The hotel was ok if you like staying at a prison. To get into the hotel you need to have a key card to check in, so you need to use the phone at the front door to get let in. I stood there for a few minutes not understanding this but I got in. Then a couple right after me was buzzed in without a reservation or even having to use the phone but the front door. When I checked in the person at the front desk just gave me my keys and did not explain where to park or even where the elevators were and when I asked someone else who worked there where the elevators were they gave me a strange look and asked if I was staying here and to see my hotel key. The front desk people need to be more helpful instead of being rude and unaware of guests trying to check-in. Overall this place was cheap and close to the reason why we were there in the first place, but would have paid more to stay at a more guest-friendly hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk personnel and the parking attendants were very helpful and friendly. The only negative is there is no room service. I know this is customary these days. We don’t mind actually except, the trash cans were tiny so filled up very fast. They had already given us two sets of towels, which was nice. Great location. Parking included. I would stay again.

Nothing too fancy here but it's at a good location with a cool view of the arch from our room. Everything including the amenities and cleanliness was average which is better than below-average. Front desk was nice. We were easily able to walk to the arch and to dinner. We ended up taking an uber from union station but only because it was getting dark. For the price, I have no complaints.

Took a family trip for spring break. We were suppose to have a city view but ended up with a beautiful view of a brick wall. Went t9 the front desk to ask about it and they said the only way to switch roo s would be to pay a $30 upgrade fee. Which of coyrse we did so our 3 young kids could see the arch/city instead of a wall for the week. After paying the extortion fee and switching rooms we had a nice view of the arch. The rooms were clean but the wall were paper thin we could here the neighbor cough through out the night. The beds were very still and less than desirable.

The only reason i don't give 5 starts because the people next door to us were very noisy until very late walls on those rooms will not keep conversation private u can her everything

Location is good , but then we had lots of issues - our ac and noise of fan woke us up all evening. There was never any shower gel ever loaded into shower, even after we told them , it still never got filled , we asked for pillows and they never brought them . Our toilet did not flush. Then we parked in parking spot that did not say otherwise and got a call that it was an emergency to come move our vehicle but we were away attempting to enjoy family time doing activities. Also the elevators were very frustrating and took us forever to get anywhere .

Upon check-in, the room I reserved by number on the app and paid in full was given away to someone else, so we had to get something different. The door wouldn’t latch properly the entire stay, so safety was not important at all. As a single mom, I had no other choice but to stay, I paid 400 bucks and was not able to get a refund. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had.

They over booked and gave our double room away. We had to stay in 2 king rooms which one was comped by the hotel. They couldnt get us into adjoining rooms so they were down the hall from one another. Instead of staying as a family we was forced to split up and stay separately. I was under the assumption that when you reserve a room several days in advance that you will get the room that you requested.

The stay was awesome. The view of the arch was cool. The room was clean. Parking was secured. The receptionist were very friendly.

Check-in was effortless. Staff was great, all around. The ladies doing Breakfast were super helpful. Location was perfect for thoses traveling with a fur-baby!!

Great experience! I don't usually give hotels all 5 stars but this one earned it! The customer service is what took the cake! I wish I could remember her name but she was absolutely amazing (the women at the front test). She was knowledgable about her job, patient, kind, and extremely friendly. Herself alone I would give 10 stars. The hotel was clean and up to standards, excellent location, and great service. I was there on business and I defiantly found my new hotel spot where I will be staying when I come to Saint Louis.

The staff was amazing!! So friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean but the pool could of been cleaner. There was a lot of kids that weekend so that may if had something to do with that. Our view from the room was beautiful! Breakfast was good and the breakfast ladies were so sweet and helpful especially to the kids.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was great also. I wish they had some biscuits and gravy. They have a secured garage to park in though it is extra but it’s well worth it especially downtown. My son had an appointment early in the morning and we stayed here. If the hotel sees my review please know I’ll be staying with you when I need a room in St Louis!! Thank you for the great service and room!!!

It was very nice. I enjoyed the downtown area next to the St. Louis arch, the view of the city buildings, parking was an extra but it waa worth it and very easy to get in and out.

My family planned a trip the weekend of Jan 26 through Jan 28 for Monster Jam. I am very picky on where I stay and I never stayed at this hotel before. It was close to the venue and all I have to say is AMAZING! Staff there was polite and helpful. Garage was secure. The breakfast was included and it was good. Free WiFi which made it so much easier to do homework. Thank you Hampton for great customer service. We just booked another stay at this hotel because we have an appointment coming up in St Louis! As long as you have a room available we will be staying at your hotel! If you are looking for a hotel to stay at stay here in St Louis!!

It was a normal stay with any Hampton, except for one thing. I've never stayed in a Hilton property that didn't have a tv that couldn't access Netflix OR be able to cast it from my phone. It seems really miniscule in things to consider when choosing a hotel, but it was outdated. It is in a good location, the room description was accurate. But being in a world dependent on streaming, maybe a small update is needed for tv's.

Staff was great! Location was great! Everything about our stay was great! Parking was easy! It was $30.00 to park which was kind of annoying, but as long as you have a key, you can come and go all day, so that made it worth it.

This property is good. But I faced an issue with checking in. Although it was a fault of Expedia. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days through Expedia. But, during check-in I come to know Expedia made 1 room for 2 days and other one for 1 days. I had to call to fix the issue. And it took 2 hours to fix it.
