Our room was spacious and very neat and clean. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, I was glad to see everything clean and orderly.

The room was unfortunately not clean and it had mold by the shower. You can tell they tried to paint it but furniture was old and damaged. Will not recommend.

Great stay ! Can't wait to return .

The hotel was old, outdated, furniture worn down, carpet old and cut up. Room 1011 had cuts in the carpet. Rooms had a plumbing smell and were attempted to conceal smell with glade plug ins. The rooms were near the blue line so the sound of trains coming and going were an inconvenience. Would not recommend and would never stay there again.

Great location for visiting LA!

Great stay no problems at all! Just a heads up though this caught us by surprise there’s a 250$ deposit when you check in wished we were advised ahead of time about it. Other than that our stay was great!

The staff here was absolutely amazing! When i come back this is the only place I plan on staying! They knew me after seeing me once and greeted me like they knew me forever. Their breakfast was one of the best breakfasts ive had at any hotel! I just cant tell them thank you enough for making our stay awesome!

We’ve been fortunate to have stayed at guesthouses in America, Canada, Western and Central Europe but our California hotel excelled for the price. Plentiful breakfasts that changed each day. Always Excellent Eggs with potatoes and waffles, the next day adding bacon, sausage and french toast, the following day biscuits, gravy and pancakes, then ham along with oatmeal, fruits, cereals and so on.

This is a great place to stay if you need extra room space for family and has easy self parking which is charged at $20/day. Although they have a small kitchenette, there were no pots and pans to do any cooking, but they had a microwave and utensils etc... for breakfast and eating takeout! The building is a bit dated but if you only sleeping there, it is fine! Didn't try out the complimentary breakfast but it is served from 6:30 to 9:30 daily.

If you like blood, this is the place for you. The positive was the check in. It was fairly smooth and the staff was nice. The rooms cleanliness is another story. The room was decent when we walked in but once you get into it was when it was not so nice. The closet was dirty looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. We could of dealt with that. It was the dried blood on the sheets that earned the one star. The blood was dried blood not a stain. We called the desk they offered new sheets to change ourselves because house keeping was not available. This seems pretty unsanitary. I had to go to the front to ask for a new room. They politely accommodated. We looked at the room which at the surface was already cleaner than the other. So we switched rooms. The room was cleaner but not to big chain standards. Still dusty, carpet had a big burn mark and a tear, the couches were sunk in, pretty filthy inside and out like they never been sprayed or wiped down. The shower soap holder was broken, the towel rack was barely hanging on, what looked like boogers on the wall. We made due because moving 5 people around to get a clean room. We ended up getting disinfectant wipes and wiping things down, using the sheets they gave us to cover the couches. I wouldn't stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was very good, with both hot and cold items. I love the toppings for the oatmeal and the choices for the cereal. Very family-friendly.
The room is very spacious. The living room is separate from the sleeping area. There is a kitchenette with limited supply of utensils.
The furniture is dated and the carpets are very old. The walls may need a fresh coat of paint. My room is facing the streets. I would imagine the view is much better facing the court yard where there's a swimming pool.

It's not very new or luxurious, but it's a great value for a holiday, especially for families. The room layout is very good, and the kitchen is particularly great.

Twice Keycard needed reprogramming
Old and dated decor for rooms and gym equipment
Breakfast area just not enough seats indoors
We were considering leaving on day one as we were use to the standards of a Homewood suites , this just cannot compare and was not very enjoyable

Super helpful and friendly front desk! Groceries and restaurants near by. There is a monorail next door. Light noise inside the unit. Personally it didnt bother me/my family. Would stay again for my next visit to LA.

Besides the $20 parking a day the place was nice breakfast was kool each day laundry is two dollars per washboard per dry per laundry soap, but they may not have coins to do so but I only problem I had the whole time I was there was that when I called down to the front desk on my first night to ask for a blanket, I was informed somebody will bring me one up. Nobody came when I called again. I was informed that the other lady left and she got smart with me, which was Fessional and when I asked, was they gonna bring one I was informed they didn't have no blanket to give. If there's three beds in a room there should be three blankets available. It was outrageous when I went down the next morning, there was no problem with the lady getting me a blanket , the rudeness of the lady that worked the first night and I don't care attitude is just very unprofessional besides that everything else was very great. Everybody had a smile on the face everything was clean. The pool is heated. The room did have pots and pans and plates and cups which was nice.

Spent 10 nights here and no housekeeping, unless a 24 hour notice was given. Carpet in room was so filthy I did not want to walk around barefoot. There were roaches in the room and another creepy looking bug that came up from the shower drain. The dining area was a bit dirty as well. We walked in to have breakfast and a child had just thrown up. Instead of cleaning it, a worker just laid towels over it and placed caution signs up.The lady at the front desk lacked people skills and always seemed bothered when approached. The manager I spoke to, to question about why no housekeeping was done after requesting it, wasn't any better and didn't seem to care about the comfort of the guest, let alone the fact that I'd be leaving a bad review. Maintenance took about 4 hours to come and fix the toilet. The AC didn't work properly and only blew cold air in the living room. For a Hyatt property, I would have expected better, but you can't always trust a "book" by its cover. My recommendation to families, spend a little more money and stay elsewhere!

I stayed in suite where one entry point door did not lock and my special needs son could’ve easily eloped of unattended. I also requested accessible room morning of stay because mentally disabled son uses medical stroller. Front desk agent said room should be available but they gave to someone else and put us on 2nd floor with no elevator.

For a family of 4 guests, only two bath towels on the room and when asked was told everything is in the wash and need to wait until tomorrow. And even with that did not offer to deliver to room but come to the front desk later to pick up! Customer service simply sucks!!!

The rooms were very cleaned and quite, it was like staying in an apartment with your own privacy.
Parking within feet from your room, the breakfast was ok but better than average for sure.
Extremely friendly staff and very flexible 😊.
Great for a family hotel.

Parking is 20$. Hyatt Place is famous for ripping you off for parking so beware because their location can only be accessed by car with no parking nearby. Net net, with parking charges, it does not make it compelling to stay again.
