The rooms are old and outdated and need a serious upgrade. Room don’t match online pictures. Shady people on property. I will never stay here again

Our room had two wrappers from candy on the floor other than that everything was great. Check in was super friendly and breakfast staff was professional and nice as well.

Beware! This property is unsafe to park a vehicle in the parking lot. There is theft occurring weekly in front of the cameras. They didn’t care that we had everything stolen.

It was a nice room and the pool is big. The windows need a good cleaning inside and outside. Also the curtains are torn and need cleaning. Loves the towels nice and fluffy.

Reserved one room with a king Bed and all they had Was 1 with 2 queens. Shouldn't take a reservation if they can't keep. It had no choice that point but to take the room that they've had. Very disappointed

There is no restroom for guest other than your own room, breakfast is packaged food, the staff were rude specially the time of check out!

Well, we have stayed before at the Clarion. And from the outside, it has been beautifully updated. Thats as far as we got... We were checking in, and before we could get a chance to get our room, i asked to verify if they were pet friendly.... NOPE! No way, no how, a $250 fine if we bought our dog into the building. Well, hell! Shes a certified service dog and we were turned away. Thanks CA , i thougt it was illegal to turn us away, much less ask for her papers.... not cool Clarion!

We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In addition, this hotel has simply renovated the corridor, but the decoration in the hotel room is extremely simple, and there are only a few shelves for the coat rack. A cabinet. All in all I won't be back. Very bad, very impersonal and very disappointing.

The staff was friendly but I started getting locked out of certain places about two hours before check out time. I needed assistance getting into the laundry room and my room even after having my key cards reprogrammed

The hotel is ok. Front desk wasn’t welcoming. They are just ok. It’s disappointed driving so many hours and not feeling welcome and see people who are just doing a job and not putting any effort. I was happy to have “Veranda” plaza and go shopping and have different options in food too.

Couldn't even sit on the toilet in comfort! Forced to sit sideways! The tv picture was horrid. There was a ring in the bathtub. The topper on the stay there were tons of people on the deck smoking pot!

Average 3 star property. Room felt unsafe to my wife because of the wall of glass between you and outside. Very thin walls. Curtains don’t close properly, leaving gaps for people to look right in.

I stay here once a week as it is a convenient location to where I am taking care of a family member, the rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is always accommodating! The breakfast they offer is plenty, and coffee is great, it’s home away from home, and close enough to walk to restaurants and theater

My sister and I both stayed in separate rooms at this location at her suggestion because she had “points” to cover one of her nights. The clerk at check-in suggested I change my room so I would be closer to my sister. I agreed and paid the small amount of difference in room cost. My only complaint was a blackout curtain which was not properly hung (and too high for me to reach the drapery hooks), so an outdoor light source outside my window (room 248) was a bit difficult to get used to. Guess I’ll need to book an “interior” room next time or pack an eye mask. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Tried to do an early check in to a location that has very few people onsite judging from the parking lot. Got up sold on an interior room because “no room was available” from the one I booked. Drunk guy was behind us and couldn’t stand to check in. One thing that did surprise me and got an extra star for overall was the food! Papi Clary and Sunrise Bistro both for breakfast and lunch was amazing. Birria lumpia at this place was crazy!
