Got 2 queens instead of our reserved king because we had a dog & all the king rooms on the pet floors were taken. That said- it was purely a hiccup....all else was great & sort of unexpected. Beautiful clean rooms- amazingly strong shower & great breakfast. Got a low star score for not recycling-thought that was mandated by the government but?????

A great place to stay while breaking up a trip. We were even able to take our puppy without sacrificing cleanliness. This is a rarity. We also booked on the wrong date and although their policy stated differently, they changed it anyway. We will definitely be back!

I arrived early and the guy was accommodating by letting me check in early (with a fee of course), but it was a small fee. My room was a lot nicer than I was expecting. I’ll definitely only book with them anytime I’m visiting Dothan.

Nice stay. A bit of a challenge getting into the hotel due to road construction. Breakfast good, but interestingly, not as many choices as other LaQuintas. Drain in bathroom sink was clogged. Let the hotel staff know when we departed (only stayed one night. Love the mirror in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

I had changed my stay date the week prior. I was still billed for the night i did not stay and my correct night was not reserved. I did call the property and they said there was nothing they could do about charging me for the wrong night and I could still pay for the correct night. I felt them not giving any compensation for the error was very wrong. We will never stay at this hotel.

Hotel needs some serious updates, but friendly at the front desk. Had an issue with the smoke detector that needed a new battery. Took 30 minutes to resolve only because i had to fix it. Maintenance was trying to install a new battery upside down.

Toilet was backup first room. Front desk said they change us to a different room but only had queens..After i complained he found king room. This room smelled. They gave me some spray. Bath room was dirty poorly cleaned. Had stayed in a different La Quinta the night before no comparison.

I had an absolutely horrible stay. My room was dirty, door didn’t shut completely and when asking for a refund so I could go elsewhere, they said no. I left an hour after being there and when asking to check out, they said even though I was leaving they were not going to check me out until the morning. Please do not stay here

The fit and fiish in the bathroom was bad. Missing caulk , mold, sloppy paint...third world $60 a night kind of facility. On the other, the main room was nice and clean.

My check in experience was, to say the least, odd. I am a business travel and I keep a beach wagon in my car for easily transporting my items from my car to my room. The front desk clerk was convinced I had a dog with me. I wanted a lower floor and he said I couldn't have one with a pet. He never seemed convinced that I wasn't sneaking in a dog. GEEZ!!

We reserved a King room a month ahead of time. Upon arrival we were told there were no Kings and would have to take 2 Queens. What’s the point of reserving then? And we had no heat. No matter how high we set the temp it only blew cool air. And the Clerk’s accent was so thick you could only guess at what he was saying. Internet was very spotadic

Cockroches in bathroom. Bed horrible like foot high. Mattress too soft. No counter space in bathroom. No table space to set suitcase. Extra small tub and shower Curtains dont cover windows light in room all night. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Door jam on entrance to room busting out. Nothing good Properly was highly rated. Worst i have ever stayed.

This particular property used excessive amounts of cleaning fluid that left a strong toxic and unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. We also believe the hotel is used as shelter, which is fine, but this information should be available upon booking.

We paid extra in order to have a pet in the room during our stay. Our pet spilled some food on the floor; when we cleaned it up we discovered how filthy the floor was. The washcloth we used to clean up a small amount of food was black with filth from the dirty floor afterwards. The bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Additionally, the air conditioner did not work properly and the room stayed warm throughout the night, making our sleep uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, just bland and tasteless.

Had a great time! First night had neighbors that we so loud they woke uas both up at 3:45. Not hotels fault though. Room was vlean and friendly service at front desk. Breakfast was usual fare with many choices for hot and cold options each day.

The convenience of near by places, comfortable bed, breakfast okay they need to provide real orange & apple juice and change up breakfast meat sometime to bacon and cook grits. I didn't like the mold build up under the mirror in the bathroom.

The room was dirty. In the hallways you could smell what seemed like indian food cooking coming from several rooms. We just stayed one night traveling for work but won't be back. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience. However, I was expecting it to be clean.
