We stayed there for 2 days.
Older hotel but in good shape, The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking at zion national park.
Front desk people were very friendly, and they had a decent breakfast đź‘Ś

We were the only couple in the hotel so we told them not to worry about breakfast. Hotel had just had new water heaters put in and someone didn’t do something right so we ran out of hot water. It didn’t take long. Maybe a couple of hours max, and we had hot water again. Overall a great hotel.

The entire staff was awesome. We had a very clean huge room. Kudos to both night , early morning staff plus one other gentleman (white dodge pickup) who spoke with me that morning.

Staff is very friendly but I paid for a suite that was supposed to slept 5. They said they don’t have a suite that sleeps 5 and gave me a standard room with two queen beds. Still charged me the suite price.

The staff was great and the facilities were clean and comfortable for the most part. I found the bed to be a bit hard, but not enough to complain about.
The location is well placed right on main street with the business district directly to the south and a nice park to the east. I would stay here again.

Great spot for the October 14, 2023 Annular Eclipse!
Would definitely stay again. Room 201 was a bit odd. We were concerned about the noise during the evening, but it was nice and quiet all night. If you're visiting, you might pick a different room (it's right off the lobby)--but we slept very well.

Best option considering the cost benefit. The hotel room is nice and clean, the breakfast is hot and delicious and the staff is amiable and professional.

Biggest downside was this hotel has NO ELEVATOR! We were in the basement and the internet was terrible. The tv remote never worked (even after they brought us new batteries). Bathroom amenities were stingy. But room was spacious and decent. Breakfast was good and overall it was better than our friends’ stays in other Richfield hotels.

The hotel staff were so friendly and happy to accommodate us. The room was very clean and spacious, as well as comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall, we had a nice stay at this Ramada by Wyndham.

Although, we were only there for 1 night. The A/C unit was LOUD. The unit definitely to be looked at, fixed or upgraded Hard to get a good nights rest when it was running.
However, the Staff provided excellent service at check in, during our stay, and at check out.

A very nice is a convenient place. I was pulling a trailer and they had good parking for me. Also arrived late for my check in and it was no problem.

Well, it never happened. I got a call at 5 pm the day we were supposed to check in to hear they overbooked the hotel and canceled our reservation. They did find another hotel 20 minutes away for double the price and a broken ac. We had to take it. We were already there with no where else to stay.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. We stayed there before and will continue to stay there. Every time we travel staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. There was little to no hot water for showers. The ice machine was broken. There was no tea available for breakfast, and I was told by the front desk that they had none.

The room I stayed in was dirty, and it smelled weird. I couldn’t even turn on my AC because all I could smell is cigarette smoke once turn on that’s coming through the vent. The bed is very uncomfortable, the carpet look dirty. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable experience at all.

We checked in and were accommodated to the first floor due to luggage conditions. We booked a second night coming back and they remembered our first floor request and made sure to accommodate us.
Thank you for also saving our babies blanket we left behind. We’ll definitely come back!

Had a quick overnight on our way from Reno to Denver. Hotel has been updated and feels super clean. Pool area was really clean and the kids enjoyed it. There is an ice cream shop in the hotel, which again, the kids loved. The free breakfast was also really enjoyable. We will absolutely look to stay here again when we travel to Central Utah.

Nice customer service. This was the second time visiting in a week. The first time, they placed me in the bottom floor. #s in the 100s and the rooms were very outdated, the refrigerator did not work and it was from the 1980s.
The second time, they placed me on main floor, the 200s and it was nice. Nice flooring, restroom, and new mini fridge. I am curious how they decide to place people in rooms.
If I return, I will have to make sure they place me in the main floor.
