Great location. Lots of restaurants and convenience store. Metros and bus stops are close by. Easy to reach from LGA. Friendly front desk staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room as pretty nice and perfect for our travel needs. I'll be back.

Tired rooms. The kitchen was good if needed, but would’ve preferred more space in the room instead.

what is that doorman? Romeo! he is fantastic - very friendly and very helpful!

Great location and service. We skipped the breakfast as it was pricey and lacked variety. There is a great breakfast place two doors down. Very comfortable room but rugs and furniture were tired.

Excellent services! All employees are very kind and gentle. The room and lobby are very clean.

The hotel is okay. No AC (just heater). The complimentary snacks are up to $10… literally a bag of nuts or a coke. Location is great.

The hotel is nice and very clean. The staff was very nice. Romeo is the best. Location is great for getting to different places in the city. The problem is the noise at night. There are both police and fire stations on the next block and you hear a lot of sirens. I was on the third floor. I would ask for a high floor in the future. For people with disabilities, I had an ADA room. It was big by NYC standards. The bathroom was also big and the tub rails are great. It has a tub though. I am not in a wheelchair so it wasn't an issue for me. I would stay there again.

The room wad fine and the staff is great. Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing. Our room was on the fifth floor and nobody slept a wink any night we stayed there. The street noise, sirens, trash trucks, and honking cars made it impossible to get any sleep.
3.0
Corner room on 4th floor extremely noisy as it faced 3rd Ave. Difficult to sleep. Bathroom had tub which is not convenient for a shower especially for seniors. Tub was slippery. No fan or heat in the bathroom. Light in bathroom insufficient for applying makeup.
Cleaning staff were excellent. All hotel personnel were friendly.

The shower floor was very old and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser broken and empty. We were charged $44.75 when we left for hotel facilities fee with no explanation at departure and no explanation when we booked that we would have to pay this additional hotel fee, pure rip off!

My hotel room was agreeably spacious and well appointed, as well as impeccably clean. The only thing I didn’t find was the wake-up call on the hotel phone.

Please train your staff to be more customer service oriented for those guests that arrived in the late hours of the evening. We are cranky and tired and just want to go to bed so please, help us get there as fast as possible.

Everything was very good with the only slight issue being the ability to get hot water quickly. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The location is ideal, and the employees were all wonderful.

Great location away from the business of Time Square. Great for exploring the whole of Manhattan- Subway connection on the next road for line 6 down for Financial District and Brooklyn bridge. Great restaurants in walking distance or short walk to Grand Central for more lines. We walked from the hotel to Hudson’s Yard down to Chelsea and back up in a day, a long way but totally doable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. From the reception team to the door staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Gym great, Would definitely recommend and no hesitation would book again.

The huge room with a balcony was gorgeous. We were happy with the area, a little far from Time Square thou. Romeo made our days incredibly happy, he is a celebrity. David at the front desk also very nice. We were missing a restaurant and a Gym but we will be back soon.

The Doormen were fantastic however the front desk person was not helpful. Our stay had precise timing which we arranged with the hotel previously and confirmed multiple times including ON the arrival day. The hotel did not accommodate us. As there was a problem the front desk simply replied I can't help you. I then came up with solutions with the hotel but with no assistance from the staff. Instead of offering ANYTHING (like breakfast) or a free snack for my children they just pushed us aside. The hotel itself was fine but we had a bitter taste after our check-in experience so will not stay here again as they do not value servicing a customer only push to turn rooms over.

The stay itself was good although they do tell you at the front when you first check in there is a security fee to be paid and it will be refunded after check out. They said 1 week after that week it changed to 30 days. Here we are 30 days later and they say they don’t refund that charge. Very upsetting as I was planning on coming back within the next month but will now be going somewhere else. The person on the phone was extremely rude while trying to ask about this issue

Hotel in midtown near a lot of activities. Good wifi in the rooms. But the windows are not soundproof, and it's difficult to fall asleep.
Hotel provides earplugs but only for 2 people

An excellent stay, a well-located hotel with very polite and attentive staff.

parking business was hard, they wanted us to pay $70 to park in the garage but can’t move our car until we’re checking out.

Was nice to have a kitchen in the room. Spacious with two rooms.

Great location! Down the street from Radio City… The service was great, everyone super helpful! The rooms definitely need to be updated, our room was not in the best shape but we were exhausted most nights we didn’t care :). Last thing to mention is you cannot control the temp in the room.. some nights it was really hot and we couldn’t turn on AC because the hotel turns off during winter (found that weird) so they sent up an old school fan.

I liked how close it was to where I needed to be and also comfortable room.
2.0
To start with the positives, the hotel provides all guests with a daily $10 credit for water and snacks. That was nice, and also, the doorman was very sweet and welcoming. He always wished us a good day when we went out on our ventures. When it comes to the hotel itself, you can tell it’s an old building. You can tell that the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in ages, and hundreds of pairs of shoes, that walk through the subway stations have stepped all over your room carpet since they last cleaned the carpet. We switched rooms due to a weird discolored splatter on the bathroom wall, and our new room had splatter of some sort on the room wall as well. In both rooms we stayed in, there was a faint smell of mildew. If you stay long enough, you get used to it and don’t smell it, but I definitely noticed it when we first arrived. Honestly regretted staying here, with the money we paid, it should’ve at least been a clean room.

Very convenient
