Hotel is obviously in the final stages of a renovation. Which was fine. Shower (renovated) was very narrow, just shy of extending my elbows in width. That was a little annoying. Bed pillows were terrible, almost like not having anything at all even doubled up - made for little sleep and woke up with a sore back and neck. But very clean and great area with lots of food and shopping nearby! It was ok for the price we paid but would probably choose another hotel in the area next time to get a better sleep.

The staff & service was the star here. My room was nice and clean. The place was under a remodel. It should be much better once completed.

This place is a total mess, construction on the lobby, elevators malfunctioning, dust and construction things around the entire first floor, the receptionist is seating on a desk in front of the elevators like an old school teacher, this place shouldn't been open on those conditions,

i was worried when we first walked in due to the construction, but i was very pleased when we got to our room. very very clean! the room was also very nice! would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this Hampton several times as it is close to my Alcoa office. The endless construction is beginning to wear on me however. I'm tired of smelling paint and other odors all the time and being totally honest, the quality of the new construction isn't the best - very sloppy work. Hopefully it'll get better as it is a convenient place to stay.

The room was Very comfortable and clean. It's undergoing some remodeling which will make this hotel even better. Good service and good breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport very good and punctual.

Stayed just one night as our plane got in late. We need a place to crash overnight until continuing on the next day. I understand but they’re doing construction. However, the cleanliness that we had an issue with was not due to construction. It was the hair in the showers and the yellow brown streaks on the shower walls, those just kind of made us go ewwww.

The property is being refreshed so there are workers and equipment around the property. The rooms available were already remodeled and were very nice.

The floor that my room was on had been recently renovated. It was clean and well appointed. The courtesy breakfast offered a nice variety and was clean and well attended.

The property is under construction. We were not aware of this! There was virtually no place to park and at one time our car was blocked in. Trash and debris is everywhere and it is very, very noisy. Our room had been renovated, but someone needs to buy these people some magic erasers and brooms because the clean up was sub par. We received no apologies, just blank stares and shrugs. Very disappointing.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and the time before this was 2 years ago and they said they were redoing the hotel. Fast forward 2 years and still not done. It’s dated but clean although the beds and pillows are the worst. Not much counter space in bathroom and not enough drawers for two people. The staff is phenomenal and they go above and beyond to help make your stay pleasant. I get their hands are tied but honestly I don’t think we will go back in 2 years.

Room was nice. Host offered water. But had to ask room number after checkin. Need to make more clear. I say this because I was awoken at 1AM by person who didn't know their room number violently shaking the door. Combined with construction starting at 8AM - too much noise and not enough rest.

For starters they were renovating the 5th floor, I was on the 4th floor they were drilling and it was so loud....so no relaxing. Then intermittent water shut off so no showers before a family party that I drove from Ohio to attend. Then a power outage the morning of check out ( Which was no fault of the hotel) just very annoying.

For a hilton had to be worst bed ever, springs from mattress jammed in side and work me about 3 hours into rest.
Room had tons of stains on floor and bathroom walls.
Hotel grounds were fine and staff nice, just not up to Hilton standards..

Our stay was confortable. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. Only a slight issue, but pillows were not the greatest. The breakfast was wonderful and free bottled waterbin the lobby was greatly appreciated. All the employees we encountered were pleasant and professional. Close to fast food and sit down chain restaurants. Very close proximity to the airport. They have a shuttle, but we were in a rental car, so didn't need. Overall, a very good stay.

This is an old tired outdated hotel. Dirty cushions in the room and mold around the bottom of the shower walls.
How this has a three star rating I’ll never know.

We were 3 hours late getting there after midnite. The desk clerk was awesome, wish I remembered her name. If we could not get a ride, she stated she would come herself. Fi nally a random uber driver came by. the clerk gave us the credit back for the cost and assisted us with smiles, snacks and water.

Nice place - we stayed here because we had an early flight. Compared to the 4 star place we stayed the night before.. the room was actually nicer! Staff was very nice too!

Guests must ask a day in advance to have housekeeping come to their room. This should have been communicated with the guest(s) during check-in as we were not aware. We also needed additional towels and maintenance to fix the toilet as it would not flush, but the front desk said they could not deliver towels and maintenance would come to fix the toilet. When we returned in the evening, the toilet was not fixed and we needed to use the lobby restroom the remainder of our stay.
