Employee at our check in was grumpy about our small dog requiring her a few extra minutes to get us checked in. Room was nice, breakfast was very good.

Okay stay at okay hotel. Bed was firm. Hotel was between a highway and a McDonald's, so the noise level was high. Breakfast included warm, not hot, foods. Staff was nice. Checking in was super quick and easy.

We didn't even stay. Pulled up, building looks nothing like the picture. Run down, junky cars with broken windows and blocked up with no tires and hoods up. Did not feel that it was a safe place and hadn't even gotten out of our vehicle. Felt we would have came out to vandelized vehicle. We had just purchased 2 side by sidea on a trailer and were pretty sure they would be stripped. We chose to just leave and continue driving 12 more hours as to risk having damage to over $100,000 worth of vehicles. Just didnt even want to look anywhere else at that point either. Internet site is very misleading and the reviews must be for somewhere else. Very sketchy place. I would stay away from this place!!

This appears to be an older building with some renovations made over the past. However, it still could use some upgrades. Bathroom fixtures are old with mildew stains. I could see daylight around the door, so the weather stripping needs attention. Despite the feeling of being old and not well maintained, it was clean.

A very nice stay. Easy check-in. Attendant provided an ample list of 19 nearby retaurants. Looking forward to a breakfast served between 6-9 on weekdays, 7-10 on weekends. Amenities weee all I needed for an overnight stay.

My door faces the McDonalds drive through...a busy highway...road and steps to upstairs. I was given a handicap room. Theres a large gap under my door that you can see through to the outside. I rolled up a towel and shoved it under so there wasnt a gap. Bed was clean.

Sandy the front desk attendant is rude and prejudice! I checked in on a Thursday night and had been there with my wife and service dog who is a Great Dane. On Saturday morning my wife and I went for breakfast and came back 30 minutes later and we were locked out of our room, at this point we were told that we needed to pay a pet fee for my service animal and that he couldn’t be a service animal because of his size. Keep in mind we also paid Ms Sandy for an additional night before leaving for breakfast so I refused as I had been at the property and it hadn’t been an issue but Sandy then attempted to charge me an additional fee for having him by charging the card on file! Upon entering the main office I was told to calm down several times when I was only attempting to make sense of the situation and I was told that I should leave and that I wouldn’t be refunded for the two additional nights left on my reservation! I would strongly suggest that if you are a POC to STAY AWAY! Management didn’t even access the situation and as a veteran who proudly served I have never been treated this poorly!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s appears to be an older property and is a bit worn and run down looking. The parking lot and ground level was trashy and needs maintenance. Our toilet didn’t work properly. Room was clean but worn looking.

For $56 you're not getting a suite at the Waldorf Astoria, but what you do get is a decent room, comfy bed and courteous staff. My only complaint was the room, while clean, smelled like stale cigarettes I mentioned this to the desk clerk as we were checking out and she was very apologetic about it. .

The bed was excellent and ALMOST worth the negatives. I would love to know the brand of sheets. The guy working reception was nice. The room needs updated. The furnishings were fine but carpet in hotels are disgusting and this one was badly stained. Our only major issue was the cold shower. I decided to go with it since cold showers are supposed to be good for you but my husband was miserable and couldnt get warm afterwards. We will not be staying again.

They would not let me stay since I live in Springfield. They said I would be credited my money back, but it still has not been credited to my credit card.

Overall this property was fine for the price. However, I do feel like they could spend some money investing in New linens. Adjusting and fixing shower head heights and things like that. But my biggest issue was the clerk who checked me in did not know how to register a tax exempt guest. So I was charged for tax even though I had a tax exempt letter but she did not know how to attend to that. So I was able to email it the second day but the charge had already gone through and now I have to wait for the tax to be refunded. All around inconvenient.

This was a quick overnight trip for us, and we were pleasantly surprised at the condition. That staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated and well stocked, and very delicious. We'll stay there again when we are in Springfield, MO

Loved that I could bring my dogs. They put me on the first floor without asking. There is plenty of room for them to snoop and do their business. The staff is outstanding!

Very busy intersection, but did not hear traffic (we were close to the road). Very comfortable beds. Even though doors are exterior, we did not have a draft and were comfortable all night (down in the 20's). Breakfast was good, staff was very pleasant. We'll stay here again.

Although it may or may not be allowed guest appeared to be living long term in some of our adjoining rooms. They were cooking in the rooms as well as smoking outside our room. The cooking filtered into our room and basically made all of the linens and towels smell. Even though they were clean.

Staff is wonderful, housekeeping is honest. Multiple choices at breakfast. There are multiple places that are walkable, (gas station, McDonald’s and grocery/liquor store). Rooms are decent.

The stay was pleasant, will be using this hotel from now on, on other trips. Fast easy check in. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean, shower curtain needs thrown out, was very worn out and mold spot (my only complaint). I was greatful they had smoking roooms so not have to go outside especially when first wake up.

You get what you pay for. For the price it wasn't a terrible stay. The staff were nice and the room was fine. Just some minor considerations. Looked like a little bit of mold above the shower and rust on a small bar in the shower. The room in general was clean. Lamp shades seemed to be hold overs from days of smoking in rooms, but there was no smell to the room. The top bed cover was obviously stained and in definite need of replacement. I would recommend this hotel if you are needing a cheap place to stay and don't mind some small issues.

The rooms were clean and bug free all though the carpet needs replaced. Beds were good. We stayed three nights and unless you asked the front desk for clean towels the msids would skip you room. I think they should change out your towels, empty the trash and make up the beds. Now this is our concerns! And yes, we would stay here again if we ever back here again!!

Friday - Non smoking room with cig burns on tub, bonus touch of black mold in bathroom and lamp not working Saturday - let desk know, no one came by Sunday - cleaning finally came did not make beds, add toilet paper (one roll empty) and favorite left without pulling door shut. Returned hours later to opening door without card. Pool needs maintenance and cleaned, when in water saw cig butt floating Monday - in shower hand touched side of shower, yuck Go ahead and pay more to stay somewhere decent

When we got in the room it had a musty smell. Then the air conditioner would not cool down the room. The shower wouldnt drain so i was standing in water past my ankles. I was very disappointed in this room. Ive stayed at a different quality in within the area and it was nothing like this hotel.
