My room smelled like pee

Dirty, run down, ill repair. Lot's of sketchy people inside and out, drug deals in the parking lot and weed inside. Smoke smell is bad. Guy at the desk was friendly and the maintenance guy as well but the state of the hotel was sad. Not worth $70 unfortunately. Hopefully they make some huge changes and it becomes a nice place.

Clean, convenient to 285/85. Towels are a bit rough and no daily housekeeping or phone in the room.

The room is comfortable, but the lighting was poor and the office chair was dirty and broken.

Your concept or idea of an economical hotel option is good, but customer service has room for improvement. Thanks

Roach infested ! Manager is extremely rude

This was a really nice place. My mom, my 2 sisters, and myself stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday weekend and we weren’t disappointed. The only thing we wished we had was more pillows which weren’t available at the time but other than that everything was pretty nice. Would stay again.

Well I thought everything was going well until I went down to the front desk to check on my reservation I had made the day before. The manager told me I couldn't book there again due to security saying I had to much traffic the prior night. No one not even one person visiting me. Plus I never seen any security so they wasn't even working. I tried to explain there had to be a mistake but to him I was telling a lie. So I would not recommend this place to anyone unless there plans were to do nothing but have a bust out party.

Overall it was okay. I just hate that the a/c never worked in my room. So me and my newborn baby were always cold. Also the snack machine on the third floor doesn’t accept Apple Pay although it says it does. The rooms smell like cigarettes and the hallways smell like weed.

*Please read and avoid staying here if you can!* Checking in was easy, so that was the only upside. Upon getting into the elevator we find the floor is wet and smells like urine. We get to our room and the stench of cigarette smoke is overwhelming. Plus, the bathroom sink is clogged up. Being that it was late at night and I was exhausted from traveling while pregnant I decided to sleep and wait til the morning to let management know. The man at the desk had a very rude demeanor and when I asked if I was in a nonsmoking room like I requested he said “the whole building is nonsmoking so…” I politely told him that I’m pregnant and the smell is really more than I can take, he ignored me and said he’d get the sink fixed. Came back late at night and he hadn’t gotten it fixed, it was actually worse than before. The next morning I asked one of the housekeepers about the sink, she told me she’d get someone to fix it. (Basically don’t bother with that man in the office because he doesn’t care. I’m so thankful for this lady which is why I added a star under staff.) Also every night we returned our key no longer worked to enter into our room which was super annoying. That night we got back and went to the office and were told that we had been moved to a different room and to go collect our things. This new room didn’t smell like cigarettes. This was also our last night there, which really upset me because they should’ve switched us from the get go! Never returning again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room. The amount of space was a bonus.

Access to our room was inconvenient and difficult..

The stay was good overall, but there was a man stopping me and begging for money in the hotel. That was a huge turnoff and also uncomfortable. That's not something I want to be dealing with on the 4th floor outside of my room. I expected things like that in the parking lot, but felt uncomfortable having that outside my room.

The Manager was rude and nasty. Left me outside in 12 degree weather in my wheelchair. Then told me to leave that he didn't want my busyness.

Very, very nice budget hotel. Friendly staff. This clearly used to be a premium hotel with ballrooms, indoor pool, lobby, and retains most of those features. Much nicer than expected at the price. Will stay here again for sure.

Stay anywhere else. We got hit up for cash every time we left the hotel. Whole place smelled like weed. Room itself was decent. Toilet ran 24/7 and the shower had a leak. Needed a code to get through security doors in part of the hotel that only worked for your floor. You get what you pay for but dam! This wasn't worth it.

I was given a queen room when paid for a king suite. The front desk would not fix it. I reached out to hotels.com customer service, who called the front desk and were told it would be fixed. Then told me that wasn’t true.
Then, the power went out for the entire building from 6pm to 2am and it is 14 degrees outside.
Rude staff, inconsistent policies, and dirty, smelly, outdated rooms.

Older guy at front desk as no respect for no one. Wouldn't let me check in till 4 pm when my booking said check in was at 3pm

The place is old and rundown. I witnessed two arrests during my stay. The building smelled like smoke. The power also went out on my last night all during below freezing temperatures.

Not for solo female travelers. Homeless slept out my room. People were smoking weed and calling me names. I had to have someone Scott me to my room. I after, I had to ask to be moved to another room, but truly never felt safe. The sinks were clogged on both rooms and the second one had poop/ blood on walls , plus paint was cheeping off the ceiling (lead hazard ) ⚠️.

Beds need to be replaced, hurts your back, which defeats the purpose for getting a room. They have a security guard, who drives a dented black car and harasses you as you walk to your car. Doraville Police Dept harasses people sitting in their cars, constantly. You are not allowed to warm your car up, in the winter time, due to the constant harassment from DPD. Doraville Police drive both marked and unmarked cars on the property randomly, which coupled with the security guard, makes for harassment anytime you walk outside or sit in your car. The manager said this is because the nightly rate is cheap. Spend a little more and don't stay in the city of Doraville.

The price was excellent considering the fact that most of the hotels in the area are usually not top tier. So unless you require a 5* experience, this hotel is works. It's close to 285, restaurants and stores. It was very convenient and accommodations were better than expected. The suite is roomy and cozy. Again for the price it was better than expected, we extended our stay more than once.
