Hotel was a little outdated, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, pool was a little chilly for us and our kids to enjoy fully, but other than that it was alright.

Terrible experience. The shower only had all hot or all cold, nothing in between. I had to take an ice cold shower. There was a stick on the floor, making me wonder if they had vacuumed. The walls were so thin that literally the guy snoring in the next room kept me awake. When I told the desk of the shower problem, the woman behind the desk with multi-colored hair and piercings just smiled. No apology or thank you for letting us know.

The toilet was not working, had to wake up middle of the night and the phone was not working so had to go downstairs to talk to the receptionist. The poor guy didn’t even know what to do. He just gave me a pitcher to put water in the toilet. The bed was comfortable.

Comfortable, affordable night's sleep. Great in that regard. Only negative was no coffee at morning breakfast, and morning worker noticed guests trying to get coffee and ignored it.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and simple. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was incredible. We booked the suite and it was terrific. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing. Will Definitely be back.

The room was dirty smells moldy with Gatorade bottles under the bed. No conditioner and the tv did not work right. Breakfast was horrible the potatoes look bad expired and sausage was either cooked in the microwave and burnt or very old eggs looked pre frozen and not cooked well. The pool room was very cold with the winter months they should consider making it warm in there. I use to enjoy my stay every time I visit family but this hotel is going down hill. I thought with the change in ownership things would get better but nope!

This little place is a gem. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool, just enough breakfast :-). nice staff and it doesn't break the bank. We'll be back!

It was a surprisingly clean and well made big room for the price. I've had some recent bad stays at more expensive places with HORRIBLE noise problems, I was expecting that here as well. Not a peep. It was an enjoyable stay, I'll stay again if the need warrants.

It was good, the breakfast was little to be desired, it only has meat every other day and when it did it was super greasy. The pool is super cold but can be heated because more, we asked and they did it. So thats kinda ridiculous, to have to ask.

We had problems with both our toilet and shower while there. There was no stopper in the sink drain. Our room was cleaned Ok but the stairs (there is no elevator) to the 2nd level hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. Very dated look. Needs a remodel. They said they have an omlette bar - we never saw it the 2 mornings we were there. Breakfast items were very minimal and not fresh. Pretty disappointing stay for a hotel that had a pretty good rating....

We have stayed at this property many times when we are in town to see family and was always very happy this time not so much went to 3 diffrent rooms before there was one that was okay 1st room you walked in and one bed sat normal the other leanedso bed was broke 2nd room the was broken plastic that could have been a hazard 3rd room we found a bunch of little bugs they are outdoor bugs but windows were full of them We were there 3 nights and every morning there was no hot water So my family will be looking for another place because this place just doesn't care anymore

They were very rude on Thanksgiving after i paid for another night stay they kept my money because they didn't approve of my service dog.

The beds were absolutely horrible, my husband ended up sleeping on the floor the last of three nights. The breakfast gave us diarrhea and we never ate the hot breakfast again. The staff were friendly and it was clean. No complaints there. But due to the beds, We won’t be staying there again.

They said no pets allowed but when I got to the room which were the last room down the hall close to the stairway where people sneak in their pets I smelled a dog oder but I were tried to complain. Results: fleas or bedbugs bites and I am still dealing with this

Booked for the wrong day, hotel refused to move my reservation to the proper day. Profit is so much more important than customers. Have stayed here before, always had a pleasant stay, but with this attitude i will prob not stay here again. To bad taking care of the customer is such a low priority.

Lets start with a dirty lobby, then upstairs to a room with no less than 1 dozen dead bugs on/in the widow sill. Burs in the rug that pierced my husband's foot. Unsafe to walk to any close restaurant (nor would you want to). A phone with no plug or wall outlet - so a fake phone. Dusty dirty room No hot water in the morning, just a few minutes of lukewarm. Seriously, this place is a dump!! Its UNwise to Stay here

The hotel room was fine. Breakfast would have been better if there was an option for either tea or decaf coffee. A teabag or two or some decaf in the room would have been nice, too. Otherwise no complaints.
