The room was extremely clean and fresh smelling. Staff was courteous, and the breakfast buffet delicious. Þhe inly drawback was our toilet had a small water leak when flushed.

Nice stop for the night. Great breakfast and whomever cooks the bacon is a bacon lover. Cooked exactly how it should be cooked.

The bedroom had a bad smell too it. I think it was the couch in the room and should be removed or cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Front desk is very friendly.

The hotel bar was super nice and had food to order. The rooms could use updating but it was okay. Staff is super friendly

Got there and the poor front desk girl was obviously sick. Then when we went to the room there was no hot water in the shower. Moved a few rooms down and had hot water. Just wasn’t the best experience for how much we paid. Needs to be much lower price.

We only stayed for a quick night while driving through but it was right off the highway. A few good amenities around the area. It was a good standard, clean hotel with the usual and welcome equipment. It’s a massive hotel. No issues at all

Just a one night stopover on a long trip, but the staff were friendly, the breakfast good.

The bed was so hard we didn't sleep good at all. I feel that the heating and air system could be cleaned, there was something that was making my throat hurt. It was over priced.

Ours was a one night transit, so we didn’t explore the hotel facilities or the Knoxville area. The staff were pleasant and efficient; breakfast had a good range of buffet selections. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

The reason for a "terrible" rating was the awful smell of the room. It was a cross between that of an "unclean" elder's home and urine. It was very noticable and nauseating. The carpet was new but could not mask the smell. This is never acceptable but at the price of $159 tax one definitely expects better.

Everything was fine with the hotel and staff. The only bad thing I found was the bed. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. I ended up in a chair most of the night. Was not refreshed in the morning.

We were very tired from our trip checking in after midnight but the room was very clean. All excellent! The receptionist was very nice and was extremely helpful!
