Everything was excellent, except for having trouble keeping a night clerk available. I’m sure the night clerk takes care of the breakfast in the morning and there was two mornings there was no breakfast or no service at the front desk To get any toilet tree, such as toilet paper And or shampoo

Very comfortable. Very nice People on the hotel.

The wifi was a little slow, and the card key did not always work, but it was comfortable for what we needed.

This place was dirty and unsafe. We got to our room which was supposed to be a king, and we got a full mattress. We opened up the blinds to find that our window had been shattered and broken. Not just a little bit. I’m talking the entire window. That night we went to go lock our door and the lock was broken. We couldn’t open and close the bathroom door without two or three peoples help because it was so jammed, the beds were hard. The floor was dirty. The walls were disgusting. I would never stay here again. Check in was very slow, Breakfast had minimal items and the breakfast room small and was entirely full of what looked like staff

Bloodstains on the carpet. Blood on the walls. Lampshade destroyed. Toilet didn’t flush, no toilet paper holder, door to bathroom didn’t shut. Requested another room, sink was cracked, pictures peeling off their frames, adjoining room door had square board screwed to it and giant hole underneath it. Bathroom door was almost impossible to slide shut. Long, black hair on the beds. Slept in my clothes and socks because it was horrible.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the staff were super friendly. I had a great experience here and will be back for sure V

The room wasn't so bad but at night it got really loud. Kids screaming and throwing a bottle at the wall in the hall while the mother was sitting in the chair ignoring them, until I came out of my room and asked her to quiet him down. Someone tried their card in our door but couldnt get in. People and kids slamming doors till late in the evening. It was worse than being at a casino. We had to really check our door as it wouldn't latch unless we pulled/pushed it shut. There was a homeless camp out our window and a run down motorhome which was pretty tacky. The kitchen was so small, it was awful.
The room seemed clean enough and the bed wasn't awful.

There was blood on my bedding. Clearly was not washed. Only two small towels. The beds were sunk in and the chair was tore up. The garbages were overflowing. At breakfast I heard staff tell a customer that they don't get paid to clean her room during her stay in a rude way. The sleep inn I stayed at Ogden the night before was 100% better.

Great check in, front desk person very nice, gave us a quiet room off the back as requested. Had to go back to desk to get missing bed blanket and remote for TV. TV didn’t work the entire time we stayed - nice front desk person tried to troubleshoot but said maintenance would have to handles I checked with desk every day and they assured me maintenance would come, but one never appeared and when checking with the desk the last nice, she started swearing about maintenance not pulling their weight. No discount or remediations offered for broken TV.
Room was quiet which was much appreciated, but light at entrance to room didn’t work, lampshade on desk light cracked/broken and didn’t cover the very bright lightbulb shining into our eyes.
Shower great though, no other issues.

Open your door to the scent of dirty men and urine, then spend the first five minutes of your stay looking for the body. You won’t find it, but you will notice the large stain on the curtains looks suspiciously like handprint, and the black stains on the carpet next to the sink spark a lively debate: ink or blood? The dirty paper peeling off the walls adds a touch of foreboding, reinforced by the rustling you hear around your luggage. There is something else alive in here…
The huge single-pained window next to your bed faces the parking lot and lets in all the natural light and potential violent predators. Throughout the night, all 200 guests walk, run, and gallop down your hall, and the paper-thin walls make it sound like they’re all coming in to YOUR room, resulting in 200 different jolts of adrenaline waking you up every eight hour sleep period.
Since I am NOT an adventurer, this experience did not appeal to me. I opted to cut my two-night stay short. Sleep Inn/Hotel.com was kind enough to let me check out early (a step up from The Hotel California), but not kind enough to refund my money for the night I did not stay.
For guests who enjoy horror movies set in sketchy hotels: highly recommend. For the rest of us: stay far, far away.

Shower pan had a hole, mold was growing in the bathroom near and in the shower. The bed was poor quality and was in need of replacement.

Hot breakfast was yumm , everyone was so friendly and the bed so comfortable, had a great stay..

The "amenities" did not work: pool was cold, hit tub completely useless, sink had no stopper, bed had no blanket, bathroom exhaust fan didn't even have a switch.
Key card had to be reset every day.
Breakfast was passable, but milk for cereal did not include whole milk as an option.

This is an older facility that has not been kept up- the personnel were courteous and responsive, however the rooms were shabby, any upholstered pieces were dirty. The breakfast food was a good variety, but the space was very small. The price was extremely low, so we got what we paid for

Very clean and cheap price

The room was dirty, walls were peeling, stains on the bedding. Cops constantly around the area, traffic in and out was nonstop all night. Felt unsafe. Got pulled over leaving the hotel as the cop was looking for drugs. Will not stay again. I took photos of everything.

Do not stay here. Upon arrival it appeared that there was some guy living in his car in their parking lot. Once we made it past the side door, we’re headed to our room. There was a large crack in the door, the room has a weird smell and there were “repairs” on some walls and they covered what looked like a punch hole on the adjoining room door.
Every time we left the hotel through the side door, there were always people lingering. Three or four people would pop out of a first floor room looking like they had all been up partying for a few weeks. They would go outside and smoke, take a stroll around the parking area or go hide behind the RV that send to have been abandoned.
In the morning, I need some more clothes for my child. I left the area to head upstairs when I was stopped by one of the staff. They informed me that Soto policy is to leave the food area. Well, that room is so small you could fit 10 people in a baby. And what is the problem with taking food up to your room? I looked at her and turned around continuing to the stairs.
I had booked a two night stay at this hotel as I was in town for a funeral, but we ended up leaving at 9:30 at night because we did not feel safe and staying there. It was better to drive six hours through the night and have to worry your car is going to get broken into or something else is going to happen there. Definitely do not take your children here. It’s disgusting.

It was average.

No luggage carts, front desk staff has no understanding and very rude except for the manager. She’s nice. Sink wouldn’t drain and it started to stink like fish. Regular employee was supposed to send maintenance but never did. No room service to clean room

Excellent service.

This hotel seemed like a good deal for the money. WRONG! Not only is it in a sketchy part where a lot of creepy guys are outside, it is a very ghetto hotel inside. Stay anywhere but this hotel. The beds are horrible also. Had a hurt back for a week after sleeping here. Never again. I will spend the extra to stay elsewhere.

The hotel is along Interstate 15 but my room was warm, cozy and quiet. Breakfast area is a bit small but they do a great job offering everything you would want to start your day... all-in-all staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stay that is affordable and a good value!

The front desk service lady was such a sweet lady that talked to me about how I was doing and what we were traveling for. So nice to talk with her!

I would say that the best thing about the stay was the bed and pillows which were very comfortable. Now for the things that weren’t so good: when I first got to the room, the toilet started overflowing. When I went back to the front desk to advise them, I was given a plunger and towels to use as they didn’t have anyone to help. I then went back to request a different room and the front desk person acted like I was crazy. When I got my new room, the room wasn’t clean. The bedcover was stained, the chair was burnt and stained, there was a hole in the ceiling with exposed wiring, the bathroom shower was a mess and the heater/air conditioner looked like someone was trying to break it apart. Luckily, I was only staying there for 2 nights and was tempted to check out early and find another place to stay.
