Very tied room and the trash in the bathroom was broken. But all those little things are nothing compare to how nice the hotel is, the pool, the food (breakfast was delicious) and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent-fresh with lots of variety. The room and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. The gym had good variety of dumbells, machines and cardio equipment. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The Hotel was definitely the nicest in the area. The staff is AMAZING! Extraordinary Service from the Hotel Staff from day 1. The hotel needs some updating but overall I would recommend it. It is in a great area and the staff does go above and beyond.

This is NOT a 5 star property. Shower hose was broken, toilet visibly old and poor water pressure, beds were unstable, mattress hard and very worn, facility is visibly old, from elevator cabs not working to rusted metal thresholds, poorly maintained property. Only areas in hood condition is the lobby and

Excellent option when you go to Cali, it's right in the center. Very good dining options, you can sit in any place and order from all restaurants. Good when someone wants meat and another sushi. Con: no hot water in the sink, only in the shower Con: hairdryer on the wall does not work. They give another hairdryer, but why keep in the room a hairdryer on the wall that does not work? Con: Tried to call the reception several times, nobody ever picked up, had to go myself to the reception.

This is a nice hotel. You can tell it's a little dated but the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. It was also quiet at night.

Hotel was very busy during our stay, due to a couple of conferences, so check in was slow and messy. Rooms are small and outdated, specially the bathroom. But common areas are comfortable and spacious (breakfast, pool, lobby). There are several options for food as they have 3-4 restaurants on site, and you can also order from any of them no matter where you are seated. Pool area is nice, but we were bitten by bugs, specially in near the grass area. Staff is friendly and are all around in case you need them. Hotel and surrounding area feels safe, despite being very busy.

I always stay there. My room that I received, wasn’t the one I booked. Then it was super loud in hallways till 4am. As if I was at a frat party. Leaking toilet, shower not spraying out fully. The faucet below was running more than the actual shower. They did change my room after I requested it. The bathroom was still in the same shape. The restaurant staff, im not sure. They never can get it right. Every time I’m there. It’s along wait or no one comes to you, busy or slow. They just have no urgency to want to help you. Sat down, no one approached us. We had to call for assistance still waited 20 mins for our dl in alcohol beverages then waiter never appeared to take our order. Just Kept walking and talking by the bar. The restaurant was my last visit there. A.m staff seems to be great. More initiative.

Everyone at the property was very accomidating and friendly. I dont speak spainsh very well, and was using a translator for those who didnt speak any english. They did everything possible to make my 10 night stay pleasant.
