We had a great experience at The Mirage in Vegas!

Check-in was great and fast, and the room was clean, comfortable, ad had a great view.

Recommended, clean room, all perfect

the "store" charges seem a little outrageous
there should be info stated clearly on the website prior to booking explaining this fee that may be incurred

The young girl working the desk on May 6 was the greatest-very sweet and accommodating-totally made us feel welcome. I didn’t get her name but she is a great addition to your staff. The room was beautiful and very clean. The only gripe I had was $18 for a bottle of water? Come on that is crazy.

Clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The additional costs were all things they made very obvious, such as the resort fee and the charges for the snacks in the room. That allowed us to avoid things we didn't expect to pay for!

Check in experience was mediocre given I had to queue and wait for 40 minutes before getting to check in. Online check in kiosks exist but one needs a QR code that should have been emailed to me, but I never received.
No free water is provided in the room, which is stingy, nor is there a kettle plus supply of tea to have some at the start of the day.
A four star hotel can do better than this, even if part of a hotel machine as is Las Vegas.

Great value

Everything was fine except the cleaning service. Did not replace the towels completely. Very annoying.

Most of the staff was great and our stay was relatively peasant, short of the couple fighting secuirty in the hallway and causing some commotion (security and management actually handled this very well). The rooms definitely have some wear and tear: grime in the shower heads and part of the bathroom, worn out rugs, and terrible pillows, etc. The pool is great though and my kids had a blast hanging out there all day. I'd say its a good hotel, but nothing extraordinary

We very very pleased with the hotel. This included the food and the show. Highly recommend.

Staying too long in line and not enough staff

Everything was great. Only thing was that the beds were soooo uncomfortable!

Stay was amazing. Senter of the location for all the attractions

Great. We got an upgraded room. Only negative is no in room coffee maker.

Ok, we were very far from the elevator. Very long walk for Seniors.

Big nice room, but a bit old. Nice pool area.
A big downside was that the gym closed at 5pm

I know it's not their fault, but the room cost $60 more than advertised on Trivago because of taxes and resort fees. Vegas in general has lost its appeal.

Perfect stay. Friendly staff… from the front desk down to the cleaners… everyone was helpful. Comfy beds, well equipped gym and beautiful pool. The Cirque de Soleil is right inside the hotel and it was a short walk to Sphere.

Love the size of this hotel compared to others on the strip. But it’s a little dated and our room had some food on floor behind nightstand.

The thermostat said my room was at 62 degrees yet it was still hot in there. I slept without covers both nights. The ac in the hall and rest of the casino was fantastic. Not sure why my rooms wouldn’t cool well.

So tired of booking hotels then getting hit with big resort fees when you show up. just put it in the price of the stay. Also gym closes way too early, blending valve in bathroom sink is busted so you can have scalding hot or cold, no in between, tub wouldn't drain, etc. If you're going to charge people silly fees at least give them a room where the basic utilities work.

We had two seprate residents and they were able to combine them, allowing us not to have to check out and check in. We loved the pool and the outdoor gardens and waterfalls.

Hotel is one of the older vegas ones and about to be renovated by hard rock. The room had a musty smell and a worn feel. Serviceable and good location but far from luxury. Nice amenities and starbucks.

This place is tired and dirty! The staff was very nice, but the rooms are gross and the bed was terrible!

Customer service was horrible

Very disappointing, room was dirty, number of stains on the carpet, distant have a soap in their bathroom, and much more. Expected a nice stay on their strip and got very disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel/casino. Everything about it is so convenient. Great restaurant and snack options. The Pantry for breakfast is amazing. Things I would change - bedside desperately needs an outlet or charging port. Hot water on drip is scalding hot. A blanket on the bed, not just sheets upon sheets. Regardless- this hotel will continue to be our first choice for stay.

From speedy mobile check-in to seamless checkout I enjoyed my stay! The room was super spacious and clean. The only downfall was not having a mini fridge in the room which appears to be common in Vegas! I’d def stay at The Mirage again!

It was fine. It was just too many smokers and it’s getting older.

Won't stay there again. Don't like being overcharged for everything.no microwave or refrigerator or coffee in the room. I don't like getting nickel and dimed for wceryrhing

Checkin / Checkout was a nightmare. Took an hour both times. Automated Systems don't work. Hotel is fine.

Hotels.com booking said shower or bath. We requested a bath and upon arrival were told that cost extra. Ended up getting a ADA shower that spilled water over all the bathroom floor. The bed and room were good. Staff during check in was not helpful. Didn't explain anything. Ender up going to the pool at 4:30 because the front desk over the phone said afternoon sun there was better, just to find out the pool closes at 5:00. Very disappointed.

Definitely was the best location and great food and entertainment. Don’t think twice book at the Mirage. Can’t wait to go back for summer and use the pool.

Las Vegas is fun in itself. The positives for my stay were the location of the hotel, price, casino which is big in size, restaurants are very good and the service is outstanding, the shops in the hotel both food and clothes are outstanding, the bar had a band every night , atmosphere above average, I found the Essential store which is right by the elevators and open 24 hours a day a big plus. The pool is amazing you will not be disappointed. The Volcano show at night in front of the hotel is something to experience. Negatives were when checking in at the hotel lobby the guest rooms are a very long walk to the elevators from the lobby and would recommend a Bell Hop. The room was clean, Not that fancy and the desk chair was dated and worn out to the point of an eye sore which was surprising. The other chair didn't match anything and was from another era. Bathroom was fine -Fully tiled and clean. This hotel is worth the money for sure.
