Not so good, The Golden sports bar incharge on Friday evening was a total mess. Very rude. Not sure how do they keep such people. Plus on top of it had a racial remarks. Disgussting

The bed was comfortable and the staff interactions we had were all positive. The room feels a bit dated but was clean. The location on the strip is nice.

Free parking is a big win, and the rooms was big and deep. The shower was trash and the sink didn't drain well but I didn't care enough to report it. The big nice bath made it all up for me.

The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, it was a lovely stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Booked two queen beds room. They only have one king by the time we checked in.
They moved us to a two beds the next day. Water was shut off for a couple hours in the morning when we got up. Unable to use the bathroom. The only positive I can think of is free parking.

Room was good and front desk clerk changed to double-queen room without an issue. The view out the window was facing the strip and the Venetian hotel so nice to see the foot traffic. One of the bulbs in the bathroom was blinking randomly but not a big deal. The phone had cable connections for lightning, micro-b, and USB C which was unexpected but very helpful. Small fridge in room helped with small food leftovers but nothing frozen. For the time period, it was a great room for our first trip to Vegas.

Dated. Service was slow at check

Room we were assigned was very outdated and dingy. The bathroom fixtures were so old that even if clean looked dirty. Glad I was there only 1 night before moving to another hotel on strip.

The room was clean, ample, & confortable.

Did not receive any housekeeping service and hotel had NO running water in the morning during the day of check out. Both myself and my wife had to checkout without any use of the washroom to catch our flight. It was unheard of such problem for such resort. Also, when we booked the room thru Hotels, it says the fee was all inclusive.. but had to pay resort fee of about $50 US per day during check-in. I was not expecting that.

The rooms are good enough fior a short stay, with an in-house place for breakfast and places to eat. Convenient as it us on the strip. A little bit dated.

We had a nice time hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Small problem upon check in but resolved quickly once we learned of the problem.

Hotel staff was great,, easiest checking we have ever had, we were directed to the self check in by one of the staff it took less then five minutes.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-night getaway at Treasure Island in Las Vegas. We really enjoyed the pool and the amenities the hotel offered. The cocktails by the pool were tasty, though a bit on the expensive side.
Our room was nice and had a partial view of the Strip. We also had fun exploring the casino and trying out the different dining options.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to coming back.

Very old and outdated hotel rooms. Need some update

Great customer service, everyone was helpful kind and considerate. The space was beautiful and great to stay in. I wish the pool was open later!

The hotel was dated. The shower had hair in it before we ever used it. The room was basic - not any more or less comfortable than the next. The service in the restaurant was not good - had to ask for every little thing (i.e. enough silverware for our party, napkins, boxes, check... and each time it was another wait for the item). Staff in Gilly's are rude and bartenders overcharge without won't showing justification (no way 2 drinks was $50). The best things about this place was the pool had a DJ and valet is still based on gratuity so we made sure to tip extra well.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. The room was extremely clean. Pool and staff were friendly and personable. A great value on the strip.

I was really bummed to have paid as much as I did booking through Hotels.com just to get to the hotel to find out that on their end choosing two queen beds versus a king bed is optional for them to honor and an extra hundred dollars. Not cool, bc I spent quite a bit of money on that reservation.

I love that i had the option to early check in, and upgrade

The room was acceptable. Unfortunately there was not a microwave to reheat restaurant leftovers. Smoking was allowed in the casinos and made it a bit unpleasant to hang out there.

The room was clean, dated a bit. Like all of the security on site, felt safe. The only downside is the additional $50 charge per day that was not mentioned anywhere. A significant addition to the room price…

We were impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the property. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again.

I had dinner @ Pho, $33.00 and was declined to put it on room charge! So glad I didn't take customers there. Wont e back. I have traveled to Vegas multiple times a year over last 40 years and never declined on a room charge! Just teying to make expense report easier.

It was good. We were only here for one weekday night.

Quick trip to Vegas with family. Room was nothing spectacular just a normal room. The pool was perfect except the high prices for drinks

Everything was great! We were able to check in early with no issues, had an amazing view of the Strip from the 36th floor, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice with a big hot tub. There was a DJ and a party atmosphere, which was fun! Not too adult that kids couldn't still swim and have fun though (if that makes sense). The location was great and we liked the pizza place downstairs and the Starbucks. We took a bus tour to Grand Canyon and the bus pickup was just downstairs. Will definitely stay here again when in Las Vegas!

Good service. Not a terrible resort. My only complaint would be the bath tub having slow a drain and water drip from the faucet. Needs comfortable.

Loved our time at Treasure Island. The hotel and amenities were great. Rooms were clean, seemed well taken care of and it was nice that security was seen all around. Only down fall was the bed was not that comfortable, but over all we would stay there again.

It was pleasant stay at TI. Room was clean and parking lot was free to everyone. Great location to reach fashion show mall and west China town easily.

This hotel serves its purpose for an overnight stay. It is becoming outdated and rundown. Upon arrival staff escorted us to self check in which was fast considering there was a deep line at the desk. However, don’t get bamboozled into an upgrade…it’s not as impressive as it states. The room was fine, bigger and comfortable bed. While we had a great view, we were over the club and near the a/c units—couldn’t sleep at all. So it would’ve been best for us to talk to someone upon checking in to ensure we were on the quiet side of the hotel. We were just in for a concert and turn around…so we didn’t see how filthy the bathroom was. The tub had mold—I washed my hair with a cup over the sink and gave myself a bird bath—was not going to step into that shower/tub. For a Vegas hotel on the strip overall it was dusty and dirty…had we stayed longer we probably would’ve called for another room because we’ve stayed in much nicer /cleaner rooms at this hotel. Check out was easy. Didn’t stay long enough to experience staff.

Fantastic place to stay

Decent hotel for the price. Check in line was very long, luckily we found the self check in kiosks. Overall a decent hotel right on the strip

Great room, easy check in and out! Great price in a great location! We always choose TI for our Vegas trips!

The check in is terrible waiting only 3 persons in reception for like 120 persons waiting for check in
1.0
The check in took over half an hour. The line at reception was always incredibly long. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, no matter if you are in a non smoking room. It is incredibly stuffy and stale. The coffee house restaurant in the lobby is awful. The food is old and stale.

Took 2 hours to check into room
