Very nice experience and the price is ok

Room was not ready at check in, booked the room for two people and there was only one towel...

Es un hotel viejo , y le falta mantenimiento , muy buena locación , cerca de todo , cuando llegamos los chicos de recepción muy amables , hablando inglés con mi esposo , mi esposo es alto , tienen una lámpara , larga enmedio de la ventana y enfrente del escritorio , mi esposo se golpeó la cabeza varías veces con ella , esa lámpara es para cocinas arriba de las islas oh barras , el último día , mi esposo despertó temprano se fue al restaurant , yo lo alcanze , más tarde . Cuando abrí para entrar , se regreso la puerta con tanta fuerza que me prenso mi brazo enmedio de las dos puertas , horrible Gracias a Dios no se quebró , lo reporto mi esposo porque esto le pudo haber pasado a un niño , ocupan cerrar esa puerta que está mal , mi esposo fue y checo con un mesero y efectivamente , se cerraba al instante con fuerza , terminamos de almorzar y nos fuimos a levantar las cosas , mi esposo fue a entregar las llaves del cuarto y de regreso se resbaló y se cayó horrible , había un charco de agua que no miro , no tenía anuncio , nada. Fui y hablé con la persona de recepción y no le importo siguió como si nada en la computadora , le volví a recalcar mi esposo se resbaló con agua qué hay en los escalones al salir de la puerta principal. Ninguna palabra me ignoro , el señor de seguiridad ayudo a mi esposo a levantarse , el pobre estaba muy asustado , me dijo haga un ueporte , le dije ni siquiera le importo al hombre no se si era el gerente del hotel. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

El personal de recepción no se presentó por varios minutos, el servicio de internet era deficiente, intermitente y lento. Los vidrios y espejos estaban muy sucios. El desayuno continental muy limitado. La alberca estaba sucia por la tarde del domingo. En el lado bueno, el personal aunque escaso, fueron muy amables y las habitaciones son cómodas.

Facilities do not look like the pictures, everything looks really old and in need of repairs or improvement, the key card kept failing and in need to be reprogrammed almost every day. Total misrepresentation of what the hotel actually looks like in real life

sink was clogged., service took about 20 minutes to fix .., then at night I took a shower and found tub had same problem.. hotel didn't have personnel to fix problem so my wife had to wait to take shower.., for breakfast took about 40 minutes to get food we got kind of dissapointed

The facility is in desperate need of an upgrade; especially in the washrooms. When turned on, the taps were extremely loud and the noise when the toilet was flushed sounded like a jet taking off. There were no hand towels or face clothes in the bathrooms; only bath towels and a bath mat. The hallway carpet was dirty and the outside entry doors into the facility were not secure.

El cuarto con cucarachas. Nuestra reservación era para cuatro personas y solo había dos toallas, pedimos más de 5 veces dos toallas extras y nunca llegaron. Cuando hicieron en aseo dejaron cafetera, tazas, vasos y toallas sucias. En el restaurante, no había frijoles como guarnición y tampoco miel para los hot cakes, sin olvidar mencionar que se caían pedazos de techo en la mesa. El gerente nunca apareció, todo el tiempo estuvo ausente y nadie nos brindó ayuda para resolver nuestras quejas. Terrible servicio, no volvemos a hospedarnos ahí.

This hotel was rated 3.5/5.0 and I was disappointed of that rating, it should have been more like a 1.5/5.0. It's a very old and outdated hotel, new wallpaper and shower doors don't make it new. The carpet was old and it smelled bad, the shower had plenty of mold, and the sink and toilet were falling apart. I will never stay there again, there are plenty of new hotels in the same area.

En general todo es muy promedio, la alberca estaba muy sucia , imposible usarse de la cantidad de suciedad que tenia.

el baño tenia una fuga de agua y no la repararon, la alberca un buen mantenimiento y que la limpieza de la misma la realicen cuando este cerrada.

Staff are friendly and helpful. English isn't their strong point, but they know enough. Restaurant staff were the same.

Hotel is in serious need of renovations. Very out dated and dirty.

It was absolutely terrible. The room smelled and when I walked in the window was open, the door to the bathroom did not close. The beds were hard not to mention 4 cop trucks parked outside a section of the building. The security person at the entrance was not friendly but he gave more of a creepy feeling. The whole vibe was off so we had to book somewhere else.

Muy mala experiencia, muy sucio, mal olor, muchas cucarachas y no volvería hospedarme ahí.

Rude security staff. Big room (a bit old) and good location.

On the route to Monterey so you don't have to go out of the way. Secured parking with friendly attendants. The staff was friendly and spoke English, the breakfast in the morning was simple but tasty. Problem with the hot water was fixed by morning. Room a bit tired and aged, but clean
