My stay wasn’t as enjoyable as I had hoped. The elevators were out and I was on the third floor. Also, the pool was closed. My kids and I wanted to swim.

Shower head not working at all. No alternative room available. Doors of elevator beeping all night because doors left open.
I had a room down the hallway and still heard the beep.
However Front desk personnel friendly

Hotel was clean, room was relatively clean, there were several issues. For starters there was an alarm that would constantly go off through the night, bathroom shower was broken, the shampoo tops also broken. Hotels.com advertised free breakfast which is why I chose this location, come to find out no breakfast was offered. Pool was also closed for construction, so the money spent was noth worth the hotel.

Paid for breakfast and didn’t get the breakfast or the discount in an email for my next stay. I was told a $100 off my next stay but no one could tell me how to obtain this offer or when my refund would be processed. I moved one of the chairs in my suite and I could tell it had never been moved. There were stains on the carpet under the chair and the chair itself . Room 411

We were disappointed the pool and gym was closed. Other than that everything was fine.

Not a good time. Check in was easy and that was about it. Pool was closed despite receiving an email from them Wednesday reminding me to bring swimwear so i could use their Olympic sized swimming pool. Keycard kept needing reactivating. No discount for the misinformation. Rooms ok
Bed was comfy for a hotel. The ac barely blew cold air and it had exposed wires. Water was hotnwith good pressure. And had to ask multiple times for some extra towel. The room only had 2 for 3 people. TV setup is dated. Fridge, coffe maker and microwave were in the bathroom. Overall just not a good time

The window in our room leaked, so everything that was beneath it was soaking wet in the morning. Multiple times throughout the stay our room keys were randomly deactivated; and the elevator/hallway smelled strongly of weed. Will not be staying here again.

they did not tell me that the pool was closed until after i checked in, (ONLY REASON WE WENT THERE). then told me deposit was $50 for total stay no matter how many nights, checked in charged me $50 PER NIGHT. then called a day later to see what the deposit was and got another answer saying it was "$100 deposit for incidentals". asked for maintenance the first night i checked in and they never came. i had to get a new room key 4 times because they didnt work. over all just a bad experience. 2/10. DO NOT recommend.

We’ve stayed here about 4 times now for a banquet. This was the first time we’ve had a not so good experience. Had to get our room key reactivated 3 times. When I complained Brie insisted it was because o our phones l, when explained to her i didn’t have my phone on me my husband had it just gave an extreme attitude. Fast forward to check out. Brie was there again and she was having issues with a customer (check in) there was another you lady with blond hair just standing there and after 25 mts I asked if one can help the customer and the other person could check small it (there was like 4-5 of us trying to check out) well after another 10-15 mts they Brie finally told the her young ladies to help the same customers out while she checked us out ( which literally took 2-3mts). The hotel knowing there was a banquet going on, and expo and a wedding there was NO need for having them to be extremely short staff and what I mean about that is Brie checks us in at 6pm and she checked us out.
It’s sad because we’ve never had this issue before and the hotel should plan accordingly next time.
Over all the room was clean, warm, the water preassure was amazing.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told the pool was closed which was frustrating as that was one of our main factors for choosing the hotel. The desk offered to waive the cancellation fee but refused any reduction on the rate. Two of the three elevators were out of service which made it take longer to get to our fifth floor room than necessary as the elevator was in use. My husband is disabled and unable to use the stairs. When we got to the room, our key did not work so we had to go down again for a new one. The key did not work the second time either and when we went back down to the desk we’re told the key was fine but they would send maintenance up to look into it. We waited for maintenance which put us behind for our evening plans. Maintenance was finally able to fix the key and we were able to get into the room. The room was fine, but the carpets were very dirty and needed vacuuming. In addition, when we got up this morning, we realized the refrigerator did not cool, and our food had to be discarded. We also noticed that there were red fire inspection tags on all exterior doors stating that the fire alerts were not working and the only way to report to the fire department was to call 911. This was not mentioned to us at check in. Overall, the desk associate was not very welcoming or accommodating although the maintenance and housekeeping staff were pleasant. We won’t be returning.

My fiance and I chose to stay here to celebrate our engagement because we had gone once before and had a great experience. This, however, was the single worst experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. We booked our king suite weeks in advance only to be told they “oversold” and we had to be moved to a normal room. (Note; the room had a hole in the window which let a draft in all night, and the shower couldn’t fully drain) We wanted to enjoy our engagement trip and so we agreed and just said we only wanted to enjoy the pool so it wasn’t a big deal, only for the pool to be shut down with no note or email or call or warning. I reached out to the property before check in and was ignored. After finding out the pool wasn’t open I tried to reach out to management. I have since been getting lies and back and fourth with no help. We made reservations for the restaurant and they ignored the noted about us celebrating an engagement and the food was considerably worse than when we went before. The crab special was fishy and very obviously not fresh. When going back to our room our keys then didn’t work and we had to go back down from the fifth floor once again to get the keys fixed. The hotel management needs to get in contact with me asap because this stay was in no way okay. We wasted not only our money but our engagement celebration was AWFUL due to the staff and management here.

Check in -out took a but longer than expected but staff explained this was due to Expedia. Our room was very clean, was very quiet and location if this hotel to all our activities was excellent. Had a slow moving drain in our shower and sink only had cold water.

They had a party going on in the atrium hall that lasted until past midnight Saturday night into Sunday morning. When I called down to the front desk to complain the guy at the front desk told me he would ask them to turn it down. But it got louder, and when I called back to complain again no one even answered the phone. My flight was changed to early Sunday morning so we had to get up at 5am. And we were very tired due to not really getting my sleep and being woken up multiple times during the night and early morning due to the partying going on in the lobby. And there wasn’t even a warning or anything that there would be a party either

I tried checking in at the hotel at 7:00pm. Asked what time the pool was open till. At that time i was informed the pool was closed under renovations! I have booked many time thru a 3 rd party and every time any issue that arose i was emailed of the situation! Not this hotel. They told me management assured they had conveyed the messages to hotels.com or expedia!
Obviously they had not. At the moment i am still trying to receive a refund because i reused to stay at the hotel. It was my daughters 7 th b day and all she wanted to do was go to dinner and stay at a hotel with a nice pool.

Booked a room for two nights so our grandson could swim. Pool was closed for renovations. Lights didn’t work in first room, no maintenance working that night. No breakfast was available the next morning. The site boasts Olympic sized pool and restaurant for breakfast—a big nope for either. The front desk offered to cancel our reservation, but we were too tired to drive to another location that night.

I went here to relax and unwind. The pool was closed for health inspections. The shower door wouldnt close. The shades were falling off the brackets when you tried to close them. Both elevators were not working. Overpriced rooms considering lack of amenities.

Most elevators didnt work. It snowed and water came in through our window. Staff was rude. No towls in pool area with like 30kids in there. Just broken flooring very dated. Had to pay for breakfast and it wasnt good and poor choices for a buffet. Paid to much money for not a great hotel at all.

I didn’t like the fact I have to stay for 3 days to get my room cleaned

Only thing, I didn't like was the tv isn't updated. It's too old school plus limited channels. It's not a smart TV where we can watch apps such as Netflix, Peacock, Paramount plus and etc.

Room was nice, and clean. Only thing is I was told breakfast was included in my stay at check in, come the next morning they were asking me for a voucher, according to the new front desk person I needed to pay an additional $15, on top of my stay to get breakfast, very pricey. I have 4 kids, I would not be staying here again.

I’m currently experiencing a housing crisis. I stayed here hoping to be comfortable and stress free for 2 nights. First I was placed in room 230,I asked to be moved because the smell of marijuana and cigarettes was unbearable and triggering to my asthma. Once I got to my new room I found there were toenail clippings in my bed. Just gross. Several hours later I started getting alerts on my phone that the hotel was charging me for unknown things…totaling 418$ in addition to the 253$ I already paid. When you’re in a housing crisis this is the last thing you want to go through. I confronted front desk, they were of no help. They could not explain what happened. I called corporate same thing no answers just apologies. It has now been three days and the situation is not resolved. I am still in the hole almost $700 WITH NO EXPLANATIONS.

In many other place we have stayed the room service is automatic everyday and expected, in this place I had to call front desk on two separate day for them to clean the room (room service) to get clean sheets and towels. Poor room service policy.
