Paid a high rate because we were there for the eclipse - so this I understand - every hotel was taking advantage. BUT, was charged a "destination fee" and "parking fee" per day neither I which I was either informed of or consented to when booking OR checking in OR checking out. I only noticed these charges upon returning home and looking over the receipt. Honestly, you should be ashamed to do this. At the incredible price per night that I paid for the hotel, nothing leaves a bad impression than being gouged even more upon leaving.

Stayed 3 nights for the solar eclipse and the service was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is wonderful. Has a restaurant attached, the Anchor Bar, that had great food. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the attractions at Niagara on the New York side, such as the Falls and the casino. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

We had a wonderful sta.

The property is close to the falls. So it was nice to just a walk around.

The fact you have to pay $18 per day to park at the hotel is ridiculous. Parking lot was far from full and 3 floors are down for renovations we were told. Only way to get a king size bed is to have a first floor handicapped accessible room with a wonderful view of and noise from the dumpsters outside and milk crate stool used by staff as a private smoking section. Could be staff from adjoining restaurant? Assuming dumpster is also used by the adjoining restaurant. Breakfast is not included at this property but is offered for a fee. Room was clean. Outlets are built into bedside lamps and only work when lamp is on so you have to unscrew the bulb if you plan to use them

We were there for 2 nights. The hotel was nice, we had no problems at all. The attached restaurant has great food. Kid friendly place. The pool was nice. Everything was clean. We would go back.

We used this hotel during a business travel on our day off. Very nice personnel. They let us check in way early. The hotel is nicely located close to the water in a quiet neighbourhood. Huge Parking lot available. Restaurants closeby. Very recommendable.

Great view of the falls. Didn't appreciate the undisclosed parking fees that seem to be appearing on my credit card.

Room verry clean only the curtain broken

The location was great but our room on the first floor was dark even with all of the lights available were on. One of the lights appeared to be broken but ultimately I discovered that the light bulb had been unscrewed. We also determined why this had been done - you cannot use it to charge your devices when the light is turned off. The room was clean although the bathroom shower had a mass of hair stuck to the wall. Finally the room could use another chair and there was also no spare blanket in the room. That all being said the room met our needs and we would consider staying there again.

Nice location. We weren’t aware of the additional cost for parking.

Great long weekend, nice, clean hotel with friendly staff ose to the falls. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel

I enjoyed the Anchor Bar attached.
I enjoyed being able to walk every where we wanted to go. The Niagara Falls park, lol I even walked all the way to Canada and back to the US. It’s the perfect spot for us, we would stay there again.

I only give this hotel 3 stars because the actual staff of the hotel are nice, and the location is great. The housekeeping staff threw away our items after we told them not to come in as we were not checked out yet. The phone was not working so I had to keep taking the elevator down to speak to the front desk for help. The room itself was not clean, I found candy wrappers from previous tenants in the room. The vent is dirty in the bathroom so the ventilation was poor. I was honestly super upset with the experience towards the end with housekeeping. I repeated to two different staff members three times I was not checking out way before 10am, and checkout was 11. They still went in the room and took my items and almost tossed them.If I had not come when I came to get the remaining things, I would have not gotten my things back.

Dated hotel , but close to Niagraa Falls.

We were made aware that we wouldn't have water in the AM upon arrival, which we will be at the Falls anyhow. It is inconvenient but I understand things break. The Front desk clerk was very informative and helpfu

Clean room, and I love you use dove products. Check in was easy and the lady checking us in recommended us an amazing Loganberry wine. My only complaint is that the outlets for the lamps do not work unless the lamp themselves are on so I have to move some furniture out to use the wall outlets to charge devices.

Ridiculous to pay to park…
Hotel restaurant wAY over priced $ 5.00 for a cup of coffee… crazy!

there was no mention of having to pay for parking on the website, then when we checked in, it was "oh parking is 17.95 per day". very misleading

I rented a room with a Canadian skyline view. The least that you expect is to have clean windows so you can see. Windows were muddy and blurry. Service at restaurant was poor. Wrong order. Did not compensate for error. The right order never came. Staff manager was rude.

Room very clean and nice. Hallways and lobby were a little run down and needed a good cleaning. Staff not very welcoming or informative about features of hotel or the area.

Got to the motel found out he had to pay extra just to park in the parking lot and then went to the anchor bar for dinner that was extremely expensive. Went up to the room. It was very cold in there like 55 needed extra blankets because it was cold in the room called down for him. They never got the message. Apparently I had to go get the blankets and bring them up myself. The coffee pot in the room was broke. I called and told them they said if you want coffee, you’re gonna have to come down to the lobby to get it that was an inconvenience, I confirmed before we got there that it would be a Keurig coffee pot and it worked fine nothing worse than waking up and not being able to have your coffee so from 1 to 5 star I would give them a one

Comfortable beds, extrememy small bathroom. Pool was too cloudy to swim in during stay. Parking during stay was expensive, when other hotels dont charge. Shuttle service was a nice perk. Over all good experience.

It is a decent hotel, pricey (so would any other hotel in the vicinity) because of its location. Walking distance to the park and the near by area. Room looks a bit old but clean. Staff is super polite and helpful, although help might take its own time.

Our Shower was clogged (which they did fix immediately). Paint was peeling (but thats ok as its just estheitc). There was no liquid body wash bottle even though bottles for lotion, hand wash, shampoo & conditioner were available. The food in the restaurant was inedible, for ex. the sourdough toast were two pieces of bread soaked in grease! Not sourdough, not toasted! Waffles were doughy and potatoes had no taste, no salt. Hotel is somewhat ok but do skip the attached restaurant.

No available microwave upon request. Toothbrush and toothpaste not included. Exhaust fan not working.

Really lovely check-in staff at reception and our room was great . Big room , really comfy clean bed and bathroom was spotless .
Tea/coffee facilities , fridge/freezer and microwave in the room . Didn’t have a Falls view but that obviously cost more!
Literally across the road from the Niagara Falks State Park and an 8 minute walk to Rainbow Bridge to cross over into Canada
Overall an excellent stay . Thankyou All
