Clean and friendly staff for a quick overnight on roadtrip

I stayed in a king bed regular room. Parts off the room were old but there were some nice updates including the shower. The room was very clean. The tack strip for the transition from carpet to tile was exposed and there were nails that could cut our feet. The room was very small and no frills. If you want a luxurious room don’t stay here. If you want a clean small room then sleep and hit the road it is good.

It is the second time we have stayed here. First room they gave us was the size of a postage stamp with a rattling air conditioner vent. We asked for a new room and if possible the room we had last year. It was available so we moved our stuff. New room was twice the size of the first room and a quiet air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable. The property/room is just starting to look worn. Time to remodel. Who ever is doing repairs is not a professional handyman. Very quick sloppy job. Probably will not stay here again. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine.

The expense wasn’t worth it

Room was very old and beat up. We were woken up about 3:00am our room was freezing cold cause the air conditioner was running even thought the thermostat was set at 70 degrees and it was on heat. We couldn’t get it to shut off. It finally shut off about 6:00 am then we got extreme heat for about a hour. We just packed our stuff up and left and went and sat ata restaurant for 2 hours until we had our appointment. I didn’t complain cause it was 3:00 in the morning and didn’t want to move my family at that time. The hotel is pretty beat up compared to the pictures it shows online. The only positive was the bed was very comfortable for a hotel wish I would have had the chance to sleep comfortably in it. Will look elsewhere when we go back this summer. I’m not normally one to complain but that was ridiculous…

Older well maintained motel with a center courtyard that adds no value during winter. The beds were soft, not firm which was fine. Shower was hot but lower water pressure. The bar is next to some of the rooms. Be careful not to book a room next to it. The hotel in near freeway, but it was not noisy. Slept well. Egg and sausage breakfast was served hot. Good coffee and juices. Didn't use TV or pool, so no opinion there.

We stay a this motel most times we're in Fargo. Its clean & comfortable! The beds are so nice. There's a bar & grill on site & 2 pools, 1 inside 1 outside. Very nice people to work with.

It was great!!

Really dated hotel, small rooms, you hear everything from the stairs to people walking down hallways. Also first time I’ve ever stayed in a room that didn’t get ESPN on their channel selection. Won’t stay here again

Worn out and no one seems to care. Moth eaten curtains, stained carpets, a coffee/hot water machine in the breakfast area that produces water that smells like petroleum products. It's sad that it's gotten good reviews from others.

Liked everything at the hotel. Did not like that it would have been cheaper to work directly with Biltmore for pricing

Great place to park a semi truck. O’Kelly’s is a good restaurant to relax in.

We were in town for college visits! Upon arrival we weren’t sure we made the right decision but at check-in we were greeted professionally and politely. It was sooo quiet and we had the pool area to ourselves. Parking was not an issue at all. Complimentary breakfast was great. Many items to choose from and completely open when we grabbed our food. This hotel is located in a great spot. East access to West Acres and major roads. We will stay again!

Clean, warm, quiet. Wifi is unsecured, vending machines do not work properly, bedside lamp switch was broken, no fan in bathroom. Breakfast is not good. Front desk was courteous.

Older hotel but well maintained, clean and a very good continental breakfast. Good value for around $120 per night.

The hotel was dirty and almost many things to say. No where to hang up clorhes, no vent in bathroom, you had to step into the shower to close bathroom door.

No elevator or outside evening key access. It was hard for my handicap dad to get around.

We enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was impressive. Our room door faced the main road so that was a bit noisy. Room was warm and bed was comfortable. Pool was comfortable temperature and hot tub perfect to soak in. Easy access to roads and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool area wasn’t usable in winter but would be lovely in the warmer months. Attached restaurant/bar useful. Lots of parking right outside hotel rooms facing the outside of building. We will return.

Was very comfortable. Only complaint was how low the heat/ac was.

Everything at this hotel was satisfactory or better. The rooms need updating. The phone in our room was not connected. The hotel allows animals which we really don't like. Our room was clean.

Nice clean place to stay. Older hotel, but appears to be well maintained.

They charge you 20 dollars for a late check out. We had also already paid for our room in advance. When we checked in the charged us an additional 150 for incidentals. They said it would be returned to our card but it would take multiple days. That charge was more then the cost of the room.

Everything was wonderful!!!

For being an older building the rooms were updated and clean. Each room had its own HVAC which allowed us to set the room at a temp we liked. Perfectly good stop for an overnight stay.

Our room was so bad,we had to ask for another room. Could not close the bathroom door. Couldn’t get the water on or off. We had a handicap room. Toilet kept running. They did get us another room. Not much better. Needs major updates. The final decision was that the room was inhabitable.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, but need drive to downtown

The breakfast was very good but doors were very loud!!! We could hear a lot of doors from other doors opening and shut. For this reason I won’t book again which is sad because everything else was good

It was a great place. I can’t say I didn’t like anything.

The hotel is dated, but they have done some updating. The beds were full size, and older, so it wasn’t very comfortable, especially if you’re over 6 feet tall. The pillows were awesome! The room was clean. A new filtration system would definitely help with the air quality. I have a super sniffer nose, so I could smell an oil smell in our room, and it was worse in the hallway.

The property was very easy to find

Great stay.

Dated motel, double beds , not queen size.

It was so so. It’s an old hotel and it shows it but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. So it worked out fine
