The beds are very comfortable. The area is quiet. My only complaint is that the furniture and rooms themselves are quite dated.

Old school hotel that’s close to both Downtown Campbell and The Pruneyard. Great location and place to stay!

Great size for the room--plenty of space for luggage and spreading out. Loved the AC unit--worked well and we liked having the fan on at night. The amenities of the hot tub and the heated pool were lovely! Enjoyed the hot water and water pressure in the bathroom. Great stay!

I had ants in my room and it looked like they hadn't vacuumed in days.

The property is a bit tired. Haven't stayed there for about 8 years. Needs an update

This hotel is old and outdated. Needs more electrical outlets

Very clean and comfortable room. Hot breakfast, but no place to sit in and eat. You had to carry everything up to your room which was difficult. There were no trays.

The place looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are all rundown and def need a refurb so outdated. The price was nice but wouldn’t stay here again, I would pay the extra and stay across the street Marriott town and country.

Great breakfast with eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, beverages and muffins. Clean facility close to park and hiking trail. Only thing missing were enough electrical access for CPAP machines and charging electronics. Suggest you bring an extension cord. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel was quiet, but the room looked rather worn. One of the chairs had stains, one of the lamps was broken and only connected to the power source by a weird extension cord. The A/C worked, but was loud.

Well they say you get what you pay for- so I guess that’s an appropriate saying here. Wish we would have spent another $50 and got a different hotel. It was not horrible but just ran down. At about 10pm we thought someone was outside trying to open our door but found out it was just the Gardner watering plants (the spiket was right outside our window). It was fine for one night but definitely don’t want to stay there again.

Great stay ! Pool lovely ! Centrally located, able to walk to Trader Joe’s and restaurants.
You can sometimes get early check in or late check out, but need to ask. Will store your luggage. Would like to see them use paper instead of styrofoam for breakfast, but other than that ..:: Would stay there again when we visit San Jose again.

My guys showed up and saw the place called me and said they will not sleep there. I called the front desk, apparently woke the receptionist up who told me to call Hotels so I did and all they did was call sleepy for her to say she would not refund our company. To keep the employees comfortable, I rescheduled them at another location and I am fighting with hotels on this. PLEASE DONT NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY

It was pretty clean, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Couldn't sleep normally because of the noise from the neighbors. The breakfast from 7 am, which is very inconvinient, in most places it's from 6 am.

The Campbell Inn is a classic hotel, in that it is much like other properties. It has a decent pool area with a hot tub, but beyond that, the hotel and grounds are nothing spectacular. The Los Gatos Creek Parcourse Trail runs parallel the entire length of the property. The hotel is older, the deco is rather nondescript to slightly gaudy. The average room is nothing to write home about...it serves the purpose. The staff is pretty nice...everyone does a good job, is responsive, etc. They have a decent breakfast, but it used to be great. Covid changed everything. The reason to stay here are the rooms in the 300 buildings: the jetted tubs rooms. Upstairs and down, all the rooms are, for the most part, alike. They vary in condition, lay out, and comfort slightly. I like the rooms with a shower head in the tub area; some have a separare shower stall. Some of the timers for the jets work better than others. Generally, I find that they keep the tubs maintenanced fairly well. Check in has never been a problem for me... 3pm is the check in; check out is noon. The housekeepers are cool, but they start knocking early and if you don't throw the safety latch, they will come on into the rooms sometimes. Spanish speaking, mostly...some english. Honest people. There are, at times, some rowdy guests staying at the hotel, and the Campbell PD is never far off. The cable is so-so; a couple of my fave channels never come in. Parking lot reasonably safe. $100 deposit. I like it here!

Bed lumpy. Needs to be replaced

Beautiful grounds. Clean pool and hot tub. Nothing fancy but pretty. Free Breakfast is to go and just okay - basic hot bfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes. Muffin, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice, tea, and terrible coffee. Second sink outside of bathrm was helpful for a family. Small beds. TV, fridge, microwave in room. Expensive meal options around the corner at the Pruneyard. Motel very well located in the bay area and has free parking.
