This is a marginal place at best. Minimalist rooms with cheap accoutrements. Breakfast is donuts They only give you one room key and one washcloth. Physical plant is worn. Some of the clientele a bit sketchy. We'd recommend spending a bit more to stay elsewhere.

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. We pulled up to a customer peeking out his window every few minutes to watch us. Walked into the room and a non-smoking room smelled like smoke. VERY outdated. 2 pillows (SMALL PILLOWS) on bed. Very dingy and not bright and homey at all. Didn't even stay. It raised my son's anxiety so much, we needed to leave. Again, the guy at the front desk was super nice but I wouldn't recommend the rest.

Wonderful check in staff who were both personable while maintaining their professionalism. The evening staff member went out of his way to accommodate and resolve room issue. He went as far as to proactively heat two additional rooms when my check in room heat source showed limited capability to perform it’s function!
The hotel itself is very run down. Cleanliness was spotty with certain area meticulously cleaned and other areas, lipstick on the inside of the folded shower towel. Non renovated rooms look like they haven’t been updated since hotel was built. Renovated rooms lack the completeness of a full renovation.
The staff and their personality make the hotel tolerable. They work with what has been given to them and compensate with their excellence customer service.

It seemed a little desolate. The women on the upstairs balcony were saying ‘Don’t stay here, which got me a little alarmed. But all worked out ok. It’s under construction so maybe so upgrades will be made. Housekeeping didn’t remake the bed. I guess I expected a little more cause it’s not wicked cheap. The staff and workers there all seemed nice.

The staff was great but the property was a mess. The gym was closed, the pool was closed and the on-line photos didn't match the actual site. The bed was confortable, though.

Very spartan and reasonable rooms. Stayed for a visit to Goshen Fairgrounds. A coffee shop, two local eateries, and Big Y (grocery store) are close. The advertised "breakfast included" is ridiculous and nearly non-existent (cling wrap-wrapped slices of bread and mini muffins!). The morning front desk owner/receptionist could benefit from professional customer service etiquette. Not coming back again . . .

The manager Terry was terrific. Not only did he give us a room we had requested, he also called me on my cell to follow-up with directions to find the hotel without a problem. Only wish the breakfast provided would have offered more choices, including hot dishes. Not an unreasonable request for the price we paid for the room.

Would never had stayed if it wasn't for the snow storm. Buy these people a new vacuum cleaner!

Room was filthy and smelled. I kept my luggage in the car and slept in my clothes. Upon arriving home I took a hot shower and threw my clothes in the wash immediately.

The room had a strong musty smell. The pillow on the bed had several strands of hair. I pulled back the cover and their was hair there also. I told the gentleman at the desk and he asked if the hairs were long and black. I said yes and he replied, "all of our cleaning ladies have long black hair." He said this as if it made it ok. I asked for another room. The other room did not have hair but the bathroom was not clean. I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The place definitely need to be updated, but there is no excuse for the rooms to be unclean.

Stayed for a night. Clean room with all basic amenities like fridge, microwave, smart tv, etc. No complaints.

Hotel is close to route 8, Starbucks good diners. I believe staff does the best they can with a run down property, however stairway decking was filthy carpeting or bare sagging plywood. Appears it may be used for transient housing. Not a pleasant stay.

The office guy who checked us in was nice and helpful. But the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever slept on. Hurt my back for days after and i only stayed 2 nights. Also they let workers stay at hotel like many others but the guy next to us thought he was at a club. From 10 am to 2am he had his music so loud out tv was on 30 n you could feel and hear it through the wall. Ended up calling office and he turned it down for an hour then went back up at 230am. I understand hotels need to have workers stay there but make sure they follow the rules.

I accidentally locked my key in my room at 6:30am, but the front desk doesn’t open till 8:00am. Plus, over my 4 night stay, no room cleaning.

Property was clean but a little run down. Continental breakfast was very skimpy but fortunately there are other options close by. Did not get room service on Saturday and Sunday. Had to ask for an additional bed spread as the one provided was very thin.

Hotel was dated and dirty.
Bathroom in main lobby closed because they do not have paper products to stock it.
Room smelled of smoke and was musty.
Bathroom shower would have made a person dirtier by standing in the mildew.
Lumpy beds and only about 10 tv channels. 8 of them were news.
Glad it was only a single night

The room hand't been cleaned. There were sunflowers seed shells all over the floor. the shower curtain rod fell off the wall. the toilet bowl ran water all day & night. There were dead bugs under the blankets and in the curtains. There was dried food pieces on the chairs and desk. I've never seen a place so unkempt.

The property comes up as a hotel and it is actually a Motel. Very dirty and unsanitary. The beds and blankets are terrible. The whole place stings at cigarettes smoke even though they said it's non smoking. Microwave doesn't work , etc. Very unpleasant experience. Paid for two nights and had to run out after one.

The room was clean, there was a place to park, check in was easy. The facility in general was overdue for cosmetic maintenance. Outdoor carpeting was showing its age. Paint was showing its age.
