My flight home was delayed for 9+ hours, so I needed a last-minute place to stay near the airport. The Wyndym was perfect. The room was clean and quiet. The BBQ restaurant next door has delicious food, and the airport shuttle was great!

Most airport hotels are yuck and not safe but this hotel is very different. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is hot and has variety of items. Front desk service excellent.

Checked into room very late in the night due to a large flight delay. Room was slept in and uncleaned. Bed was a mess, towels were all over the bathroom and there were apple cores on the counter. Really the last thing I anticipated after 12 hours of flying. They obviously put me in a different room when I returned to reception but upon checkout they tried to charge me for the room change. Lol Absolutely no chance of that. We often stay at Lambert area hotels but this one might be off the list unfortunately.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. I will stay here again. It is right across from the airport. Very convenient spot.

Toilet seat won’t stay up. Alarm went off at 3 A.M. the room has an 80’s motif. Lobby and breakfast area are very nice. Checking was fast and efficient

The staff: amazing. The housekeeping: amazing. The beds and linens: amazing. The secure parking: amazing. The quietness of the rooms: amazing. The "hm" issues: the carpet was stained...it looked as if something had been dripped from the tv to the bathroom. The refrigerator froze my soda and strawberries, and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust the temperature on it. And, it freaked me out that there were no bags in the trash cans. The metal cans were rusted and the outsides were dirty. I understand the "green" thing...but this is a health hazard.

My sister and I traveled out of town for a family funeral and stayed at this hotel. Upon check-in I found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. However, when we woke up the next day my sister who slept in the opposite bed discovered bed bug bites on her arm! I contacted the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, who had not come in at that time. The staff did immediately have me come to the desk to get keys for a different room. We gathered our things and sat them up on desks and tables as we had to leave early for the limosine pickup for the services. When I returned I again inquired about speaking to the manager. She was apparently tied up but did look around a corner to make sure the clerk knew which keys were ours. She never acknowledged us or apologized for our inconvenience. She also did not offer to extend a night's stay at a later date. As a travel nurse I realize that unfortunately these situations can occur and as guests we want to minimize our damage. So the room change was appropriate. However, the manager's lack of concern was unacceptable! If she had of acknowledged the problem I would have given a different review.

We were just passing through and only stayed briefly, but we would highly recommend! Great check-in, super clean and comfy room, and especially loved the Dove amenities. Amazing.

I was happy from the time I walked in with the desk assistance and attitude, and I wanted a place to the Airport. Where it didn't meet my expectations was when I needed a notepad or pens there was none, when I wanted to make coffee, there was no complimentary bottled water. The toiletries were sparse, also sadly having to have to leave at 5 am the Breakfast was not ready, except for some stale muffins and coffee, one would assume being close to the Airport, people are required to leave early, and since they advertise the Breakfast, it should be ready for early dapartures. So, I give the staff a 10 and the amenities a 6

Nice place to stay if you have an early flight. Staff are courteous and friendly, and can have a shuttle take you and pick you up from nearby restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is close to the airport (STL) and has an efficient shuttle service and friendly drivers. The gentleman checking us in on January 8th readily accommodated our request for a room on the top floor. The room was comfortable and clean, facilitating our need to have a good night's sleep. The included breakfast the next morning hit the spot, and we thanked the woman in charge for the cleanliness of the eating area and for the freshness and quality of the food. Finally, our shuttle driver accommodated driving us a bit out of the normal path to and from the airport to take us to our car rental place. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing!!! They were very friendly and helpful. The issues we had was the metal bed frame sticking out from the bed by about 10 inches with jagged edges. We put the trashcan over it so we wouldn’t hit it and tear our leg open. There were dirty linens left from the cleaning.

This was my second time staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. Only thing that i didn't like was the bed, it was hard to sleep on.
