Did not like the check-in at Kiosk system. Rather see desk clerk. Hot water in shower was good but no hot water in sink. Used to have an awesome HOT breakfast, now only packaged items. Too Bad because it was AWESOME BEFORE! Now the stay was very basic.

We were there for 7 day's and every day we heard the dog barking in the room next to us . The manager told us to dial 0 on the phone if it happened again, but the phone in our room didn't!!

Shower curtain didn’t cover shower. Made a mess of entire bathroom. Outside exterior was dirty and damaged. “Free breakfast” offers no healthy option.

This place was excellent! The area is well kept. I this area was a retirement town. I LOVED it. Nice and quiet.

Old hotel. Breakfast was grab and go. Nothing hot. Quantities were limited. Sign said “Think of others. Take only one”. Ok for a one night stay- not a vacation

Heat did not work and froze while trying to sleep. Extremely outdated hotel. Flooring is worn out. Building set up where parking lot is all the way on the other side of the office.
Check in lady was nice. Trying to check out had to go to kiosk to speak to some guy who spoke broken English and could not understand a word he said. I will never go back to this hotel again.

The hotel was clean, but dated. At breakfast the orange/juice machine wasn’t working. The toaster wasn’t working. When the manager was told about the problem with the breakfast equipment, he said “it must’ve been made in China.“

This was an average stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nothing was broken. It was very loud because of a group of people that were hanging outside drinking, but not sure the hotel could do anything about that. There are tons of places to eat and was convenient to get to where I needed to.

You have a hotel that services and caters to the whole construction industry! Its not a great place to stay with contractor trucks all over, beer drinking all night, and pot smoking, and noisy!

Our room was on the main highway side of the building and was extremely noisy. Also, anytime there were other customers outside you could hear their conversations as if they were in the room with us. Some of their staff doesn't speak English and I had to speak into her phone to let her know we didn't need her to clean the room.

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable, but they sit a little to high. Being only 5' tall I had a little trouble getting into bed. All our needs were met during our stay. And lastly the staff were so very kind and friendly.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our cat. This hotel was surprisingly a nice place to stay all due to the hotel staff that we met upon check-in. The woman that we spoke with was extremely friendly and super helpful throughout our stay.

Property has been renovated. We had a new room. We only stayed for one night since we were passing through. Restaurant next door. Good food and entertainment.

The coffe in the room was awful. So we went to the continental breakfast. Coffee was worse there. So i said, screw it, ill get the OJ. Worse than the coffee.

lady at check-in was very nice. The room was excellent and very clean. I was only disappointed in the breakfast buffet. no cooked food just packaged items like donuts, pastries and muffins. Had plenty of bagels and bread you could make and the coffee and apple juice were very good. Love the location as it close to the mall and on the main drag. Overall had a very nice and relaxing stay. Thank you!

The room had dead roaches in the bathroom and under the night stand when I moved it to plug in my charger. The minifridge was making a noise sounding like ice dropping so I had to unplug that finally at 2am. It was very dark and scary even for this seasoned traveler going from car to room. Did not sleep well, felt VERY unsafe. I was told by the check-in that breakfast went until 10am; it was already cleaned up and locked up at 933am. The metal in the room was rusty (bottom and top of doorway, fridge, outside door, etc)

The room was very nice. But they were renovating the room next to me so i was woken every morning to the sound of hammers and drills. It would have be nice if they left a room as a buffer between guests and contractors working
