Everything was great accept that there was a hard time parking due to the fact that they were doing some construction and their parking lot is very small to navigate through. Also our refrigerator was making a loud noise all night, we had to call office and someone came to unplug it, so we did not have a refrigerator our whole stay. Which was inconvenient for us because we wanted to keep our water cold and ready for the theme park. Those were the only two negatives about this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great that about it!! The room had a smell, the rug was very dirty, there was no place to hang your hand towels, not enough parking at this hotel, the bunk beds are ok for younger kids under 10, not comfortable for older kids. The chargers next to the bed did not work and the toilet flushed too slow, the lock on the bathroom did not work. I would not stay here again!! I did not like this hotel experience. The only positive was the staff was very kind and welcoming!!

The stay was good, staff friendly. Only down fall no elevator to bring up stroller. Wasn’t the end of the world. Nice being right across the street from Disneyland.

It was very conveniently located to our destination

Went for a quick disney trip. Hotel was clean, check in/out and hotel luggage storage was great and easy. Room was clean,ac worked perfect and area was mostly quiet.

It was ok for the price. No elevator or parking. Fees I thought were a lot. It was right across the street from Disney which was perfect.

Wouldn't stay again. The hotel itself was very clean and our room was wonderful. That being said, it was very expensive, had tons of additional fees at the property that made it not worth it at all. Not to mention having to pay $40 additional to park only to be trapped in by valet parking cars blocking your exit. We planned on leaving by 4am but couldn't because our car was blocked in and jad to wait for the valet to begin their morning shift. Was very suprised blocking vehicles isn't considered illegal or a fire/emergency hazard. We didn't even use valet service, still had to pay the extra fee, then were trapped in when we wanted to leave. It really screwed up our travel the next day.

Great stay, close to parks!

Upon arrival, we were met by the parking lot attendant/valet who was helpful and actually moved a car out of one of the parking spots to accommodate our electric vehicle to take advantage of the free charging port. Front desk staff were courteous and quickly processed us and offered gratis cosmetic products. The room were large but had 2 queen beds plus 2 bunk beds. Ideal for families but overkill for a single person. No couch but a single chair/desk. Rooms were clean and well equipped—microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Towels and sheets were in good shape. The primary advantage is the proximity to Disneyland. We were able to walk across the street to Disneyland/California Adventure/Downtown Disney so saved on shuttles/ride share or buses.

Amazing stay. Elderly but clean.

Stayed here for a Disneyland event. Very close to the park. Friendly staff. Very nice accommodations.

Clean, room service was excellent, 5 minute walk from our door to the gate of Disneyland. Affordable. Would highly recommend.

Such a quick walk to the park. Beds are good, not too hard or too soft. There were some bugs we found in the bathroom and the place is on the older side.

The Del Sol Inn is not the fanciest, but is family friendly, clean and has great service. The rooms are a bit dates, and in need of some some minor maintenance. It is a great location for walking to the parks, and works great for our family. The employees are awesome, from the desk clerks, and Valet, to housekeeping, evwryone is very helpful, and makes sure guest needs are met.

The hotel is older and our room had a gap in the door which bugs and light where coming through.

Worked out great. The staff, specifically Dakota, was very helpful. He solved a small problem regarding payment and made a return customer of me.

Its tucked behind the Dennys, mere steps away to the crosswalk that leads to The security and front gates of Disneyland/California Adventure and Downtown Disney.
Everyone is friendly. The staff are welcoming and courteous.
It's very clean, comes with.. mini fridge, microwave, coffe pot (1 cup ), safe, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, desk, lots of towels. Pool as well.
Did, I mention how close to Disneyland?
So convenient to come back to drop off your popcorn buckets and purchases. Or, to put bandaids on your blisters.

Hotel was nice but did not have a place to purchase a beverage like water.

Great hotel for family visiting Disneyland. 5 min walk to get through gates of Disney! Great food options around, clean streets and wonderful staff. This hotel was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Other awesome amenities - pool, hot tub, laundry, bunk beds for kids, security 24/7.
One thing to plan for - our room did not have a dresser so storing the clothes for 4 ppl was disorganized at first but in no way takes away from our experience here.

The tub had hair in it. The bed had eyelashes on it.

We would definitely stay again! Super close to the parks! My family and I were at the parks it was closing time and I realized that we could use a crib at the hotel. Called to hotel asked for a crib and yes they gave us a crib to use! So nice and convenient for my little one. The only thing I wish they offered was housekeeping yes trash and towels were always stocked. The sheets weren’t changed. (Other hotels did) I’m not sure if you need to ask for it. So be sure to ask. But other than that we loved it really nice employees. This maybe the #1 hotel for us every year.

Arrived early and they let us park. Staff was super nice and valet greeted us every time we cane and went. Only issue was they did not come to clean our room on the first day, we came back for a nap put the sign on the door and took it down when we left. I let the front desk know, they said they do not do full service, ok thats fine but i asked if they can take out the trash and clean the rub so i can give my 10 month old a bath. He noted it for the house keeping. Well next day they came and only took the trash and folded our towels. So i had to bath my baby in a small bathroom sink. I told the front desk and the gal at the front desk when i left and all she did was make a note. Not sure i would want to stay when they cant do a simple request. Also the plugs in the room need to be replaced because my power cords kept falling out and wouldn’t charge our electronics appropriately. But rooms were spacious and staff was friendly.

Honestly, I have only good things to say about this hotel! It has been renovated recently so the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the parking was mandatory valet, but the price was the same as self parking, so I didn't feel overcharged, the location is as good as it gets. Seriously, you are so close to the crosswalk on Harbor Blvd., it was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, there were five of us so we needed a rollaway bed, but there was still room to move around after they brought the bed. This is my only warning, and it wasn't the hotels fault, but there was a charge for the rollaway which wasn't fully disclosed on hotels.com, it was $10 per night, but that's not the hotels fault, that is the websites issue! I want to tell you not to stay there, but that is only so I have better chance of getting a room the next time we go back! Seriously though, great experience!

The room was dirty. Beds were hard and we ended up with a rash afterwards.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...! Hello, this hotel is SO CLOSE (literally right across the street from the entrance) from Disneyland that it is totally worth staying at if you are going to Disneyland! The rooms are small...especially if you put 4-6 people in it...not much room for suitcases, clothes, etc. BUT, again, the location is totally worth it. The beds were comfy. It was mostly pretty clean...and the people working there are SUPER friendly and helpful. Nice little pool and hot tub (to soak your sore legs and toes in after a day at Disney)! Pool closes at 10pm so know that. Buy some drinks as you do have a nice sized fridge in the room. Lastly, to reiterate...use this hotel if you are going to Disney as those who need naps can walk back so easily and still come back to Disney. Even closer and easier to get to than the Disney-backed hotels!

This was a one-night solo trip, and my 2nd time staying at the Del Sol Inn. The convenience of being steps away from the Disneyland main entrance can't be beat, especially after a long day of walking around.
The check in and out process was very easy and straightforward. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and efficient. They kindly held my bags as I was early for check in , and I had a couple of hours to kill after check out before my flight left.
My king sized bedroom was very utilitarian, basic, but clean. The decor was a bit dated, and felt like it could definitely use an update / refresh. It seems like they took away one of the beside tables and did not replace it, which is odd and could be problematic for 2 people staying in the room.
My biggest constructive criticism is the quality of bedding. I had 4 standard sized pillows on a King bed. These pillows were old and two managed to be both flat and lumpy at the same time. The pillows were not comfortable, and only the deep sleep that comes after an exhausting +12hr day at the park accounted for my good sleep. The "comforter" is also a blanket sandwiched between two flat sheets, so if you sleep cold, be sure to wear warm PJs.
Overall, based off my room, I'd recommend this property if you're planning on spending all day at Disneyland and are looking for a place to sleep / shower. While the location is ideal, the dated / bare bones rooms are not so fun to hang out in. I'd rate this a 7/10.

We loved the valet parking and the convience being across from Disneyland. Wish the rooms and beds were bigger the bunk beds were really small.

Hotel was clean and very close to Disneyland. Only complaint I have is the parking. There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Once we parked we were afraid to move our car, due to not being able to access it as easily.

There was no housekeeping for the 4 days we stayed there. Replaced some towels only after we asked! Emptied trash was it!!!! No bed making, no vacuuming, no nothing!!!! My daughter stayed at the Tropicana, just up the street and there services were great!

The staff at the resort were amazing! The rooms was clean, had all of the conveniences and of course the best location across from Disneyland!

Staff was great, room was clean but damp and the area around the bathroom was very musky but otherwise clean. Location fantastic, right across from the park and right next to dining. Would stay again.

Perfect walking distance to the park especially with a kid. Took no more than 6 minutes including waiting at the crosswalk. Very close to multiple food places. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

it was very close to the Park entrance- about 5 minute walk.

Great location just across the street from Disney Land. Can’t beat the price and convenience.

Close to the parks. That is the best thing. They accidentally charged my credit card three times at check in. After being told they hadn’t and me showing them the statements they told me to take it up with my bank and were very dismissive. Took three weeks to get the money put back on my card so we were short of funds for the trip. Do not recommend this hotel. Customer service poor. My only bad review, and the most run down property we stayed in our entire trip. You are paying premium for the location only.

We only stayed one night and it was a good value for the money and met our needs. I was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The down side and reason I wouldn't stay here more than one night is if you stay in a lower room you hear every step and noise that the people upstairs make. We were tired enough that we can fall asleep, but if you are a light sleeper this will not be a good place for you.

I booked for an overnight stay after spending all day in the parks. Only stayed for a max of 6 hours. Overpriced for the quality, definitely paying for the convenience and location. Unfortunately, my stay was interrupted by multiple calls from the front desk at 4:15am. Whoever called stated he received a miss call from me which was false. Super odd and eerie.

Plugs in room wouldnt hold things in to work/charge..ie chargers, curling irons, etc. Wifi never worked properly in the 4 days we were there.
