your room. Not what we expected from description…

This place is the worst place to stay. The customer service at check in was very rude and nasty to me. Not the young lady but the manger was. I check in for 5 night and I only stayed for 4 do to me having to leave had a family emergency had to get back home. I couldn’t stay the last night I let the them know i couldn't stay that last night. And they were very rude and nasty about it and refuse to give my money back. So I say this to say not be cheap stay some were nice and just pay for it .

Expedia ad showed breakfast included and they said due to renovation they weren’t offering it. Just a grab and go bag. Extremely disappointed! Would not have stayed here! And both bedside lamps did not work. Accommodation not worth the money!! Never again.

The facility is nice and clean considering retaliations in process. I have future dates reserved and look forward to the stays. The staff were friendly and supportive. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit cramped getting in and out during the day and not much in this area off Hillsborough Blvd. to find to dine, but go a few miles south to Sample Rd. or north into south Palm Beach and you can find plenty to indulge in. I lived in the Broward/Palm Beach for over 10 years.
