Great experience. Clean room, water slides at the pool. Onlu complaint was the bedding. The bed had a top sheet and a heavy duvet. No blanket, was either hot or cold all night.

The beds were very uncomfortable. And the mini refrigerator made horrible loud noises all night.

Parking access was very convenient. Staff professional and very kind! The room service from Joys table was very delicious. Carpets are outdated. Bathroom could use an upgrade.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I like they had a shop inside with bathing suits and a lot of other items. We didn't try the restaurant i wish we had though looked nice. The soon to be coming ice cream parlor looks neat and the waterslides kept the kids entertained for sure. All in all in was a very nice affordable hotel that i plan on taking my family to again.

We were told the pool would be open the day we arrived, but it was not. The next day it was open but we got a rash and burns after exciting the pool. Their pool was the main reason we stayed there. Needless to say the kids were disappointed.

We were the furthest away from the pool area so it was really quiet. The room was pretty cozy minus the bed. It was pretty hard.

The staff made the stay! We had a problem with our first room (A/C not working). The maintenance person was there within minutes. When he couldn’t fix the problem, he communicated with the front desk to get us moved and then helped us get the baggage to the next room. So helpful. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our AC didn't work in our room, we told the front desk, they sent a repair man to "fix" it...and it never fixed. After arguing we were finally moved to the room next door where the AC did work, but not until 24 hours of no-AC had passed. The "grab and go" breakfast is gross and needs to be disclosed as a very cheap, limited option. The kid's play area at the pool was cold...which doesn't work for kids. The stand the fridge and microwave were on was yanked out from the wall with nails sticking out of the top. The WORST mattress I've ever felt...I slept on better floors in college. All in all, I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone- they need to get their issues seriously under control. Awful.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. The staff are friendly. The rooms are are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Checkin was great and front desk staff was friendly but that was about the only positive. Pool was much smaller than photos looked. Very busy and not much space to actually swim. The layout was very confusing and room was difficult to find. Bathroom was tiny. Shower only partially worked. The door for connecting rooms which was locked since we didn’t have a connecting reservation was not sound proof at all. You could hear everything in the next room, especially bathroom sounds. Breakfast was very disappointing. We will find somewhere else to stay next time.

There was a party with a DJ and could here the music till Midnight was in room across hallway and music way to loud .

Very clean! Updated and modern. Excellent customer service. Comfortable rooms. Temp control was on point. The accommodations were nice. Kids loved the pool (staffed life guards) and overall the property is very kid-friendly (Arcade, vending machines, etc). Would book again and recommend if wanting a good price point and a relaxing, CLEAN, stay!

The restaurant, however, was very disappointing. The food was mediocre but pricey. Of course, you pay for the convenience of dining onsite but it really wasn’t great. The server was nice enough, a bit snarky for my taste but overall, the service was good.
