Check in was quick ,friendly.
The room was ok except for a few large black ants sneaking around the window and heater unit. Room could definitely use a make over. Drive way is in an odd location.
Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Recently remodeled. Excellent hearty breakfast with gluten free options. Our room was well appointed and clean. Hot tub spa felt good after skiing. All the staff was well trained to be friendly and proactively helpful.

The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the green water in the hot tub. Other then that it was a great experience.

I didn’t like that in our room to turn on the heat it was through the fan the same fan that the air conditioned came out. It was so loud that I couldn’t sleep and it would constantly flip between cold and hot air. I did ask for some bed sheets and they provided that which helped. Apart from that the room is perfect, the pool and hot tub is great and I love the breakfast. I hope that they can fix the heating situation in the rooms.

Excellent.

At check-in, we requested a quiet room far from the elevators, and they gave us a room that was right next to the elevator so we had to go down and switch rooms. The heater and AC unit are very loud also. The only other negative aspect was that we could hear every single movement of the people staying above us. Squeaky beds and floors. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful.

I like that the staff are so friendly and efficient. Always asking if they can be of help. The rooms are always clean and inviting...and they leave the lights on for you!

The room was nice and big and well laid out. Bud was very comfortable. Only issue was the tub not draining. Not fun taking a shower in 3inches of cold water.

After traveling all day, arrived to find out the only room they said they had was on the 5th floor but the one elevator they had which went to the 5th floor was broken. The other elevator only goes to the 4th floor. So we had to take the elevator to the 4th, walk across to the other side of the floor and walk up the stairs with our luggage. Mind you I have a bad knee and was wearing a brace and my partner’s arm was in a sling from a shoulder injury. I told the desk clerk and asked if there were any other room and she said no. However a couple checked in right behind me so apparently there was at least one other room.
I was quite upset especially since the room was $430. I felt trapped in my room since going up and down stairs is too much on the knee. We ended up not going out for dinner and eating the snacks we had brought for the car.
Although I was very unhappy with my experience, I will say the room, hotel, & breakfast were satisfactory.

Was very pleased with the hotel. I was upset they didn't clean my room but they made it right.

Staff did their best but this property was miserably overpriced for the what we received. Our room smelled like wet dog. The jacuzzi was, and I mean this literally, green and lukewarm. There are no movies to watch on tv. I paid almost 500 a night. For what? No idea and won’t be returning.

Nice hotel, a block or so east of Times Square.

We arrived in our room--which would have been perfectly nice otherwise--to discover that when we turned on our bathroom sink, water gushed out of the pipe under the sink. We reported it to the front desk; the manager on duty called maintenance, but there was noone available to help until the next morning. We went out for dinner, and when we returned, we found the next problem: the room was full of mosquitoes. It was late, so we killed as many as we could and went to bed. When we checked with the front desk in the morning about the sink--and to let them know about the mosquitoes--we received the rudest service from the day manager Shawn, who proceeded to talk over us, tell us that the mosquitoes couldn't be helped because there were woods and a stream on our side of the building, and that even if he moved us to another room, "I can't guarantee you won't have them there too; we can't control nature." I was shocked that he didn't express regret or acknowledge that mosquitoes in a hotel room was a problem! (I wondered if they had infestations in other parts of the hotel--honestly, he didn't react as if it was a surprise.) They got a maintenance person in to fix the broken plumbing, but between these issues and the officious, condescending (lack of) customer service,we were really turned off by this hotel. Upper management should mandate customer-service training for Shawn, and insist on better maintenance of plumbing and other basic room features before renting out rooms.

This is a nice hotel and convenient to the attractions in the Burlington area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is your typical breakfast at most hotels. The only downside was I could hear every step taken be the person in the room above me (which is typical for most hotels).

It’s an older hotel, elevator floors were extremely dirty & so was dining room where breakfast was served.

Stay was great. Only issue was Holiday in charged my credit card upon check in and I had already paid it through hotels.com. Glad I caught the mistake. Credit is suppose to show up in a day or two

It was a convenient location and the people were nice. Seems like the carpet could use a change as I often smelled a smoky or not fresh odor.
Also some guest should be considerate of others and not make so much noise at 3am.

Bed was extremely soft. AC was not working well. Interior of hotel was tired looking. The woman who checked us in and out was professional and friendly.

Way overpriced for an average hotel.
