We were very happy with the room this trip. We liked that maid service was on request. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff made sure everything was kept full and clean. There was something for everyone.

The hotel front end staffs was not so friendly for me, busy on phones while I checking out.
I stayed for 3 nights and zero housekeeping service was provided. I had left a feedback while on my checkout but not sure they take it seriously . When I pay 150$ avg per day and no service, why should I pay and go such hotels . I need partial refund on stay and a call from a management in a week time , if not I will leave a review on other media platforms as well.

I honestly had a nice time. The area wasn’t the greatest, but I was still comfortable. There were a few less fortunate people hanging across the street, and carts on the street, but that’s life. I would still stay here. Wasn’t too noisy, and we were comfortable. The lady at the front desk who helped us check in was not the friendliest, that was my only issue. Hotel was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend.

We had 3 rooms and were juggling elderly people leaving an early morning graduation ceremony. The hotel allowed late checkout with NO PROBLEM! Very grateful :) Thank you!!

We stayed 4 nights in a 10th floor room. There was paper litter in the hallway when we arrived. On the third day I spoke to the desk clerk about the litter outside our room's door. That evening it was still there. There were dirty tiles in our bathroom and in the dining area. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Way overpriced for the lack of quality.

We arrived late and went up to the room and for 4 people they gave us a 1 King bed. Not what I requested. Had to go back to the lobby at 1 am and they had to get a different room.

The beds creaked, the heater did not work, there were linens and trash in the hallway.

2 very NOISY ventues right outside the entrance. Loud music and loud party goers until 11:30 to midnight. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The breakfast was shameful...watery eggs, old sausages...not good.

The floors had stains and overall it didn’t feel very clean. Outside of the hotel is also really loud. We could here music and the train late at night and early in the morning. The front desk was also not very friendly.

What a terrible experience, on the weekend of my wedding. I was in room 414, right next to an ice machine. A puddle was formed in front of my door, I must’ve asked 4 different people if they could do something about it being that I had a photographer and a videographer meeting me and my groomsmen in my room to get some pre wedding shots. The best solution the staff had was placing several towels right outside of my door. Such a tacky solution and that was the site that my guest arrived too. Horrible problem solving and customer service from the front desk staff. I would’ve been better off at the Motel 6 across the street.

Stayed here for the night before our day trip to Disneyland. Full breakfast was the highlight. Room 804 was fairly clean. Bed sheet was flipped over with a questionable stain. Missing remote for the TV but that was ok since we had our personal devices to connect to the WiFi. Sounds of the freeway can be heard but is tolerable for a night's rest. Parking lot is sketchy with warning signs, but it's free!

There was a wedding going on in a building next-door, and it was extremely loud until after 11 PM. Other than that, the stay was fine. Comfortable room and great breakfast.

The hotel is a good stay for Disneyland not to far. Hotel is clean and free parking. Only concern is the elevator being down and my room is close the streets and i can hear the cars but everything else i would totally stay again!

We got a 2 queen bed room and it was perfect, love how its so quiet at night, the complimentary breakfast was so good!! Would book here again when visit santa ana next time!

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Room had some issues. Shower door would not stay closed. Toilet paper holder was attached - it looked like it got pulled out of the wall. Repair was not great- spackle did not cover

Very nice room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The only complaint is that the free breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The staff were amazing. They found my daughters blankey and kept it safe for us. Breakfast was always good and something different everyday.
