There seemed to be dog hair in the bed area, hair in the bathtub that was not ours, the bathroom wasn’t too clean, the bathroom light cover was hanging off, the bathroom fan was COVERED in dust.

It was good for our purposes, meeting up with friends and family.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean andd warm. Ease in location. The price was right. The pool could of been warmer....

The property was undergoing renovations so there was construction mess everywhere. Also, the hall carpets were dirty. Rates should have been reduced because of the construction. Also, the internet was weak.

When I checked into my room, the first thing I noticed is that the entry light in my room was burned out, and the room was dark. As I’m getting ready for bed, I noticed that the lotion, and the conditioner had been used previously, and were opened and halfway gone. Later, I noticed that the fire alarm was hanging from a wire from the ceiling.

The dining room coffee comes from a machine. It's terrible. They have the same machine in the lounge.

Our room was filthy, the bedding and bathroom had hair and blood. When we called down the young man came up right away and changed our bedding and wiped down the bathroom. However still didn’t get the bathroom fully clean. He took our duvet and we never got one back so only had sheets for our whole stay. There was no apologies or discounts for the inconvenience. The elevator had 1/2 eaten food in the light panels that look like they have been there along time.

The breakfasts were awesome and plentiful. Staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful.

It was a nice clean and comfortable place but the man at the front desk was rude and made me regret choosing this hotel

We enjoyed our stay and found it well located close to the mall and dining oportunities

Kids were jumping up and down all night long and didn't get any sleep

The room was clean , but it had no soap, and the microwave needs to be replaced. Other than that it was comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

Easy access to the room

Outside their were individuals Erving their motors. Not the hotels faulty but a bit of a pain. Service was great but the hotel needs a bit of an update.

We took a trip and stayed at the Comfort Inn during our travels. Our hotel room was not very clean and the carpet was stained with what I’m hoping was not blood. We asked about switching rooms, but the employee said they were full. He did offer to come and reclean our room. We definitely kept our shoes on in the room.

So customer service was good (we did get a $30 discount on our stay) but there were several mistakes made by one employee (whom was nice but just couldn't seem to get things right). After coding our cards to the wrong room which was occupied by a terrified single female as someone opened her door, and two more tries and running up and down the stairs, we got a room that smelled so bad like smoke I had to one again, go down and then request a different room. Our 3rd room was good (after 2 tries to get the code correct on the cards). The following day, we got back from shopping/lunch and our key didnt work. Down 3 flights again (the elevator was slow) x 2 to once again, get the keys coded correctly . I know things can go wrong but really, that was a lot of stuff. The person on duty and the manager were polite and our room and stay were good with just these few inconveniences. The hotel is older and not in the best shape but beds were comfortable and it seemed to be clean. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from, hot and cold. The pool and room needed some work. Lots of rust and the tiles were coming off the bottom of the pool. Water was pretty warm tho. All things considered, if you want a decent place to sleep at a decent price, stay here. In total, i would say 3.5/5

Very serviceable little hotel for a weekend getaway to great falls. Facilities a little dated but staff were friendly and location was good.

The room had long black hair everywhere and the shower was not working properly at all. Very uncomfortable beds, reminded us of sleeping on a pull out couch with the hard springs sticking into your back. We won’t book here again.

Hotel was quite clean the rooms and public area but the staff was sooo cold and unfriendly from the two breakfast staff to house cleaning staff to front desk EXCEPT one lady in front desk when we checked out was very kind…

Property in need of some fixes but overall very low on my priority list…this area for me is quite central for all my needs.

Staff were polite and helpful with recommendations on dinner recommendations.
