We booked a room.with 2 queen beds and they gave ua a room with 1 king bed. It was fine and didnt complain.

The stay was just average. The pool is wonderful for kids, but the room was in need of some renovations, too warm and no ability to adjust. Beds were horrible. Facility offers a free breakfast but with over an hour left for breakfast there was nothing left to eat, had to ask for cups and coffee as nothing was out. Second morning we went out for breakfast

The pool is specifically designed for kids which is just what we were looking for. Although it could use some maintenance and cleaning. The rooms were a bit dated but clean. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was also good. And the staff were all lovely.

The property was great and clean, the pool area was nice. The hot tub was out of order and there was flooding in a few rooms during the night so the pool area lights were on all night with a lot of noise from the repairs. Got very little sleep.

Great family time in the pool. Awesome staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was vary big and the bunk beds where great the kids loved them. The best restaurant going with amazing East Indian food the best I have had in years. Will definitely go back to this place for sure.

within two weeks the deposit changed from $200 to $400, the tv was super old and didn't work properly, we had the power go out on us. the desk people were so rude. the hot tub wasn't working either.

Lovely hotel. Front desk area is updated really nice. Breakfast was great. Our room was so spacious and clean. Our only complaint was that the pool was too cold. Even the kids had a hard time swimming in it. Also the hot tub was cold the second night of our stay and is super tiny. But the water slide is fun and we had a great little getaway!

Everything was great except it's a little dated. The beds are very comfortable, the pool and waterslide were great. The breakfast was very good and lots of seating. We will be back.

Well I cant believe they think they can charge $144 a night for this place. The shower had black mold, the tile above shower had so much water damage I thought it was going to fall in on me. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, toothpaste spit all over underside of faucet. They did minimal upgrades to building but rooms are old and in ill repair. Weather stripping on door was peeling away. Pillows were like empty of stuffing and no extra blankets for bed. Definitely wont recomend as there are nicer places for less money.

Called in advance to see if pool was running to ensure we would have that for our weekend away. Pool was ice cold when we checked in, I asked for a call around it and never got anything to discuss this issue. Gym was their nicest facility and it fully meets expectations for a hotel gym. Rooms were 27 degrees and when front desk was approached the solution was to try turning on AC as they controlled heat from main area and nothing could be done. Marginal at best for our little family get away.

We always enjoy going there! Great staff, clean rooms. Very accommodating as far as early/ late check in/out and giving rooms on the main floor with no stairs for me. We go every year at least 2 times. Great place!

Rundown Hotel that needs lots of work. Used condom found of floor between nightstand and bed on second night. Bathroom door had hole punched in it. Air Conditioning did not work well. Scratches in leather headboard of bed left nothing to the imagination to what has happened in this room previously. Pool and waterslide look great but when you get in the pool , you find the pool liner is all scrunched up and not even attached smoothly to the pool frame - you are walking on uneven surface thoughout the pool. Would never go back - should have left when we found the condom but there for a wedding and did not want to move

Front lobby way super nice and very updated but our room was not and showed a lot of aging and weird things, like covers missing off of electrical sockets, lamps missing bulbs, holes from old fixtures everywhere. Also, there was next to no control over the temperature in the room so it was very hot.

Had to check out and head home before we even stayed the night. Stayed in Room 608. Air conditioning did not function. Was hotter in our room than it was outdoors. Stayed 30 degrees in our room. The front desk said being that we booked through a 3rd party website there was nothing they could do. Booked with visa points.

The room was not very lean, mainntenace of property not kept up, our refrierator went, leaking water over everything in the fridge & all over the floor, we were gong to go to the pool & jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was so dirty we didn't go in it, I told the reception the jacuzzi requires cleaning, they did a very breif cleaning, still not clean enough to use. The room needs paint & rugs need cleaning, they smell dirty & are dirty.

The staff are wonderful and friendly but the the rooms and pool are poorly maintained and lacking in cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here except as a last resort.
