Terrible when we got there there was a fight and room glass broken need to change rooms SCARIEST night ever

We did not know this was a motel when we booked it around an hour before we arrived in the area via an iPhone app, and we were skeptical. Even though we were on the ground floor with a front parking lot door, located inside 285 in Atlanta, it was perfectly fine. Clean. Quiet. (Yes, it really was quiet!) The fridge and tv worked. The AC/heat worked. All lights worked and had lightbulbs. All locks worked. Pillows were great. And a king-sized bed. No visible untended damage in the room. Starbucks and other restaurants are on the same block. A mall, a Target, a movie theater, and two grocery stores are nearby. Very convenient. Close to 285 and 85. Fast and kind check-in guy. In less than five minutes, and we were in our room. Was less than $100 for the night! And a free breakfast! Very surprising for the Friday before Christmas. We travel a ton, and some much, much more expensive (luxury) hotels in and around Atlanta have frequently had non-working fridges, wet carpet, loud hallways, terrible check-in, peeling wallpaper, stained bedding, bad parking, etc. Not sure if we lucked out or what, but it was a really good deal. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very worn and beaten down rooms. Room lock had to be replaced which added 30 minutes to the end of an already long night (very helpful staff to correct the issue but not a welcome situation). Worst of all, I observed several bugs in my room even though the surfaces appeared to be clean

I was there for two nights. The staff were friendly during check-in and check-out. The facilities are older but clean and offer both privacy and a quiet place to sleep, as well as plenty of parking options. It felt safe, in large part thanks to an extremely heavy door. The heating and cooling worked great, and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect location. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and met all of our needs. Breakfast was good and the area was extremely clean.

As soon as we opened the door to go inside to register the hotel lobby reeked of pot smell. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said it's always like that. Our room was the same way. It was very hard to breathe to say nothing about giving you a headache. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not sure about staying here again.

The room looked clean, but, smelled like dirty feet.
A though cleaning and carpet shampoo might make a difference. Use of professional cleaning supplies should be a priority.
I always carry own supplies but can't clean the carpets.
Won't stay there again.

My room was spacious, with amenities like a hair dryer, refrigerator, and iron. During my four night stay, my room was only cleaned one time, due to understaffing. Breakfasts were above average. A PC in the lobby was very helpful for me. The AC worked very well. The desk clerks were polite and helpful.
Pillows for the bed were abundant but flimsy.
My biggest complaint was noise outside my door in the parking lot. There were at least three shouting matches by drunken guests outdoors, including two that happening after midnight. I reported it to the front desk on the day I left, and the clerk was aware of one of the loud arguments.

I booked this while driving, exhausted, and running out of steam on my way to FL. Not able to see if the area was safe, based on a few quick reads of 2 reviews. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very pleasant and informative. The room was extremely comfortable on arrival and the bed was great. Served the purpose of comfort, quiet and sleep

I requested a refund minutes after making a mistake on the date I booked through Expedia and management there insisted that I couldn’t receive it because the time has passed to check-in. They created false stories to not reimburse me for a room in NEVER checked into and attempt to cancel multiple times.
The character of management was on display to be very unprofessional just to check me out of 1 nights stay!

The staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out. The room was okay. However, the room had a very unpleasant odor. We couldn't quite figure out what the smell was. Because we arrived there late, were tired, and were only staying for one night, we didn't bother to go to the front desk to bring it to their attention. One more thing that needs mentioning is that we found a roach in the bathroom when we got up to shower the next morning before leaving. Although the staff was very nice and friendly, unfortunately, that would not be enough for us to stay there again when we return to Atlanta.....not even for one night.

This hotel is dirty, loud and unsafe. We had moved rooms due to a broken toilet and the second room’s toilet was also broken. Safety lights are on and blasting through the window all night. Bad experience.
