My pregnant wife couldn’t stay there cause it smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. We had to check out as soon as we saw our room, and the area looked unsafe

They let an authorized person access my room while i was gone

Rude front desk. Was told there was issue with my funds however later management came knocking to apologize and offer a $10 discount after they falsey accused me of not paying my hotel even though it was booked here. According to them they had the room number mix up so again I'm just a number not a person or paying customer. The bathroom shower leaked all over. The room has thin walls. Construction makes it impossible to park or even access building. They wake you up 3 hours prior to check out to make sure you check out on time. Not worth the stay!!!

Our room was ok but the sink stopped working no microwave no way to get hot water other than shower wifi was weak but the room servred its purpose.

Rooms was clean and comfortable considering the price had a problem with room with hot water Andy gave me another room and didn’t think twice about solving the issue my Motel 6 was greeat will consider here for price and clean room!

The customer service was terrible.. The CC machine was down and they wanted a cash deposit… so had to go to an ATM to get cash even though I booked online

There was a hair in my towels. The shower was falling apart. The sink water shots out everywhere. The toilet kept making noise.

hotel very nasty dirty roach infested beds had nothing on them but sheets heater did not work room was very cold mold on ceiling bed was unsafe broken holes in wall tub very nasty the so called closet was disgusting took pictures sent the the GM got a email back from the company stated they seen nothing with the room they can not give me a refund smh never will stay their again would not recommend to anyone had people just hanging out in front of the place BIG THUMBS DOWN...

The staff was kind, I didnt have any issues. The motel is a little older, but, was clean. I believe they are doing the best they can with what they have! Definetly a huge improvement over the years! Once upon a time, this place was riddled with roaches, drug addicts, and homeless ppl hanging around. I experienced none of that this time! I did not have a microwave or fridge in my room, and they do not serve breakfast. There is a $50 refundable deposit. I would recommend this place to others and would stay in the future.

Tried to take a shower hit it was broken and when I asked the guy to change me rooms he declined

Sheets were dirty also it had blood stains, restroom super dirty properly was a total mess. I had to called them for them to refund my 50dls deposit… terrible service. And the property it’s very old and very trashy.

Jose went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Basic clean accommodations served my purpose. Dennys restaurant and Starbucks next to the property was an extra bonus. Cable tv on a wall mounted flat screen, table with two chairs, linens and towels were clean and comfortable.

No hot water people right outside all night long. The room had a water leak and covered most of the room

OVERALL, A DECENT PROPERTY AT WHICH TO STAY. MOST OF IT HAS BEEN RENOVATED, INSIDE OF ROOMS ARE PRETTY NICE BUT BASIC AND SOME DETAILS HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED (MAKE SURE YOUR DEADBOLT IS FUNCTIONING, SOME STAINING ON THE WALLS, OUTDATED PLUMBING FIXTURES). STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, LOTS OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION GOING ON OUR FRONT. DESPITE THE FIRST-IMPRESSION LOOKS, IT IS QUIET...I HAVE STAYED THERE TWICE IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
