Convenient, The pool was clean. The hot tub was just like a warm bath nothing special. The breakfast was a little different lots of varieties. staff was very friendly. Set a good happiness for the day.

I loved my week stay. Mary in the dining room was very pleasant every day. Jamie, Danielle, Elo very very helpful and wonderful staff.
I would recommend this place.
Only place that offers a wide variety of complimentary breakfast.

Pool was down and wasn’t told about my children were disappointed like huge that was was the reason why we chose to stay there wasn’t notified of the closure

The fan in room 200 bathroom does not work,
Hot tub very nice and appreciated.so many hotels do not maintain pool and hot tub.

Chris at the front desk was amazing. He was super helpful with everything and also arranged us a late check out. The property was clean and the bed were super comfy. Thanks for your hospitality. Would surely stay there again.

I checked in late and there was no restaurant opened nearby. Workers at the hotel just treated me like a superstar, gave me some food from their own kitchen ! The breakfast included in the morning was really great, one of the best I have ever seen in hotels with breakfast included. I strongly recommend this hotel !

The rooms where nice and very clean. The hot tub was hot but the jets barely turned on. The hot breakfast was great, just would have been more eco friendly if we did not use plastic forks and paper plates

From the moment I walked into the doors I fet like I was being treated by family, the lady at the front desk was so friendly, big smile, was quick at checking us in and explained well where to locate things, the house keeper was so friendly gave my daughter and I some helpful tips, and went above and beyond, this was an amazing stay with friendly kind ppl and I will definitely be back

When we pulled into the lot, I thought we had made a huge mistake. It was packed with kids running around. Inside was worse — loud kids and parents, there for a hockey tournament across the street, we’re running, yelling, etc., especially in the breakfast area.
However, when we got to our room, we found that it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. We didn’t hear a peep from the kids, and slept well before continuing on our trip early the next day. Surprising number and variety of restaurants and bars to choose from in quick walking distance, too!

Despite seemingly few guest, we were given a room right off the lobby and heard every guest checking in. Way too loud.

This hotel is very reasonably priced, nicely updated, and clean. It is also centrally located in downtown SSM. The only drawback is the lack of a shuttle to the airport. The taxi charged me nearly $100 one-way. That was nearly equal to the cost of staying at the hotel for two nights.

My husband, my son and I stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. Omelets, chicken sausage and great coffee. Everything was neat and clean and the pillows were so comfortable. The Tv was on energy saver mode which made it too dim. When I figured out how to change that , all was well. The Jacuzzi , pool and sauna were very relaxing and clean . We also went to the gym briefly, it was super cold in there but it had all the equipment needed for a great workout. Overall our short stay was great and we would definitely come back.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday as my friend and I went on the Agawa Train Ride - it was conveniently close. What I was quite surprised about was the price for two nights - it cost over $700 for a two nights stay! We booked on Expedia opting to pay when we arrived and we quite surprised. We were told that the prices so up on holiday weekends as well as the Agawa Train Rides near the end of the season. Something good to know for the future. .

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and up-to-date. The continental breakfast in the morning is very handy too. We enjoyed our stay here. The only difficulty is that there is not much parking. It can be a struggle to find a spot in the evening.

Disappointed at checkin that front desk didn’t have Expedia reservations in their system for 2 rooms for 2 nights - had to show Expedia reservation to get second room - front desk asked why my second reservation was under my last name, first name ( said Expedia does this all the time) which caused the Hotel front desk the confusion. Also front desk had obvious coughing / illness which made me uncomfortable
