Perfectly adequate if you just need a place to stay for a few nights. Cleanliness was hit or miss, like a dried-out pod left in the coffeemaker, but the sheets and towels were clean and the beds comfortable. Typical continental breakfast with decent coffee. Hubby liked the pool/hot tub. Biggest complaint: no obvious recycling, meaning we brought items home with us.

Our stay was only overnight. The room was dirty, the shower didnt drain and for some very strange reason if we left pur room with the TV on we came back to it off but yet it stayed on overnight. The pool area was nice but not sure we will stay there again.

We loved it kid friendly my 4tear old and 1 year old loved it wish the kid pool was at least a little warm water for them but def family friendly i will def be booking here as i take trips there its so convient as well they have a restaurant connect to it and they will even bring it up to your room fkrst ever having famous daves and our family was in deed not disappointed!!!

This has been our go to for our troops to mayo. Older hotel but staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are dated but comfortable. And location is great without breaking the bank to be rite next to clinic. The shuttle is awesome

beds could use some new mattresses. they have divets near the bedside table. the carpet had waves in it and our window wouldn't close properly. the staff was amazing and have been at every stay over a 6 yr period.

It was nice the front desk lady was very nice when I checked in only thing that was not alright I guess was there were absolutely no pool towels in the pool and the soda machine by my room room my money by other than that it was very nice

The hotel and our room was decent. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Our room overall was clean there was some hair and dirt in our shower and jacuzzi but overall everything was clean. Our water however in our room turned orange a couple different times almost as if the water had shut off and been turned back on but that was not the hotels fault. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. Would stay again.

We walked into a room so perfectly warm and toasty compared to the freezing temperature outside. It was wonderful. Front desk very friendly and hospitable. Welcomed me as i walked in with a smile and a cheerfull 'Hello, welcome" Beds very comfortable i was out like a light. Pillows just right supportive and fuffy Breakfast fantastic eggs were great had 2 plates of them We will stay here again

We are a simple family that don’t need much when we travel so we appreciate these places because they’re inexpensive and if we were to need anything from room service, there’s no issue with getting the things that we need. We appreciate the guest house in and we definitely will be coming back when we return to Rochester.

We had an easy check in and out. Place was clean other than some dirt still in bathtub. The main issie was the overwhelming smell of marijuana the instant we walked in and throughout the halls. In the room was ok. Clerk was friendly and helpful.

The toilet was old look dirty it was only 2face towels the bedding was spots in it and they over charged for my pet n took all my lil money for food but it was quiet n thanks

Room was OK. BUT, the pool should have been closed! Once again, the hot tub was not even warm and the pool was scummy! Maintain the area appropriately or close it! Excuses have worn thin. Once again, the key cards had to be re-keyed on day 2. These excuses have also worn thin. We have stayed there multiple times over the last 10 years, but, this will be the last.

I would never come to this property again. I booked it because you gave it a four star rating and the description sounded great but nothing was working at the hotel in the two rooms they gave me to try and the phones weren't working and so I couldn't contact them to let them know And had to walk downstairs to the front desk to tell them about things that weren't working. The front desk person promised to come up and fix things, but never showed up all night long. Horrible.

The property was fine, just needed some cleaning, the carpets were filthy both times we stayed there. The first time when we walked across the carpet it was sticky and the last time the carpet was very dirty as in dirt.

Staff were friendly but had continued computer issues which delayed check in & out. Expedia indicated on website they had extra rollaway beds-they don’t. We had a small dog and were assigned an outdated room in the backend of the building then added additional cost for pet (not noted in restrictions when registering online.) I will likely never stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 8 years for trips to Mayo. We have never had a single issue. It is the perfect clean, inexpensive, quiet place for us to stay when we are there for appointments. The breakfast is filling, the parking lot is nice and big, the attached restaurant and easy access to the main roads make it our choice for places to stay when we have to be there. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and quiet. The hot tub is nice and if you need to bring kids of any age the pool and splash area are perfect. Overall it is the best value we have found.

The rooms where comfortable. Although a room somewhere in the wing I was in has a bad heating cooling system made a loud noise about every 15-30 minutes. Staff was super accommodating.

GPS doesn't recognize address. Called to get directions and the clerk couldn't help us, even though we were a block away. Turns out, the property is attached to (behind of) a Famous Daves. Nowhere on the website had mentioned that it was attached to a restaurant, but we thought okay, we'll be able to get some food. Checked in shortly before 8 pm and asked about the restaurant and room service as there was a sign that said room service available. She said oh yes you can get room service if you order it a day in advance. (???) So I asked if someone could order for pickup and bring it back to their rooms. She said yes but that the restaurant was closed, even though listed hours were till 9:00 p.m. I asked for a place that would deliver and was unique to Rochester. She said McDonald's. I repeated unique to the area as in not a chain... She responded with Domino's. Got to the room and Googled for food delivery - beetles restauant is great. The bathroom was filthy and toilet was not set properly. Pubic hairs on the floor... Etc. We were exhausted and I figured judging from my dialogue with the clerk upon check-in that calling her wouldn't remedy the situation. So we just ate and went to bed. About 1:00 am, I woke up thinking the property was on fire as I smelled smoke. Nope. It was Famous Dave's and their vent to atmosphere. We were in town for an event the next day and our clothes smelled family of campfire the entire day.

The property in general is run down. Finish on the tub was chipped, holes in the wall visibly patched. Our particular room also came with bedbugs, as we found out at 1am. Since we were on the third floor we elected to just go to another hotel.

All the staff we encountered after a long day at Mayo Clinic were friendly and helpful! We will probably stay here again next month for 5 days as my husband has to stay within 40 miles after having a procedure! Very good breakfast too!

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. This is my fourth stay and for the first time they didn't have their big soft pillows on the beds. The pillows were very small, I was so disappointed; I didn't bring my pillows from home because their big ones are so comfortable and have good support for my neck and back. When I saw the very small ones on the bed it was a bit of a shock. I was able to pile 6 or 7 of them up and make it work, hopefully next time the big pillows will be back. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay, having such a convenient way to get to the Mayo Clinic was a big plus. I will pick them for my next visit to Rochester.
