Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was comfy, though detected a musty smell, I suspect from recently starting up air conditioning. Unable to access filter, so would suggest maintenance work on this. A friend's room smelled similarly.
Pool had extended hours, was able to swim in the early morning. It is a deeper pool 3.5 to 5.5 feet with fairly quick depth change. Something to keep in mind if smaller swimmers need to be able to touch bottom.
Didn't try the restaurant, but complimentary coffee was appreciated, as well as the ice cold mint infused water.
Ice machine in lobby kitchenette has small ice pellets for those who appreciate the ice crunching opportunity (or need to ice a soccer injury).

It was our first time staying at this property and we were very pleased. Employees were friendly & helpful. Lobby area is attractive. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again anytime we fly out of Manchester. Price was extremely reasonable.

This hotel was a great value, offering a really nice gym and pool. Location was a little busy and there was some noise outside but not enough to bother our stay would definitely stay there again.

Room was okay, Staff was pleasant. The room was not ready.Refrigerator not plugged and didn’t work well made noises. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. On the last day it looked like they might have contracted with the city to help house the homeless

So far so good , we do come at this hotel 3-4 times a year and it’s a nice place and price are good, service is always good but last week we meet a few problem … since we’re there for 3 nights , first day our tv stop working , no prob they were very fast to change it and we appreciate it next day we woke up with hundreds of ants on the floor , still very fast service to clean it up . The cleaning lady came to clean the room and lock the toilet door ….. it’s not a big deal but when we travel , the first thing we want is relax and enjoy right !
At that point I was surprised that nobody came and offer me a bit of something but anyway they take care of problem fast so I guess that alright

The room had some water dripping from the bathroom the toilet got clogged and cold air coming in from the window with the window closed. Which made it colder something we didn't need in February. The positive the pool was on warm and comfy beds and close to the New Hampshire Mall

The experience only here at the hotel has been fabulous. Everything was so clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great atmosphere! Conveniently located to almost everything. If your going to stay anywhere, it should be here at the Even Hotel!!

The overall stay was good. The in house restaurant was not properly staffed and the guy attending was alone trying to serve a completely sold out hotel of people that came for the graduation. Including myself. My son and I had to wait over 45 minutes for my breakfast and my mom and sister didn’t even get to order. Please fix this for future visitors

Hotel close to the airport. Shuttle (required a reservation the day prior) to the airport available on the half hour. Facilities were clean, breakfast was good.
It was odd to have so much exercise equipment in the hotelk room itself.
Did not avail myself of the indoor swimming pool.

Checked in for an early flight the next day, everyone was great! We appreciated there was a full bar and an airport shuttle

Its next door to a Harley dealer, trash trucks early then bikes all day. Couple people on heroin on corner near the Sunoco/Casino. They beg on the street then later you see the same people bent over stoned. Dog waste receptacle at hotel full and then stuff left on top of the receptacle. Bar closed Monday and Tuesday. The location is good in relation to businesses nearby and roads.

My room had a view of the roof. There was a wall on the roof blocking everything (the sky/shops couldn’t see because of the roof with structure on top)

This hotel is in a very convenient location in terms of the highway and access to the nearby airport (we did not need the airport). It is clean and pleasing but I gave it a lower rating because the room smelled like a gym. It's a cool idea to have exercise equipment in the room, but more needs to be done to get rid of the gym smell! Also our room was in the rear of the hotel, adjacent to a Harley Davidson service center. Since our stay coincided with the motorcycle rally weekend we were hearing motorcycles all night and Sunday morning as more riders were arriving. Since nothing can be done about that it's a shame that the rooms aren't better sound insulated.
