The beds are always comfortable, and room is always clean when we stay here(hotel of choice in rock springs) would be nice if the heater/ac had just a constant fan button for the constant noise to help sleep. The kicking on and off of the fan is annoying. Only complaint really.

The hotel can definitely use some updates and renovations. The staff was friendly. Bathroom was on the dirty side. Breakfast was good.

Only one floor that was being used because of construction work being done. Asked for more blankets got told no. The room was dirty with stuff left inside thr refrigerator and the sheets were dirty

The Clarion has some dust currently--they're remodeling the first floor--but our room was fine. We were stuck for a couple extra nights due to extreme winds closing the highway, and the desk staff were helpful and flexible and let us take time each day to make sound decisions on extending for an extra night. The free breakfast was NOT just stale bagels and an overused toaster like you get in some hotels--it was delicious and had plenty of variety! The breakfast servers were warm, welcoming, and friendly. Only one minor downfall--we talked with a cleaning person to bring us fresh towels and empty the trash, and she never showed up. Had to go to the desk to get our own. No big deal, and as I said, we were taking our stay day by day, and in our room a lot.

My room was right next to the elevator, which kept me awake for awhile since I was on the 3rd floor and it was being used a lot. The room was big, with the king size bed on one side and the tv was way on the other side of the room. The tv was way too small for being that far away from the bed. The bed was comfortable.

We have stayed here several times, it is a decent hotel from the combination of price point, pool and good breakfast, the reason for the 4 stars is that on Friday 03/22/24 the woman checking us in was not friendly and really unpleasant, on top of that she disappeared and let the front desk alone for over 20 minutes, 3 couples waiting, phones ringing of the hook and when she finally came back she was snotty to all. because we have been better of at other visits we will give it one more try, if something like this happens again we are out.

We enjoyed our stay. The help were all very friendly. I had to make some adjustments to our stay because of weather. I spoke with Andrew a couple times on our way out and he was more than willing help make our changes.
We did get to talk to him the night before we left and thank him! The breakfast is very good, homemade omelets !!!!

It was dirty. The elevator smelled like urine. Piles of trash around the back and no grassy areas for a dog.

The service from beginning to end was excellent! Anthony at the front desk was amazing. He made us feel welcome and met our needs before we knew what we needed. The staff at the restaurant was fun and friendly. And the omelet bar in the morning was delicious.
This property is being remodeled. Our room was one of the old rooms. It definitely needed work. However, the room was VERY clean. I only gave 4 stars because of the noise. We were in a room that had a door into the room beside us. You could hear the couples conversation next door.
I will say, I would stay here again since I know the only things I didnt care for will likely be different my next trip through town.

It was a very dirty and outdated hotel. The bathroom was not clean the shower head leaked more water than it sprayed. The parking lot was an ice skating rink. The only thing at “breakfast” was some coffee. I was charged $50 for my dogs which was not stated anywhere that there was this amount of charge. Overall very poor facilities. The beds were comfortable.

Because they are under construction, there is an adequate amount of drywall dust, clutter and dirt.

This property was very centrally located for our needs. The staff was very helpful duty the day and evening. The breakfast they offered was very nice. The usual cereal, yogurt, diy waffles, sausages, potatoes, nice biscuits and gravy and fresh made omelets. I asked for water for the room coffee maker and it was given to me. We didn’t use the gym or pool but did see others using them. It looked very nice. Indoor pool and it was blizzarding outside. The hotel across the street only had a closed outdoor pool so the teams there couldn’t play in the pool.

We stayed at this hotel during a cross country drive out west with the family. The property is definitely on the older side, but the room was large and comfortable. It looks like they are in the process of doing a remodel right now. We really appreciated the fact that our room had 3 queen size beds, which is rare to find. Our room was in the wing above the indoor pool. Breakfast was decent, and they even offer made-to order omelets, which I tried and were very good.
Overall, not a high-end property by any means, but gets the job done at the price that was charged, so it was a good value for our family.

We stay here every time we go from Colorado to Utah when I leave after work. The rooms are always comfortable, plenty of room (for a couple) and a pretty good breakfast (omelets made to order, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fruit, danish, waffles, etc.). Always good service as well.

Tony at the front desk was extremely helpful and respectful. My room was clean and the amenities were great. I used the gym and it was small but it has all the essentials. I would stay again in the future

The front desk staff went above and beyond when our hot water in our room wasn't working. They made sure we had a room to shower in. (They couldn't just change us to a new room as they had no more triple queens available.) They were kind, friendly, and helpful.

Anthony at the front desk was awesome! He went above and beyond to meet our needs, even finding a crib for our baby, even though the hotel was under renovation and the crib was hard to find. We had loud construction work under our room when we first arrived, but after a call to the front desk, they stopped working. The hotel was old and a tad outdated, but it looks like renovations are under way. Breakfast (made-to-order omelets included) was great!

Who ever thought it would be a good idea to have an indoor swimming pool in the same area as the rooms was on something. The smell of chemicals as you enter your room is enough to make you pass out or throw up before you can close your door. Other than that the staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean but I could do without the pool there. It looked dirty too
