Check in was good. The floors in the bathroom felt dirty and wet. Just kind of gross. Otherwise it was fine.

I got a room for the day to get away, only to show up to a hotel full of kids! Lol! Must have been a baseball tournament or something because they were everywhere. I forgot that this was a family friendly hotel. I should have gone to the Hilton. Nonetheless, the elevator was down. I was on the second floor so not too much of an inconvenience for a one night stay. The room was clean but a bit old. The shower wasn't as hot as I prefer. The bed and bedding were soft and comfortable. The satellite is Dish so there were good movie options. I had to wait for the kids to leave the gym so that I could go in. It is small and not as advertised. There were no dumbbells but I got a good sweat on the treadmill at an incline. There are lots of restaurants around so I was able to walk to a local taco place for dinner that was really good. I wont use it again for a getaway but it does what it needs for a night's rest.

Hotel leaks and it reaks of the leaks. Our a/c unit made horrible noises and leaked all over the floor. Housekeeping was non existent. Someone walked in on me in bed. After my partner went down to grab breakfast and apparently it was a e-check in is all I was told and nothing was done about it. No follow-ups. My only positive comment about this stay was nick at the front desk! Awesome and patient.

The elevator was not working so we all had to hall our bags up the steps. Our tv did not work, so we had to switch rooms. Hotel is worn out. But we did hear that they are starting a remodel.

The elevator is broken, which is not revealed until check-in. Our king room was on the 3rd floor. Tiffany, the clerk, put us in a queen room on the 1st floor.
The breakfast is very good. The property is showing wear, but is clean. Likewise, the bed was good enough, but obviously nearing the end of its useful life.
The staff is excellent and could not be more friendly. I would definitely stay here again,but after the elevator is repaired.

We weren’t aware the elevators weren’t working. We had to carry out luggage up to the 2nd floor. When asked if they had a room available on the 1st floor they said they were full. For the price of a room, I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

My visit here tipful very satisfactory. But this visit was different my toilet was leaking and there wasn’t anyone there to fix it and no other room available.

When we arrived to the room and turned on the lights one of the lights was flickering on and off. When we alerted the front desk we were told the engineer doesn’t arrive until 4 pm. We assumed someone would come after 4 pm however no one came. Also, the carpet was wet near the window in the room. It rained during my stay so I believe water was seeping in from the window.

I booked with orbitz 125.29 . When I checked in , hotel system is down . They said didn't see my booking . They tried to check me in by other reservations. Finally , system back . They found my check in reference with Orbitz, but still charge me 147.40 . The manager said they will refund but it still charge me . I contact Orbitz, representative call Hapmton and the manager said I book the reservation through their website . But I never did . So I need Hampton refund 147.40 for me . Your system down cause so many problem to me and said I book with your website. It took 20 minutes for that checked in . Horrrible

Made two requests to have my HVAC repaired in my room and nothing was done during my 5 day visit

The wall unit for temperature settings did not work well. Difficulty in making changes. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and not supporting of my neck and head.

We travel with our dog. This Hotel was pet friendly, and on arrival, I filled out their pet policy. I paid my non-refundable 75 dollar pet fee and agreed to pay for any damages to the room.
When we arrived in the room, I noticed a large food stain on the sofa. At a hundred and twenty dollar a night price point, ( a hundred and ninety-five because of the pet charge) I thought having a stained sofa was a shame.
Two hours into our stay, I went into the bathroom for the first time. When I closed the door, I saw where the bottom of the door was torn up. On close inspection the front of the bathroom door was missing a little strip of laminate as well.
I took pictures and talked to the lady at the front desk. I told her that I had signed the paper agreeing to pay for any damages to the room, but that the room was already damaged when we got there.
She simply said that she would make a note and run it by her manager. Her manager would decide, I guess, whether we would be charged or not!
This was our first stay in a Hampton. We chose this Hotel because Hampton are suppose to be really nice hotels. Unfortunately, our stay did not reflect that.

The first room we were in had no lights when they put the light bulbs in it was like a strobe light. Thank God I'm not epileptic or it would have sent me into a seizure. The second room we were in was filthy and hot as hell. Couldn't get it to cool down in the room. Would never stay there again nor would I ever recommend this hotel. This hotel is crap

It is a very nice Hotel, a lot of stores & restaurants, it was very clean the lobby very good smelling. Staff is very nice. Area is safe!!!
No major issues, I will stay again.
What i did not Like: No microwave in the room, Poor Lighting in the room, Room service did not do a good job left my bed undone, nothing was preventing them from doing so. Room can use some updates as far as the Bathroom sink. Also there were no bins to take trash.

Carpeting throughout the hallways was dingy, covered with stains, and the hallways smelled bad. The toilet in our room backed up and the ironing board was broken. The whole place could use a makeover. I was very disappointed. I will say the bed and linens were very nice.

First room...no tv...2nd room. No air. 1st room was accessible...2nd room had a potty for children....maybe 18 inches high...
Had to leave by 530 to get back to hospital to see Dr...so. no breakfast. Fruit juice and water at least and packaged pastries wouldve been nice for early departures...and fo this I paid $136. The night manager was as helpful as she could be and assisted me in moving. It wasn't her job or her fault. Owners, I'll sleeping my SUV next time.

The place smelled a bit off and there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. You might want to avoid if you have respiratory issues. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was better than most.

There was NO television at all which i learned after checking in. In addition you have to have the Hilton app to re-enter the hotel from the pool. There is also a metal part of the bed frame jutting out that will bruise your leg if you hit it. The pool was full of leaves from a storm last night. Lastly the refrigerator is not cold. As a Hilton property i expected much more.

I loved the customer service from Marsha, the front desk attendant. I booked my room back in April for my stay at the end of May. WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST, I was told a night auditor canceled my reservation, “thinking” I was another customer. Of course the hotel was sold out of rooms so I had to find another hotel. Marsha made sure I had a room booked before I left the counter. Kudos to her but I was pretty upset about the inconvenience, considering I drove 4 and a half hours just to turn back around and drive and 30 minutes to another hotel. The plus side was that the new hotel was closer to the event venue that I was actually in town for.
