My stay was great. very friendly and professional staff, and the location of my business conference was conveniently next door where I didn't have to use my vehicle. Great food and networking.

The service was great! Receiving cookies as a welcome gift was a nice surprise and the fact that they were warm was esp. special! The King room we had was spacious but we wish we had a mini frig, and the bathroom towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. Other than that though, the room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning!

I was disappointed that the hotel room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. Otherwise it was OK, but this was a major inconvenience for me and my family.

Service was great for the most part. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom slightly covered with what looked liked mesh of some. There was something that looked like it fell from the ceiling in the sink. Lastly, while I was trying to reach my glasses that fell behind the bed, I pulled out a bag of what seemed to be sanitary wipes and a bitten Reese's Peanutbutter cup. I had chocolate all over my hand.

I did not like that I had a dead fly on the floor of my bathroom on top of that the temp the had old food dried up on it . Also my toilet paper was over half used when I got there am I not supposed to have a fresh one ? . Night stand was a little dirty still . I come to this hotel often but this time was a bad room experience for me .

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was out of complimentary water bottles.
Had breakfast at the hotel. That was very disappointing. I actually returned the pancakes they were so bad. The poor server was having to deal with menu shortages, poor quality food, and very few dining customers. We found out why people don’t eat at the hotel.

The stay was overall great! Friendly & welcoming staff. Just wished they had a fridge & microwave.

Only negative thing I could say is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. After a full day in airports or in the air it would have been nice to keep my 6-pack cool a little longer.

This is a beautiful, newer property! Very comfortable beds, super soft pillows and beautiful room decor. The location is not ideal if you don’t have transportation. There’s just not a lot around.
We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for family vacation. The pool was broken entire time we were there. The basement restaurant has terrible waitress service (heard her loudly complaining to other waiter about another customer) and she never brought out a drink we ordered. The entire hotel seemed claustrophobic with small room windows, and dark dingey basement. It's a very strange Hilton. From this experience, we have decided to stay away from ALL Hiltons now.

This was the worst stay. I’ve ever had at a Marriott Hotel I get there they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to rebook. 2. The room was dirty. The bathroom still had used soap in the tub, the A/C didn’t work and the room was missing other things that it should’ve had. They moved us to another room. That room had old dirty clothes behind the curtain on the floor, there was dried up urine on the side of the toilet and the tub was dirty. They charged my card more they should have which, locked up extra money on my account….

Felt very very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. They even had hot cookies waiting for us when we checked in.

The young man who checked us in displayed the warmest welcome and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I am not tech savvy and he and a co-worker were able to find my account and get my stay credited to me. My granddaughter was so excited to get a cookie and then delighted to find it was warm! The shuttle to the airport was just what we needed to make the best start to a long awaited vacation. Everyone was amazing - great service.

Staff was very helpful. My only disappointment was there was no refrigerator in the room; I have stayed at some lower end franchise hotels in the past that I’ve had them. Other than this, the hotel was very good. Like that’s convenience to the St. Louis airport, as well as car rental returns.
