It was suitable for a brief one night stay, but was not well cleaned and most everything was worn and needed updating. Staff was pleasant and price was suitable.

The rooms floor appeared so nasty that we refused to walk bare footed. Walls were chipped and splotch painted. The rear entrance to the building did not lock...insecure. The breakfast was dismal. Street noise kept us up most the night.

The room had a musty/smokey smell to it. There were stains on the floor and the pillow cases were stained. The sheet did not fit the mattress and kept popping off. There wasn't much to the free breakfast. It was "ok". It served the purpose and was reasonably priced.

The lobby is gorgeous but give you false expectations of the rooms; staff is fairly friendly, areas smoke smell free. The breakfast area is good: basic continental breakfast; everything in order and clean, the lady that attends the area is very courteous and polite. Wakeup call requested and was not granted. Explanation next day from front desk was disappointed!! At room: hair dryer does not work, sink leaks - had to place a tray underneath (was reported at front desk at check-out), phone, microwave, and radio/clock, were all disconnected, guest computer and printer does Not Work!! The cleanliness of a hotel room is not just the beds and toilet and bathtub, it also includes sweeping correctly behind chairs, beds and underneath lounge chairs. By the way the room lounge chair has be throw on the garbage!!

The only working elevator is at the extreme back entrance, which is poorly lit and partially hidden by large shrubbery. I felt unsafe entering at night, but I needed access to an elevator.

it was coinvenient, it is an older one but pretty much upkept, at one time im sure it was excellent, dining, bar, and nice but years have took toll no more dining or bar but still have beautiful area and settings for it the staff was great , very accomating we did have to change rooms heat was stuck on 66 and it was cold so no problem they switched us without hassles i would stay there again thank you!

Awful The elevator was place out of order and my room was in the third floor. Room furniture is beaten up and the carpet is nasty dirty. Pillows fill lumpy. Best part was the "included breakfast", which was rotten bananas. a gallon of Fruit punch and milk from Walmart. Juice Dispenser machine wasn't work. No coffee or tea, you had to get that from the lobby which tasted so bad. And hot breakfast was white stale bread with not-so-appetizing- look scrambled egg and some smelly hot dog dipped in oil.

Always a pretty good stay here. I've stayed many times for business. This time however housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am asking, "Are you checking out today?". Check out is at 11:00am and this seemed a bit aggressive. As I was wheeling my belongings out, the same housekeeping shouted from inside a room, "Are you gone sir?" Again, too aggressive. Front desk staff is always excellent.

The evening clerk was great, the breakfast was unsatisfying, the morning clerk was absent and when I had to have a key replaced (by the morning clerk) because my key didn’t work when I returned from breakfast, the 1st replacement didn’t work either. Nothing major but majorly annoying. German cockroach in bathroom.

The place was disgusting! The sheets on the bed were not even changed! There was hair, makeup and gunk on the pillows and sheets! The room had not even been cleaned. Windows were filthy, curtain over the patio door looked like it had been slashed, the AC didn’t even work! I felt unsafe and checked out yesterday morning and had to find another hotel! Horrible place and I demand my money back

Front desk attendant was eating breakfast with crying baby behind desk. Not very friendly or helpful. Other staff did not speak or barely spoke english and were unable to assist. Not sure if it was guests or employees who were smoking pot at every door. The smell overtook the building, and they were at every entrance throughout my stay. Screaming and fighting in parking lot all night. Did not feel safe nor did I feel my vehicle was safe. I was there for post-op surgery stay. Was not a very comfortable visit. Mexican restaurant (at night) was amazing. Great food, great service.

Ac is very noisy. Front elevator is out of order and is not repaired. Refrigerator was making shocking noise periodically. Vanity cabinet was damaged. Desk side was damaged. Room entry door does not close properly, door closer is too weak to close door. Stairs for emergency exit are dirty. Breakfast has very limited choices.

It was a place to sleep. The elevator was broken must of the time we were there, the desk/ table was broken, debris around the beds because room was not cleaned properly, they had only hand towels and regular bath towels for the pool, outside trash can was full and four big bags of trash sitting beside can, the breakfast was a joke, cereal and there was about four pieces of white bread and something in a small warming dish. I will not stay there again. Oh ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. Next time I stay in that area it will be at the Courtyard Marriott.

The location is great if you wish to be in a central location, however, US 11/129 runs beside the hotel so all we heard all night were loud trucks and cars!!! We were thankful for the nice hot shower in the morning! Breakfast was non-existent. Juice was in a jug not a dispenser! Will choose another hotel for our next trip! JP was friendly at the desk! I appreciated his warm welcome!

There is nothing to like for this property. In the night I came in, the whole ambience was very gloomy, starting from Dirty carpets in the entrance area, to a super dirty elevator. When I entered the room, the kid did want to come in - Room had a bad smell, rusted taps in the bathroom, super dirty carpets, towels were worn out and the list keeps growing. For the Ramada - wyndham brand this hotel is way worse than the nearby motels.

My husband and I were grossed out by everything we noticed. The carpet was stained to the curtains in bad shape. The bed was also not comfortable at all as it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The pillows had no shape to them at all. We woke up to horrible pain from the bed. We would not suggest this hotel to anybody. The only positive thing was the staff.
